I recommend you to always check the price of gas / gwei when you want to do transaction. can be checked using ethgasstation. it would be better if using Standard or Fast, because the fear is when we use the Low, then the gas goes up, it will add to the problem

Offline wallets, best security ever and if you lose your device wallet, you still can recover your asset. but if you forget didn't bring it when you needed it, its nothing.
Online wallets, less secure than offline wallets, but you can access your wallets where ever you are. still have a chance of being hacked

2000 USD, you can divide it into 10 or more for altcoins trading, but for now i think that's not good idea.
In a few more days, there's an issue for bitcoin hardfork, a lot of hardfork. this issue is really dangerous for altcoins if it really happen.
You can take 1000 USD for BTC, and 1000 for Ethereum and other altcoins that famous enough for trading. (of course with a good amount of volume)

I dont use metamask anymore, yes that's safe but in my browser, but i think it really make my browser performance so high dont know why, i think it depends on individual and pc performance. So you should use metamask on your main eth wallet.  |
