481  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are you surprise by bitcoin price now? on: March 16, 2018, 10:57:58 PM
October 29, 2017 Bitcoin price ranges from $6,000 - $6,100 and today, bitcoin price is now $7,000. Are you surprise?

I think, if only those people who planning to invest in bitcoin manage to notice this sudden increase. I think there is a high chance that they will start investing.

Not anymore but only during the ultimate corrections when it start to dip from $19,800 to $6,000 and i thought it will be the end of Bitcoin because of that huge difference. Now that i know that this was due to Big whales particularly MT.Gox in which they say it was a bankrupt but for me it is a price manipulation of course because of money so i never surprise anymore.
482  Economy / Speculation / Re: be careful what you wish for on: March 16, 2018, 11:29:13 AM
Why does it look like most people wish for Bitcoin to crash?  Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh

I just don't understand who are these people you are talking? If they are the Banks because they think Bitcoin is a threat to their business, if they are become a victim of scam because of their huge losses then they think Bitcoin is a scam and hate it and also if they are new to Bitcoin investment they want to crash so that they could purchase at cheaper price. So therefore your question will need clarifications of who are you referring with.
483  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if bitcoin wasn't created? on: March 16, 2018, 09:51:02 AM
What if bitcoin wasn't created?
I was just wondering what would happen to the crypto world or would still cryptocurrency be this popular this day if bitcoin wasn't created?

There are a lot of changes happened because of bitcoin and it also change the way on how we look on cryptocurrencies. Because of this some government and bank owners were alarm because of the rising popularity of bitcoin and the other cryptocurrencies. Cryptocurrencies also help many people giving them works online and gets profit from invesments.

But what if Bitcoin wasn't created, where would you be right now?
What would happen to crpyto world?
Will the cryptocurrencies be as known as it is right now?

If Bitcoin did not exist all of you have said will not going to happen, from Altcoins that now existing, Banks that in panic, government that regulating and most of all the investments for Crypto currencies that keeps coming in, all of these will become nothing. In addition, maybe lot of people are still in miseries because their lives were not change in which from rich to poor and from stable to difficult.
484  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: As a beginner is it too late ? on: March 16, 2018, 02:24:24 AM
Hello,

I'm still learning about crypto currencies and willing to buy some bitcoins. Is it good time to buy?

Thanks

I think this is another opportunity for us beginners because the price become more cheaper in which from $10,000 it become $8,000 today. Lot of predictions by most famous experts that there are big possibilities that the ATH price will reach again by this year and probably it will surpass it so better we start buying now and be on board while it is not too late.
485  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why kyc is even required? on: March 15, 2018, 12:46:25 PM
Most casinos like fortunejack require kyc if you win a huge amount some sportsbook also ask for kyc
Why is this even necessary bitcoin gambling exist so that we can gamble anonymously and not pay any tax on our winnings or hide our identify if we win a huge amount then why do many sites still ask for kyc
Is it even fair?

Well maybe gambling sites that involves in Bitcoin platform should also be required to fill up KYC as per regulation policy of the government, this is to ensure that the gambling establishment will not be use maybe by any person who involves in money laundering activities so therefore as we all really know that if Bitcoin will not be regulate it can be easily use in illegal activities such as money laundering so therefore KYC requirement is really vital for every Bitcoin transaction.
486  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why I suddenly decided to leave gambling alone. on: March 15, 2018, 10:48:59 AM
Maybe you have come to the point that you are getting bored in playing gambling because you have realized now that gambling is vice that after the joy and excitement the misery will follow during losing that if gambling is just always winning then you will not going to be bored like that and no one will be because the joy will never stop. I just hope that you really leave the gambling habit because only few people have made it and i'm one of them.  Wink
487  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What if Bitcointalk release its own currency ? on: March 14, 2018, 09:50:58 PM
What do you think about the idea that the forum management creates an ecosystem through a simple cryptocurrency which is not for selling or buying ? In my opinion, it would be very enjoyable to see such an initiative from the forum management.

