Choose coins that will give you  a good return. Eth and btc are good choices, add some altcoins that are already established, too. Risk is always there, it's how you manage your portfolio. Putting many eggs in a basket is an advantage. And honestly, I am not familiar with that Divi coin you have mentioned. But as long as it gives you a good profits, it is fine to stay it in your list.

There are always a glitch in any playforms even bitcoin and eth has some issues. When the price goes down, fear and panic existed and traders tend to sell their coin. And vice versa. If this is the case, then OP should reconsider to trade in other decentralized exchanges where in Kyc isn't required. I dont think Binance will lift the ban of his account if there are previous terrorism issues. Also, if he logged in into sudan ip before. Previous logs may also be traced.

These are trading exchanges that can make some transactions even without Kyc but there are always TOS inside their platform, better to check that up before signing up.
