Wieviele Anteile gibt es? Wieviele sind verkauft?
Es gibt momentan 3 Aktive Projekte in der Gruppe (Modularer Miner, Pool, USB Miner). Das Projekt für den Miner ist mit ca. 50'000 $ budgetiert.
Davon sind ca. 30'000 $ bereits geleistet (Arbeitszeit und Investitionen für 28nm Chips) und in Shares ausgegeben. Die genauen Angaben sind im Projekt ersichtlich.
Momentan hat es noch Shares.
Wenn ich einen Anteil oder mehrere Anteile kaufen was genau habe ich davon?
Gewinne aus den Lizenzeinnahmen werden sofern sie nicht für eine aktuelle weiterentwicklung benutzt werden ausgeschüttet, dazu gehören auch die Erträge der Prototypen.
Eine Dividende von den Gewinnen?
Klar.
Zugriff auf die Dokumente?
Klar, ausser einem kleinen Bereich der für das Lizenzierungsverfahren Softwaremässig besteht ist es Open-Source alles.
Wenn ihr Gruppenbestellungen anbietet soll hier ein gewinn entstehen?
Nein die Gruppenbestellungen innerhalb der Gruppe sind Kosten deckende organisiert. Jedoch werden in der Gruppe gebaute Miner auch den Lizenzkosten unterworfen.
Wird das Personal bezahlt?
Ja mittels Anteilen, z.B. ein Elektronik Ingenieur erhält für 10 Stunden Arbeit eine Share im wert von 250$.
Entwicklicker , miete usw?
Wir haben ca. 50 Mitglieder davon 6 Elektronik Fachleute und noch mehr Softwareentwickler.

Wie hoch ist die gebühr?Die Gebührhöhe ist noch nicht bekannt wird aber auf Basis der Hashpower errechnet und per Wasp (Blade) erhoben. D.h. ein voller Hive mit 8 Blades würde pro Blade je eine einmalige Gebühr zahlen. Wie soll sochergestellt werden das ihr diese bekommt?License Enforcement Subsystem:
This subsystem's responsibility is to use the device certificate and keys to ensure that the Wasp is properly licensed for its firmware. Most of the subsystem resides in a non-copyable locked part of program memory intended by Atmel for protecting proprietary firmware. The subsystem monitors the Wasp's license status, and gradually degrades its hashing capability after the expiration of the initial few days of operation. It is also responsible for notifying the mining controller of its non-licensed status, so that the purchaser can be directed to purchase a license which will restore full functionality after a non-licensed trial period. License protection is continually checked, using the miner controller to pass encrypted messages to and from the license monitor server. This prevents complete hardware, firmware, and NVM copycat attacks on the license, since a duplicate license from two or more different IP addresses will result in the Wasp assuming a non-licensed status for second and successive copycats.

As some started to trade shares to others I would like to setup a few rules.
- Trading all shares to a new person or an existing shareholder. (free & incl. escrow)
- Trading a part of own shares to an existing shareholder. (free & incl. escrow)
- Trading a part of own shares to a new person. (10% fee& incl. escrow)
Why 10% fee, because each new shareholder means more work for me.
Payment:
This sunday I will payout all namecoins that got merged mined so far in BTC's.

Nein, wir werden momentan nur die Pläne und Prototypen zu jeder Konfiguration herstellen. Ziel: Das Leute unsere Miner bauen mit unseren Plänen und uns eine einmalige Royality "Lizenzgebühr" bezahlen. Vermutlich werden wir sobald ein Prototyp der Hasht erstellt wurde "Bitfury Wasp" oder "Avalon Gen2 Wasp" einen Gruppenkauf lancieren. Aber momentan sind wir immer noch am Prototypen. |
