Well for me average down is only applicable to the coins worth to keep but if it is just a shit or garbage coin this can only prolong your loss if you average down. I suggest you have to do research the coins where you invested if they have a good project maybe its worth to keep but if there's none you better sold it before it will drop deeper. better to invest in much stable coins next time to avoid this to happen again

I agree with you sir Exrn team which is EXRP are manually checking the account and IP address of those who join in their campaign and once everything is done. they will open their coin for trading and Etheredelta is probably the first exchange their coin will be traded so just check their site and hopefully you would get a much specific answer from their Dev team

exactly it should be regulated to prevent developer fron creating coins over and over again to be used for scam. the big challenge is how and where should be the regulator considering the scope of crypto currency is world wide then who will be the regulator? that would be a big challenge and the time it will take to pas the said regulation Sad
