WINGS is price discovery system for valuing stuff that is being put on the market - we begin with ICO. As well as a social proof based promotion system. Give some though to why valuation services, or price discovery is important, then you will understand. There are many ways to go about this, you can go to 1 person, or as in our case you can ask a crowd of people who also get a forecast rating (i.e., we can ID the experts). So what would you rather rely on? 1 guy or 500 who are competing for the top spot? Most prefer the latter. And for the rest they can go pay some advisor fee to some so-called "crypto-economist", underprice their ICO and get only 190 participants like BAT got. That's about 2 orders of magnitude lower than a typical "popular" ICO these days!  I was always under the impression that ICOs or DAOs would launch on the wings platform? It's only for forecasting? Or is this just the first step? I still am but Devs should answer this .... |

Weren't like all forecasts way off??  That is the beauty of Wings . Until such time that we get used it then we will enjoy doing the forecast because of the reward system. Reward specified in a Zohoo document is outdated, that was set when ICO value was 0.0075 BTC/LNK and ICO started at 0.0162 BTC, rewards were converted accordingly and reduced as closer to ICO end date your submission took place, if you translated with only 5 days left on ICO, you will receive less reward than in first week.

Presently no, but in future that may be another use case for the platform, the platform need to be more robust than the present use case in my own opinion The essence of Wings platform is for KICKSTARTERS. They said bounties will be distributed by Saturday June 17th. 1 share was supposed to be 461 tokens and now 1 share of 361 tokens why is this done? Where did the rest of the tokens go from the company of signatures? I think the original allocation was for the whole 7 week span but the ICO only lasted 3 weeks . Be glad that we have that number of tokens per stake. |