I don!t understand what do you mean because the word currency represents both buying and selling then for you it will not be use in this purposes. So i think you should be more specific of your ideas for our common understanding here.
488  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Who Agrees with Me? on: March 14, 2018, 11:03:07 AM
So I started noticing a pattern.
Everytime the market goes to the moon, the down trend lasts for a several weeks. Meaning, only when Bitcoin it's going to be at it's highest, the altcoins are going to be at the lowest point.
Then, the money from Bitcoin will start going to the Altcoins, making them going up even more.

Have you noticed the same thing?

I think this is not what happening during the latest ultimate dip and after the dip that when Bitcoin is falling down it creates a domino epic to all altcoin in which it drags most of the Altcoins price to fall down too. Then after the correction and market healing i observed that when Bitcoin will suddenly become red i see all Altcoins becoming red again too maybe because some are still in trauma during the dip and got easily panic selling their altcoins.
489  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is better than gold on: March 14, 2018, 02:20:50 AM
From an investment point of view, bitcoin is more about gold than it is about other currencies. That's because as an asset, bitcoin and gold have a lot in common. Both are limited to supply, both have functions to use, and many believe that, despite their large price fluctuations, they remain a good store of value. Compared to gold and currency investment returns in the past five years, the currency's performance is far better than the so-called precious metals, gold year loss than 6%, the currency of the annualized rate of return is 155%. These rich returns show that bitcoin has excited investors about the prospect of putting money into such a new asset class.

Compared with the gold standard, the value of the currency rising and proven performance, investors can be used to measure the investment of the world's leading digital currency future opportunity and risk indicators.

In talking of investments ofcourse Bitcoin is better not only to gold but to any other legal investments and businesses but in talking of assurance, i say Bitcoin will not guarantee you the earnings because of the price volatility and risk because the price is unpredictable. In addition Bitcoin cannot be used in time catastrophes like wars and the lost of internet unlike gold which is accepted by everyone.
490  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: trading vs holding on: March 13, 2018, 10:19:51 AM
Under what circumstances is trading preferred over holding?
Btc reaching 10k$ way before new year is a big shock, your opinions would be very helpful.

Bitcoin price is unpredictable in which unlike the other coins they should have product or commodities to represent in order for their coins to rise up the value or become stable which is predictable. Unlike Bitcoin there is no product but only it will depend upon the Big trust from the people and that is why we could not tell when it will going to rise up. I preferred to trade my Bitcoin the 50% earnings from my former capital and to hold the other 50% because this value is already huge and might lost it again if another dip will take place.
491  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Cryptopia disappeared just before the coin split on: March 12, 2018, 10:19:11 PM
I have an account also in Cryptopia and trading many times of my invested coins like BTC, ETH, and CAPP. Fortunately, i never experience transactions with them in which my deposit and withdrawals are just smooth and fine. Maybe the problem will depend upon the coin used like your Monero but still i support your claim because their support should address issues all the times for their clients.
492  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: will XRP overtake BTC in 10 MONTHS TIME ? on: March 12, 2018, 07:22:38 AM
Nope, Ripple should take care of Ethereum first before it will attempt to surpass Bitcoin.Overtaking Bitcoin is very an ambitious move in which Bitcoin already had build a strong relationship with the people in talking of trust. Before Bitcoin, Ripple should consider on how it could surpass the Ethereum.
493  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin in College??? on: March 12, 2018, 04:59:00 AM
Bitcoin as a course or any related currency on web.
In my country we have multiple courses in computer especially programing and web developments. My course is also information technology, but i've never heard or learn about online currency as bitcoin. In present, and future studies is there any chances for inserting about it in education. In your country is it available?
It would be better for any country to adopt bitcoin in educating new generations. Instead of playing games and wasting money in surfing xxx sites.

