481  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 2020 best year for ICO on: February 05, 2019, 09:07:02 PM
Quite laughable. You should have known by now that there is nothing left for ICOs anymore. Have you taken time to check the ICO progress of all the ANN thread on Altcoins discussion of this forum? The poor performance will shock you. Several ICOs started since September 2018 and still haven't been able to achieve 2% of their token sales. Also go to Latoken ICOs page, the story remains the same. That gets to tell you that ICOs may not even survive this 2019. Everyone is bored with them.
It is boring simply because in recent years there have been many repetitive and similar projects conductive ICO.Agree that the really cool ICO collected hard cap in a matter of minutes. And it does not seem boring to me.And I am sure that there will be many more interesting and very necessary projects in which to become an investor will also not be boring. Not only 2020, but all subsequent years are years for the implementation of the coolest platforms.
482  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Warnings for token hodlers on: February 05, 2019, 08:55:49 PM
We are in the final quarter of the year
Everyone should be at alert now, lots of projects will suddenly collapse, pump and dump, with plans to collect people's btc and ethereum and cash out money for the end of the year
Then they will run away and get away with funds.....

A word is enough for the wise
In my opinion, this situation continued throughout 2018 and even now we see a sad situation on the market.Nevertheless, there are promising coins that will help You make some money.Everyone is waiting for the market turn and I hope it will happen sometime. And there's no reason to be depressed.Everyone has suffered a loss, but I am not going to sell my assets for a penny. At least it doesn't make sense.
483  Economy / Economics / Re: Can a new crypto exchange take a place in the market? on: February 04, 2019, 08:44:46 PM
It all depends on how attractive this exchange will be to users.I know quite a lot of good exchanges in terms of good functionality and security, but they have very small sales volumes. Now such a situation on the market that any new exchange is unlikely to surprise anyone, but you should still try.
484  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency lending business. on: February 04, 2019, 08:36:21 PM
Cryptocurrency loans emerged as an increasingly viable alternative to borrowing loans. What do you think about the cryptocurrency lending business?

https://news.bitcoin.com/genesis-capital-processed-1-1b-of-cryptocurrency-loans-in-2018/
Cryptocurrency loans are the future. But at this stage I would prefer a loan in some kind of stablecoin.Think for yourself, today I can take a loan in the ethereum for the price of $ 100 and tomorrow, if its price becomes $ 500, I will have to incur heavy losses.Yes, the opposite situation is also possible, but when it comes to a loan, you need to consider the worst option.
485  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Trump is afraid of visiting troops in war zones on: February 03, 2019, 08:19:03 PM
Regardless of the President, why would he go to a war zone? There are military generals who should be in such zones and report on the situation from there. When will such zones finally disappear on our home planet? Why not live peacefully and not kill people.
486  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What is wrong with today's society? on: February 03, 2019, 08:09:00 PM
Have you ever felt alone and depressed? Have you ever felt that nobody likes you? Have you ever walked on the street and felt that everybody is looking at you in a bad way?
I really don't understand what happened to people.. did they forgot how to smile?!
I feel that people don't care anymore about others and i have seen so many fundraisers online that barely collect 100$. I see people acting bad with animals and nature.. and one with another. Where is this going to lead? Global corporations don't know what else to do to make money on poor people backs and step on bodies to become no.1.
I am ashamed of today's society.. we live in a cruel world and i wish it ends soon because this is not the way humans should live.
How do you feel about what's happening around us?

Throughout life, people are deceived.Previously, secretly deceived now almost openly.Capitalism has done its job.He managed to cultivate a consumer worldview.Lack of spirituality, selfishness and indifference are growing.Observing such trends in society, we can safely say that it is moving into the abyss.Need something to change and urgently.
487  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Distribution of tokens in installments on: February 03, 2019, 07:50:58 PM
I think this is done only for one purpose, so that the holders of tokens are not in a hurry to sell them.I see no other explanation for these actions.
488  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The first Blockchain beer available tomorrow on: February 02, 2019, 09:03:31 AM
The marketing idea is very cool. I want to believe that the beer is just as cool!If this beer will be in great demand, respectively, and in parallel, the technology of blockchain will gain popularity.I thank those who created this beer! Thanks to you, the crypto community will only grow.
489  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are Smart Contracts indeed Smart??? on: February 01, 2019, 08:01:36 PM
Do you really believe that Smart Contracts can replace a lawyer?
A friend so no one said that smart contracts should replace lawyers.Apparently you haven't really studied this feature.Smart contract means the final end of any transaction that people or companies have concluded between themselves.
490  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Would you sell your soul for money ? Isnt it obvious money is the problem tday. on: February 01, 2019, 08:34:07 AM
If everyone be free happy share n fair.  There is no need for rich n poor.
You have spoken the truth through this post.  "there is no need for rich or poor " if we can share what we have to one another.  I have seeing many especially the celebrity class selling there souls for the things of this world especially money.  Notting in this world really worth our souls as the soul is us and life.
Probably this is how all of humanity should live. But how in our world where there are so many dangers and greedy people to create just such a model of the world order?Soul to sell for money, that's evil. And money is just a, new, form of transferring benefits between people.
491  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin ATM's are popping up on: January 31, 2019, 07:14:41 PM
-30 more ATMs to be installed in Chicago
-Coinstar is now selling BTC in grocery stores all over the US
-More than 4000 ATMs in the world, many more to come in Germany

