481  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Scrypt.CC | Scrypt Cloud Mining on: April 14, 2014, 08:14:05 AM
Nice price comparison, but the site that offers the cheapest hashrate isn't automatically the best option. What it comes down to is what people are willing to pay, and prices at scrypt.cc are not dictated by them, but are a result of the members buying and selling hashrate. Prices too high? Then wait for them to drop.
Scrypt.cc's features are perfect for me and none of the other sites offer the same options and freedom. Besides, I've already invested in scrypt.cc and at this moment the total value of my hashrate is twice my investment thanks to reinvesting profit. So, for me scrypt.cc continues to be the best deal around.

Hope you get your issue resolved raskul. The continuous ponzi remarks are already bad enough without more negative publicity.

The referral earnings is a known bug, every now and then somebody complains, but that it's a known bug doesn't mean it's happening all the time to everybody. Working for most people.
483  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Scrypt.CC | Scrypt Cloud Mining on: April 13, 2014, 08:54:51 PM
Well, don't get angry with me. I'm just saying that the best next moves for scrypt.cc are in fact implementing 2FA and 24/7 customer support. More then implementing new layout, features and so on. The Ponzi remarks keep popping up and that's partially because it can be very hard to get in touch with somebody. I have no doubt they are doing their best, but it's not enough. Moving this whole thing to the next level may be too early for them, I get that also. I'm just hoping that at least 2FA and better support are a nice in-between.

I have loads of refs, raskul, and none of the issues you have, so whatever's broken, it's not total shambles. Hope it gets sorted though.
484  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Scrypt.CC | Scrypt Cloud Mining on: April 13, 2014, 01:41:34 PM
2FA and customer service are the two next best big things indeed.
But for now, use the two emails lockdown on your account so anyone with access to your acount would also need to have acces to both email addresses (and remember that IF you withdraw. you are required to respond to the link in an email on BOTH email addresses)
Customer service here, well, TheCleanGame is the closest thing to such support, but he's been partially banned. He can't post or send messages. There have been rumors of 24hours support kicking in soon, but as with all improvements, that estimate is "soon"
485  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Compare profitability: Scrypt Scrypt-N multipool, Vertcoin, Doge Litecoin P2Pool on: April 12, 2014, 10:40:51 PM
I've been with scrypt.cc since end of February and getting happier every day. IF they disappear I would be HUGELY disappointed, but that seems less likely the longer I'm with them and see their efforts in getting things better and better. Keeping a website safe and accessible during weeks of DDOS/hack attacks and investing quite a bit of money in even better anti-DDOS measures doesn't sound very Ponzi to me.

Okay, one of the benefits scrypt.cc has over most others mentioned (I don't know all of those, but I have a rig pointed at Wafflepool at home) is the fact that they have all of their rigs hooked up inside professional data centers, using professional quality networks all over, including high grade connections to the internet, and everything is monitored and serviced by professional personnel. While that might make just a few percent difference, you'll have to multiply that tiny difference by a few thousand rigs. The average home user is not going to get such blazing fast quality connections.
Also they've setup (or are still setting up) all of their rigs to mine scrypt, scrypt-n and scrypt-jane coins, which means they have more coins to chose from, with less competition from asics.
One other thing, though I'm not sure about that, is that they mine three coins at the same time
Last thing is of course that they use their own scripts and rules to calculate the most profitable coins. Different approaches have different effect. Unfortunately they're not willing to disclose how they do it exactly. Can't blame them. Why flag others for good coins to mine if that means the difficulty will spike even more, making that coin less profitable Wink

suchmoon, I love this spreadsheet of yours Smiley
486  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Scrypt.CC | Scrypt Cloud Mining on: April 10, 2014, 08:14:17 PM
He's saying that currently there aren't enough members to buy away a big load of khs in as short period of time. But that's now, and the future is unknown. It's also not unlikely that 10BTC won't be enough then to buy yourself in properly Wink

raskul, if you think you miss payments then create a ticket at the site and request an audit on your account
487  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Scrypt.CC | Scrypt Cloud Mining on: April 10, 2014, 08:43:30 AM
No risk worse then other sites Smiley
User friendliness... Well, it's not that bad actually. I like the clean layout. Several functions could be easier or added, but as long as the place is in beta, fine. It'll be coming, without a doubt. Besides, compared to bit-mining.co for example, scrypt.cc is two or three classes better.

In the mean time, even the winning streak on scrypt.cc is now affected by dropping coin values (thanks to Chinese banks warning coin companies to stop using their bank accounts...). In the previous two weeks or so, profit was way better then anywhere else, but it dropped now also. Better times will be coming again. For the (re)investers, people are selling cheap now, great opportunities Smiley
488  Local / Alt Coins (Nederlands) / Re: Scrypt coins 10$ on: April 05, 2014, 09:39:51 AM

489  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Scrypt.CC | Scrypt Cloud Mining on: April 04, 2014, 04:53:39 PM
I agree with rafaLon. It appears your ref earnings are not added. Compare it to this thread, probably the same thing : https://scrypt.cc/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=401

No matter what, an admin should take a look at this and do an audit on your account, so please create a ticket via the website and explain this
490  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Baltic scrypt mining cloud on: April 03, 2014, 08:57:15 PM
Ah, I have no doubt your head is great at analyzing, but it needs to rest at night. If a coin drops dead, you won't notice, or are there other people awake when you are not? One man operation? And can I assume that your datacenter is at home or something, and not an actual datacenter?

