The only way for you to provide collateral is to use a middleman aka escrow, the website will be in the escrow hands until you repay in which your website would be transferred back to you. I wonder how you think your site is worth the loan you requested. Collateral must be easily resold if loan is defaulted.

You can safely import your private key into blockchain.info. However, i would not recommend you storing too much coins in an online wallet, certain desktop wallets that are generated from a passphrase/ seed would not accept private keys anymore, those that do will not recover your imported private key if you lose your wallet and attempt to recover it without remembering your private key for the vanity address.
