Definitely yes. It is actually bad for the upcoming and finishing up ICOs because of the dump of the market. Smaller amount of tokens are being sold because of high value tokens with low quantity. So they cant reach their desired cap for the whole public sale. Maybe in this kind of matter every manager or developer will make a better platform for them to survive. I agree, but at the same time, the current situation is normal for the development of the crypto market because so many ICO cannot succeed, especially as you rightly said, the market situation is now bearish. |

Ethereum is very deep at the moment and we need another bull run to make things better. Moreover, there was a failure with hardfork not so long time ago, so you do not need expect a fast pump of Ethereum. But as soon as the pump happens, we will see a different market.