As for the minimum payouts, how on earth are you going to finance that for all 400 contracts (200 bronze, 100silver and 100 gold)? Also, you have 4 rigs, which means you have very limited hashrate now, and certainly not enough for all contracts. And certainly you won't be able to provide for all contracts in your home (though that is my pre-assumption)

I don't mind you setting up this service. In fact, go for it. But it's hard to convince people of the quality of your services these days. If you know Bitcointalk forum, then you know it's full of raving idiots that like to yell and scream at everything that smells less then perfect, so be aware of that. Gaining trust is going to be very hard. Do not think I'm one of those raving idiots, because I'm not (though not the smartest at times, I'll admit...) I honestly hope something good will grow out of your startup. Just be careful. With people, opportunities, and with promises you make.
491  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Baltic scrypt mining cloud on: April 03, 2014, 08:11:07 PM
But running away with the BTC is the latest hype. Almost everyone does it! Wink

BUt without joke, GPU mining eats electrcity like mad. So, what can you say about the rigs you have, the number of them? Where are they located? How do you deal with the power bill, and so on.

You payout in bitcoin but mine scrypt. Do you have your own pool? Or do you use other pools? Do you have your own script which coins to mine or are you limited to certains coins or maybe even one coin?

Question, question...
492  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Scrypt.CC | Scrypt Cloud Mining on: April 03, 2014, 07:44:52 PM
your lies are obvius. there is NO SSL  on the site, or u even dont know what ssl means. and everything else i said is true. its just a matter of time when ull get error 404 on scrypt.cc.
stop trying to lure more noobs into scam site.
Thanks for the respect, always willing to help a noob.  Wink
493  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Scrypt.CC | Scrypt Cloud Mining on: April 03, 2014, 03:41:48 PM
The daily estimate is based on a very short time period. If the previous coins that were mined did exceptionally well, then the estimate will be high. It doesn't take coins into account before that, which may have been far less profitable. Basically, the estimate is too optmistic or too pessimistic, but rarely accurate Sad
I know some people have been making notes of their actual earnings. What it comes down to is a 0.6% every day over the last 5 days or so. And no, I don't keep track of numbers, but I do know payout has been quite consistent over the last days, despite bunches of coins droping in value recently. The good payouts are contributed to scrypt-jane and scrypt-n coins which are being mined next to scrypt coins. One of the huge benefits of gpu mining over asics apparently Smiley
494  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Scrypt.CC | Scrypt Cloud Mining on: April 03, 2014, 02:33:35 PM
3 days no answer for ticket. not paying referral earnings, not answering at all. no info on who is owners identity, no ssl, no phone or address/name of company..
im calling this a scam right here, right now. cash out your money if u still can and run.
friendly warning

I'm getting referral earnings every 10 minutes, ssl has been in place since the day I registered over a month ago, and the company is some Brazilian one of which I forgot the name. Every issue with ref earnings in the past has been resolved, same with issues with depositing and withdrawals, no one lost or misses anything. Admin support is not optimal, nope, but I hardly doubt issues will not be resolved in the future. Effectively that leaves just the phonenumber  Tongue

You might want to try markets.cx (whoops, gone/scam), scryptcloud.com (whoops, multi confirmed scam site), bit-mining.co (whoops, several issues amongst which withdrawal and support), or cex.io (whoops, fee insanity and not there yet). Any other scrypt based site out there not mentioned is brandnew and most likely not to be trusted either. Nope, I keep my investment in Scrypt.CC up and running and growing. Will be withdrawing regularly soon instead of reinvesting 100%.
495  Local / Markt / Re: [Te Koop Gevraagd] Viper Scrypt miner 16Mh/s Pre-order on: March 31, 2014, 10:17:34 PM
496  Local / Markt / Re: [Te Koop Gevraagd] Viper Scrypt miner 16Mh/s Pre-order on: March 31, 2014, 04:14:29 PM

Kortom, twijfels...
497  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Scrypt.CC | Scrypt Cloud Mining on: March 31, 2014, 12:28:36 PM
And thus the addiction begins...
0.05BTC is like 35Khs? Any reinvestment plans in play also?
498  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] Bit-Mining.Co -BTC & LTC Mining Services. on: March 31, 2014, 08:53:25 AM
I have access to the site...

I am wondering about the referral system though. I used to have over 70 refs. Now there's no way to see how many referrals you have anymore. And when I check the transaction history, there's only 4 or 5 referrals mentioned, but then a couple of times per day?! It can't be active versus inactive refs, because 2 to 3 referrals of the 4/5 that are shown are at 0.

So... where's the rest of the referrals? And what's up with the transactions several times per day? And where can i see how many referrals there are?

In the mean time the crappy ref system has made me decide to stop referring people and spent all my efforts on referring to scrypt.cc. Less features (though coming) but the ones they have are much more reliable, most certainly the ref system.
499  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: bitcoinhashingcloud.com, anyone used it before? on: March 30, 2014, 11:11:27 PM
Unfortuantely it's a scam, kvnhu. See https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=414314.0.