We're getting there.
This suggests that the adoption and widespread use of cryptocurrency is not far off. What is interesting is how they actually work?If I suppose I wanted to transfer my bitcoins through this ATM, would I need to enter my private key?If so, where is the guarantee that my key will not be stolen? In the case of Las Vegas, this is a very cool decision. Having won a large amount in a casino, there is no need to take your winnings out of the casino in dollars.
492  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Binance introduces Credit Card support for purchase of Cryptocurrencies on: January 31, 2019, 06:59:09 PM
Yes, absolutely it's brilliant news. Now everyone can easily make an investment in cryptocurrency by making the use of credit card. This is a great initiative taken by the Binance, which help many people to get enter in the crypto market.
Yes, in general, this is good news, but I do not think that there will be a very strong rush to take a loan to buy cryptocurrency.Perhaps for a strong motivation to take a loan will take time.I do not know how someone treats loans, but personally I would take it as a last resort.
493  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: $1.7 billion in Bitcoin lost on: January 30, 2019, 06:25:23 PM
Since Bitcoin launched more than $1.7 billion worth of Bitcoin has been stolen by hackers:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g5iCx8cY6l4&feature=youtu.be
Yes, it is a huge amount. It is a pity that such situations occur, but it was obvious. Hackers could not simply bypass such an industry. Most likely, we will witness an even greater number of Bitcoin thefts. Industry is developing, hackers are developing.
494  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you holding a bag of useless illiquid tokens? Like I do? on: January 29, 2019, 02:18:20 PM
I am holding a bag of useless illiquid tokens. So do millions of other people in our community. We must do something about it! So I decided to Pick up the gauntlet. I’m having meetings with projects leaders, big companies, and trading platform, trying to find the best solution for all of us. Would love to hear your situation, thoughts, and ideas.
I would like to know what kind of solution you are preparing for us by meeting with project managers?Yes, we all have a lot of tokens, but I do not see any options for how they can be revived.Waiting for your reply.I hope this is of interest to many.It would not be bad if some stock exchange was entrusted with projects that carry out an ICO, in which case their tokens will have at least some value.
495  Economy / Economics / Re: Perfect example of why governments must hold Bitcoin on: January 29, 2019, 02:09:42 PM
EU and UK are toothless loyal US dogs. They doesn't have own decision making process now. The point here isn't is Maduro good or bad, but the point is they are breaking all democratic principles.

Having Bitcoin will not help Maduro anyway. He will need to convert to fiat at some point. And all cryptos are what 120B? This is nothing compared to world finances and needs.

Thus, Washington intends to prevent the country's authorities from "plundering the wealth of Venezuela for their corrupt purposes." Bitcoin is unlikely to be a panacea in this case.
It is very difficult to draw conclusions when it is not clear what is happening in Venezuela.Apparently everything is very difficult there. And bitcoin really in such a situation is unlikely to help.I think that even if Maduro and his government converted Fiat money into bitcoin, opponents of the current government would still find a way to prevent this money from leaving the country.
496  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What has changed? Is it moving forward? on: January 28, 2019, 08:49:48 PM
Is it just a trading commodity, long term investment or is it (very very very) slowly replacing fiat. I know there are many companies and small shops that accept cryptocurrency but is that it? Is the problem still about the speed of a transaction
It seems to me that all these options are suitable for today's explanation of cryptocurrency. While you were resting, many ICO collected large sums, many new cryptocurrencies appeared. You are not late for the crypto train, and therefore study the market as soon as possible and start investing.
497  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What happened to all of the anonymity exchanges? on: January 28, 2019, 08:39:44 PM
So i have been working with bitcoin since it started, i sold off all my holdings at 6k before the rise to the moon, but recently ive came back to buy some and all of the otc markets are gone, local traders require ID, the big exchanges either dont accept fiat or require your soul and mothers baby pictures.

So can somebody help me understand what happened? did the 2017 bubble kill off the anonymity or am i missing something? I understand the importance of a trust-circle but i am asking solely on the basis of send payment, get bitcoin using WU, cash deposit, Moneypak, etc.. without an in-group. It seems there isnt even a way anymore to find private sellers efficiently, just oceans full of buyers trying to pawn off paypal and itunes giftcards, OTC sellers requiring ID, and corporate exchanges that are even worse than mtgox.

I dont remember it being this "centralized". Shame.

So what actually caused this? Regulations shouldnt have effected the OTC market IMO.

what did you expect?
the banking cartels will be losing profit and Central Banks will be losing control
if people are allowed to trade currencies anonymously
there will be all kind of excuses , sponsoring terrorism, crime, money laundering and what not
in reality it is all about your anonymity and privacy
and money

I agree. Alas, at the moment, the black segment of the use of cryptocurrencies is very large. To the situation with transactions has not passed into the stage of uncontrolled chaos exchanges just need proof of identity.Note, however, that on most stock exchanges, if the amount of your withdrawal is small, then, as a rule, the exchanges do not require identification.Hence the conclusion that the exchanges insure themselves. And in principle there is nothing wrong with that.
498  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: On merchants not willing to accept crypto on: January 28, 2019, 08:29:41 PM
We're trying to fix that problem https://allforcrypto.org  Grin  .There many issues we have to overcome due.Cryptos user our generally all talk and very tribal. They say they what something but when you offer it to then they don't use it. People only concern is will it increase the price of their particular coin, not that actual adoption. That why we focusing our marketing to non crypto disgruntled ebay amazon sellers .
You are certainly right. Alas, the majority is interested only in increasing the value of their coins.Under these conditions, it is difficult to attract a large number of merchants who want to accept Bitcoin as payment. We need some kind of impetus for large-scale adoption of cryptocurrencies by both sellers and buyers.
499  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Please DON'T pay any taxes on your crypto! on: January 27, 2019, 07:47:32 PM
Everyone wants to make money and the state is no exception in this matter. As far as I know, at the moment it is actually impossible to tax cryptocurrency holders. And the whole thing is that many countries can not give a clear explanation and definition of cryptocurrency.