I think there are no countries making Bitcoin as a part of a subject in the college but i'm totally to agree to this idea to include this as a part of the academic subject like in commerse and business because they have the same concept  that students should be expose in advance on how to gain profit and to discover earnings thru trading and investments.
494  Other / Politics & Society / Re: End of the World on: March 11, 2018, 12:21:53 PM
Many people say that we are the last generation of human race. Some say that the end of the world is near. What do you think, how will the world end?

I've heard lot of predictions that the world will going to end in which most are came from the mouth of the people of different religion. I remember many predicted that the world will end on the year 2000 in which a rupture will going to occur. I remember that many got panic and sold their things and give it to the religious leader but all are hoax and many become poor because of being fooled. The truth is no one can predict when will be the end but only the god knows it.
495  Local / Pamilihan / Re: PNB looks into use of bitcoin! on: March 11, 2018, 10:51:04 AM
Sooner or later magiging in - demand na dito satin ang mga block chain specialist and developers.

We are lucky.  Grin

Sa palagay ko dapat Ethereum kasi subok ba subok na ito at halos lahat ICO ang Ethereum platform ang ginagamit sa kanilang mga projects so dapat ito na rin sana ang gamitin nila.
496  Economy / Economics / Re: lest we forget, Bitcoin is a blessing. on: March 11, 2018, 08:13:30 AM
Bitcoin has pass through many stage, limitations, attack and forks issue but its price keep on increasing from inception till now. At this time Last year bitcoin price was $450 but today it is $1245 that was over 180% increment in just a year. This is what we call blessing, that is making progress in the face of strong opposition!!

This is the main reason why i joined this Bitcoin as i heard a lot of good stories about the potential earning that have experienced by most of my friends and relatives who have joined this investment. I just hope that i will become successful too and experience the blessings that you and my friends have achieved.
497  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin Reduce to $ 4000? on: March 11, 2018, 06:23:23 AM
I think bitcoin have no chance to reduce 4000$.because, bitcoin have good future.so, now time to buy some bitcoin and wait for profit.

There are possibilties that Bitcoin will reach that ATL for this year in which the reason is still because of Mt.Gox too. If you heard well or read well the news it says that there are still a huge amount of Bitcoin at their dispossal in which if they will sell again it will result to further decline of Bitcoin value.
498  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Walk of Shame on: March 10, 2018, 12:09:53 PM
Did anyone here have experience a walk of shame (Walking home since you have a loss all your gambling money in just one snap)? Well, It did happen to me once and I'll never do that again. It was the bad year for me (Peek of my addiction), I normally left my atm/credit card at home if I were to visit a casino and have enough money wih some changes for my stay, food, drink and my fare. The first time it happens to me is when I was so frustrated because I can't win up to point I already spent my allocated money for my fare. I was devastated that I need to go home at 3 a.m. with no money literally and I haven't got a phone in me (which make it worst). Started walking from the casino going home it was the longest walk I ever made I pity myself and upon arriving at home my wife and my kids are already awake, I just can't bare to look at them. I don't even know what to say at that point. I just walk in shame, in front of my kids.

How about you, have experienced it? We all have different interpretation on "Walk of shame".

I did not experience it but i have many friends and relatives that not only to experience walk on shame as they will go home on foot but they will not able to eat in a day because they all lose the money in gambling but even do it happen many times to them still they did not quit gambling. An addiction in which only death can make them to stop this vice.
499  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin will be fine on: March 10, 2018, 10:27:39 AM
It will always be fine because it already build a foundation of trust among the people so it will always be fine as always. Bitcoin have surpassed all the hardship before so people are already used to this kind of challenges especially if the price will dip.
500  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Bitcoin is Big in Japan on: February 11, 2018, 04:52:08 AM
No wonder Bitcoin is big in Japan because almost 100% of the population is proudly supporting it because Mr. Satoshi is a Japanese and they are the founder of this coin in which it is right that all good credit for Bitcoin shall be earned by the country of Japan like the most Bitcoin, the most supporting country, the most convenient to use Bitcoin and many more good credits.
