The right thing to do when there is bitcoin price decrease is to continue to hold. Trading and speculating is way too dangerous and if you are unlucky and your timing is wrong, you can lose all you have.

Etherdelta is better now and the operation is back to what it was before. You can even use forkdelta if you want experience fast decentralized exchange. I hope ED will be able to trade other Altcoin and bitcoin in future.

There are many reasons for dump in prices as it is been witness currently! One major reason however is the unknown regulatory law, procedure or law as regard cryptocurency especially with regulators in the United State!

If my coin increase between 40% to 200%, I will firstly wait to see if the price range is the true market value of such coin and if the market value is far away from the present value, I will hold my coin and wait  for proper pricing.

It is reasonable ti buy as much ether as one can afford! Ether has traded for about $1500 in recent month and buying ether below $500 is definitely a steal! I hold some ether and I must confess that I have been buying this low prices

Best exchange so far is Bittrex. Though they had some challenges some few months ago but up until that time, Bittrex has always been very consistent with what they are good at: Security! It has never been said that Bittrex was hacked!

I would consider $1000 as a good starting point when you want to invest into cryptocurrency. The amount you put in will be proportional to the profit you will make. It is important you put in some amout that would justify your effort and that woukd reward you accordingly.

Would op still maintain his optimism  as regards altcoin in 2018! At the begining of the year, everything was looking rosy for altcoin and ethereum in particular was flying! The truth here is this, bitcoin moved to fast and that movement affected altcoin a lots! Altcoin recovery may take sometime!

I have seen how bitcoin have saved lives simply because of it's peer to peer capability! What would have took at least 72 hours to clear was done in less than one hour and those that needed medical attention were attended too and everybody was happy! I believe cryptocurrency can change our lives for good. I have witness it!

We can not of certainty tell of ethereum platform competitors! All we hear about all the time is future looking statement from the so called competitors. None f this 'competitors have successfully built a platform that can render ethereum obsolete yet, they only makes promises continually.

Firstly, Myetherwallet is not a real wallet in the sense of it keeping your coin for you. Myetherwallet only let you interact with the blochchain on which your coin are kept. If myetherwallet stop functioning you could access your coin eaily on another platform.

Ethereum might get to $600 or slightly below but i do not think ethereum will be $400. Ethereum is highly value and the dynamism and solution it has brought to cryptocurrency ecosystem can not be swipe under the carpet. Ethereum will do very well in term of price before the end of this year!
