I see there is a new version of the wallet (1.1). Is this a requirement at this point or is it OK if we forgo it right now? Do we just overwrite our existing .exe file? I always get nervous when I need to download a new wallet version.  Just back up your wallet and you have nothing to worry about. You can always recover with a backup. I just read the first post and it states that the new download isn't mandatory but it is good to keep up with the latest release, plus there are some new features that improve the wallets functionality. I will download it later today....hope it is smooth. Thanks for your input Real_Unhooked. |

Probably thinking the value will go down, They didn't know that DeepOnion community is strong and we're making an history here. At this very early stage of DeepOnion, some people are trying to make a quick buck. That's ok, let them. I have a feeling they will seriously regret their decision. We have a great community here with a great dev team. We will rise to new highs over the next few weeks and really take off once we get listed on the larger exchanges. |

Dev any answer from other exchanges(shapeshift..)? Cryptopia can be a solution but i don't know if we can gather fast fee to pay.

No word from Shapeshift yet. I think at some point renaming TME and making it fully ERC-20 compatible will save a lot of trouble later on. Shouldn't be a problem for places like Cryptopia or Livecoin, but in the long run will be a good idea. The lending token service is being developed. Add a compatibility function to etherdelta.github.io in the smart contract and restart it with saving balances! Let the old smart contract die on the sly, and the new one in a long swim! I agree, let's help the Dev recode the token to get it up and running again!
You can output TME to etherdelta through the intermediary currency. This is a simple smart two-way exchange contract. I could write and deploy it.
You traded your TME for this 1: 1 token, put it up for auction, and sold it. The buyer turned to this smart contract and changed the purchased tokens for an equal amount of TME
New tokens, for example in the amount of 150000000 - 200000000? Send timereum to the address of the contract and receive a new exchange token? New tokens then exchange for a timereum? Good idea. I propose to name the new token TimereumEX (exchange) TMEX  A smart exchange contract I will make compatible with etherdelta. It will be possible to exchange TME for TMEX, then sell on etherdelta. The one who buys TMEX will be able to change them to TME. 1: 1 If dev makes such a smart contract, it will be better and faster than rebranding.Glad to see the members that are knowledgeable about smart contracts are giving their input to help out the dev. I have no idea what you guys are talking about  , but I'm sure the dev appreciates your input. |

Faucet issue I was claiming for a little onions from a faucet. Last time I combined them in a block with airdrop it took fee more than I claimed! Now I decided to check one more time. I've combined all my faucet paouts in total 0.00332 ONION and fee is 0.004 ONION It's a nonce! This faucet is useless! Maybe it's better to make payment to wallet upon by request of a user, like it is made in freebitco.in http://imgur.com/a/hvvWR p.s. stupid btc, cannot paste image in a post... hahaha bro, i'm just like you, doing faucets from time to time. but came up with 0.005 in a week... considering 0.0002 onions per faucet drop, it would take 5000 drops. if you religiously do this every hour, it would take more than 200 days just to get 1 onion. i ended giving up doing faucet thing. it consumes too much of our time and effort. i guess its for those who want to check/test onion transactions. I guess if lots of people donated, faucet payouts could be higher, but faucets are not really meant to make you rich, as you said, more for testing etc... Faucets are not really a good way to earn anything of significance, unless they offer some sort of referral program, plus most of them you have to deal with all the advertising pop-ups and the captchas. Pretty much a pain in the rear end! |

Rebranding I have the intention of rebranding TME under a different, better name. This would likely not occur for 6-12 months. A snapshot of holdings and genesis batches would be taken, and a newer contract deployed.
This would also give the opportunity to make the base token fully compatible and have it implement totalSupply(). This would allow the base token to be traded on EtherDelta and other decentralized exchanges. The situation with Nova has brought to my attention that using only centralized exchanges to trade puts the token holders at the mercy of exchange issues. Exchanges Although I understand the desire to trade, I think that the value of the base token should be based on the delivery of a service. Therefore I am advocating to wait until the new service is released and the base token rebranded to trade the base token. If an exchange picks TME up in the meantime, that is fine. If the community wants to work to put TME on more exchanges, they can. I do understand that NovaExchange gained TME a lot of publicity. "A snapshot of holdings and genesis batches would be taken", does that mean we'd have to do anything on our end to get this coin if say we are storing everything in myetherwallet? My concern is forgetting to come back in 6 months then finding out that I missed my chance to convert TME to x other coin all due to not checking this forum everyday. No need to do anything. So does that mean it'll show up in myetherwallet (or whatever wallet being used) automatically as a new token? You'll send the equivalent (or maybe double  ) of this new token to all the addresses that currently own TME? If this is implemented, it will be automatic. Everyone will have equivalent holdings and genesis holders will have the same number of unused batches at the upload of the new contract. This is relatively far down the road right now, but I believe it's important to consider. Thanks for the update. It sounds like it would be a pretty painless transition for the genesis account holders. That's always a good thing.  |

It's growing because of the demand and limited supply. The volume continues to stay pretty steady, although a little low today relatively speaking. Can't wait to see what happens when we hit the larger exchanges. |

The premium product Will not be sent by Snapup directly, they said in the live that the retailer will handle the shipping direcly. Cause they have no stock and Snapup is the platform for win the product. But its great too, big retailers have good delivery services and can easily ship in few days. And with that Snapup doesn't need to manage stock, which is good cause its very expensive, they can invest more in the platform and partnership than in shipping and stock !
It's great that Snapup will use dropshipping through major retailers. It takes out most of the risk, not all, but most of it. The structure seems to be very sound. |
