Hello, friends. Update my friends and followers on Twitter. I registered for a long time, but forgot to check my friends.
My numbers in spreadsheets:
Twitter - # 16 - 7800 Followers

7800 is pretty good. Nice job.

Yeah wish I had more, maybe I could make some money with them too.

I wonder what the easiest way to get more is?

Get someone popular to retweet you.

That's a good idea actually, not sure how I didn't think of it.

What would you say is your biggest obstacle to date?

The blogging platform seems pretty original. Is there a way to make money through it?

We see it as a way to integrate cryptocurrency rewards into the social media habits that are already part of sports fans' daily lives. It's not a get rich quick scheme. One of our founders is a long-time sports media journalist and he agrees that the time is now to disrupt the status quo in terms of compensation for sports writers. Readers get the work straight from the source and take part in the rewards system for things they're already doing (liking/up-voting, commenting, sharing)

Looking around the web at how publishing direct to reader systems are gaining traction (Steemit with their blockchain based platform and Medium with their "freemium" model) we see this as the clear direction at the moment and for the future.

Yeah I really like the way publishing/reading platforms are going. So there is a little bit of money to be made you're saying, but not career level?

I see it as a "if your build it they will come" situation. First, we want sports fans to see and realize that their content browsing, sharing, and liking has value. With Scorum, that value goes directly to the author and the community that engages with it. This is completely scalable so the potential is certainly there!

Oh yeah I see. So value is based entirely on demand. If you're a great writer, and there's lots of users interacting with your work then you could make some good money.

I wonder just how much profit there could be with a single self driving taxi?

Seems like too many factors to try to estimate this. How many people decided to keep their cars vs. use automated taxis? How much competition is there driving down price? How big is the city resulting in higher demand? Just so many factors.

Any chance of you guys expanding to eSports betting?

We will for sure offer eSports betting. It's one of our core offerings. We already offer eSports on our existing platform, FansUnite.com and will definitely offer eSports betting on our real money sportsbook at FansUnite.io

That's great, there's lots of money to be made there.

Yeah, it's one of our fastest growing sports in terms of volume of bets, so we are very excited to watch the continued growth.

People often underestimate it. I remember one year an event being more watched than the World Series.

2014 League of Legends championships.

Nice article, is this a bounty project?

@ICOnow That's awesome, thank you! I'd be happy to issue you some JVY for your efforts... just contact us to coordinate that. Smiley

@Dipsomaniac No, it's not specifically a bounty reward item but we'll definitely take some positive attention like that! Smiley

Wow, they did a great job without any guarantee of compensation.

I could actually see something like this being very useful in the future.

Yeah, anyone who really knows the future of automobiles knows the amount of people who own a car is going to start dropping drastically when fully autonomous vehicles come.

Any new videos planned?

Absolutely! Most of our US-based team works out of the same office, and several of us have become very ill, at the same time. We're powering through it, though, and will be back in force by next week. Smiley

Sorry to hear that, look forward to more videos though.

Thankyou for your answer. Indeed, it is seen that work in other areas is actively carried out. Here from Twitter, I learned about Blockchain conference in Moscow on 15th -16th November, where Datum will participate.

Yes, the Datum team is quite busy and working hard it seems with all these upcoming events. And they are active and responsive in all channels, like telegram or here. Great work!

What events are upcoming?

Is it a mistake? Ann Thread translation=100 Stakes, WhitePaper (words≈6000)=1 stake?

when i was reading this exactly i thought same  Huh , white paper writing is not easy task , need mind blowing words , they should revise this , white paper translation should have 500 stakes .. then i can think for Arabic

You're asking for 50,000% raise? lol

How much (in DAT tokens), storing my data is going to cost me? Am I going to pay per Gb stored? Thanks!

Hi, the payment structure will be decided once we launch our test network - which is happening in a few weeks. We look to be significantly more affordable that commercial enterprises.

As far as I know, we're looking into data streams, and the value of the data is not the size, rather the stream. We're not looking for binary files like images or videos, rather machine readable data. That data is miniscule in comparison. Believe it or not, but the amount of data you generate in a year is less than one short video on YouTube in HD quality.

That is our primary focus.

Oh yeah I believe that. Video is incredibly data inefficient.

Is there a particular country the majority of the team is from or is it more globally based?

Everyone lives in Canada (except some of the advisors), and works out of the same office every day. Great core team that are used to working together and will be in it for the long haul.

That's awesome, are you guys Toronto based by chance?

Vancouver, though we are out in Toronto every few months.

So SaberCruncher is Vancouver based too?

Yep! The group works with their desks next to ours now every day.

Do you guys have any pictures or videos around the office? I'd love to see your setup.

How do you plan to get the word out about your wallet once it's fully launched? Just word of mouth?

We do expect our wallet users to become our viral marketing force! Wink

However, we also plan to promote and market the wallet everywhere possible, once we have sufficient funding.

Currently, we are seeing quite a few, very high quality media platforms picking up what we're trying to do, already, so that's very encouraging also. We feel that the media will latch on to what we're doing and help us generate awareness in the crypto community and with the mainstream.

Yeah I think it could become viral, especially with a small marketing campaign once you're in full swing. Get people to use it once, and as long as it's working flawlessly, I don't see why people would ever need another wallet.
