481  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do advisors really matter? on: May 09, 2018, 10:26:42 PM
I think that advisors are very important. Some time they may be more important than the team in certain areas of the project.
The advisors may ruin the project are lift it up the skies.
482  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Your Money Safer In Crypto than at the Bank? on: May 06, 2018, 07:39:25 PM
Banks are definitely the safer place to keep your money. Trade Banks are heavily regulated and there are whole bunch of laws that secure our funds.
483  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is now a good time to invest in ICO? on: May 05, 2018, 09:15:49 PM
If you can find a great ICO, then it is the right time to invest in it. Unfortunately, it is hard to find a good ICO now. We have a lot of scam projects.
484  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is neo good choice for long-term investment ? on: May 05, 2018, 09:09:03 PM
i dont hold any neo but i think that neo is not a bad choice for long term holding. Because there will be more neo based icos in the future. And neo is still very cheap comparing with ethereum.

I think that you should invest in NEO.
NEO is great for long-term investing IMO.
It is a lot cheaper than Ethereum, because it is not so popular, but I believe that this will change in the near future.
485  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you holding EOS? on: May 04, 2018, 10:00:17 PM
I have not invested in it. There is a lot of noise around it, but nothing significant yet. I am a little bit sceptical for now, but I may change my mind.
486  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will ICO die in 2018? on: May 04, 2018, 09:55:01 PM
Disclaimer: The text below is a personal opinion of the author. If you have a different opinion, please share it

ICO causes more and more distrust - thanks to the scammers. At this point, companies that produce and sell tokens are more focused on the product. The product is being developed and improved. And all before the token sale.

The fact is: those companies that enter the token market with a readymade product are more trustworthy. Now, few people are interested in a company that launches ICO just to make a name and earn a lot of money.

ICO is a serious campaign. It requires great resources and professionalism.

There are many companies on this path. Recently, Pavel Durov announced the creation of a light wallet and the release of the Gram token on the Telegram platform. Here is another example - KickCity, a company that has existed for two years. KickCity is engaged in the development of the event industry and issues a KCY token for further expansion of the company.

What is more, you can get tokens for testing KickCity beta. You can get reward for testing this platform https://kickcity.io/event/5a9d11030cf2cac8e081f3e8

ICO crazed was already dead. Just take a look at the new ICO and on-going ICO. they don't collect lots of funds now.
Cryptocurrency and Bitcoin is not that hype now unlike last year.

You are right, but you forget one very important factor. The market was down until now. When the market is down the investors are more careful with the funds.
I believe that ICOs will perform a lot better from now on until the end of the year.
487  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: wtat are the biggest disadvantages of altcoin ? on: May 04, 2018, 09:52:52 PM
What's preventing Bitcoins from being accepted as mainstream payment forms? I'm working on a new blockchain and would like to learn what drawbacks of Bitcoin urgently need to be improved.

The biggest issue with Bitcoin is the popularity. It is not popular yet. or not the right way anyway. Most of the news about Bitcoin in the mainstream media are either about some dude become millionaire or pure speculations and warnings that if you enter, you may lose your money.
The world is not ready yet for a change like that. We need more time.
488  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Market Goes Down and Down on: May 03, 2018, 07:33:19 PM
I hope that people here especially the new ones are learning a good experience. Crypto market volatility is high and as we all know the market sometimes keeps on dropping even in few months but there will be times that it will bounce back. Patience is badly needed here and emotions should be controlled. If you take a look at these top 20 or maybe even top 100 coins, they are all in heavy gains so we just have to give them time.

You are right and the best we can do of corrections like that, besides investing when the prices are low, are learning the important lessons about crypto market. The crypto market is unpredictable and cruel. Patience is the best quality investor can have.
489  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty and too many participants on: May 03, 2018, 07:29:07 PM
Everything goes to the point of limiting the participants in the company, on the one hand it is correct that it will be possible to get more profits. But with another it can negatively affect all companies. That just people turn their back on this if it is very difficult to get coins.

Why limit the participants? What will the project benefit from limiting the participants?
The bounty manager want more people to promote the project. How is the rewards split is not so important for the manager.
490  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: It could take 2 years for the market to recover on: May 01, 2018, 11:08:14 AM
I wish I was joking but this market will take at least 2 years to recover and build momentum again.
Market fundamentals have changed!

How did you come up with the two years period? What fundamentals have been changed?
IMO the market is the same and the it is performing like it should be - unpredictable.
491  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cardano (ADA) Coin - would you invest? on: May 01, 2018, 11:04:52 AM
I invested in Cardano last year and I am still holding it. IMO this project is good and will show excellent profit in the long run.
492  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH or LTC long term? on: May 01, 2018, 11:00:59 AM
Both are very stable and will be very strong this year.
Ethereum is the most popular ICO platform.
Litecoin because is fast and reliable.
493  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your top 3 services you would use Crypto?! on: April 29, 2018, 06:28:47 PM
I have no intentions to use crypto for small payments like a gas bill or groceries. For me crypto is a tool for investing and payments regardless borders and countries.
494  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you even read whitepaper bro? on: April 29, 2018, 06:17:39 PM
Whitepaper is important. I always read it before I invest in a project. Doesn't matter if I am investing my money or my time. I read the Whitepaper if I am going to participate in a bounty campaign.
495  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think this year will be bad year for ICOS? on: April 28, 2018, 08:28:36 PM
Last year ICOs were really strong and raised a lot of money. This year is a lot slower  for now, but I think that this is because of the market decrease.
IMO ICOs will be really strong this year as well as long as the market is green and people are willing to invest.
496  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How Can You Protect Ourselves From Scammers? on: April 28, 2018, 08:24:56 PM
The best way to protect yourself from scammers is to doubt everything, question everything, do your own researches and never ever trust someone who promises you to get you rich quickly.
497  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency to be accepted in shops by 2025? on: April 28, 2018, 08:21:07 PM
I don't see why not (granted, if crypto keeps on keeping on) – it's all about evolving, you either adapt or you perish, it's not that complicated. I believe that many people are (still) interested in a decentralized payment system.

There are a lot of reasons why not. First and most important crypto is not so popular. Second is that all the merchants have to invest in order to recieve crypto. Third all of the personnel have to be trained ets, etc
498  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I want a long term investment what s the best choice for now? on: April 28, 2018, 08:07:40 PM
IMO Bitcoin is always best for long term investment. But I would not recommend investing in one coin only. So I would buy also Ethereum, NEO and probably Cardano.
499  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think Bitcoin Cash will take place of Bitcoin? on: April 26, 2018, 09:35:21 PM
I don't think that any coin can take the place of Bitcoin. If this ever happen that will be new era of crrypto, but even if this ever happen Bitcoin cash would not be the one that will surpass Bitcoin.
500  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC Price < $3000 soon on: April 26, 2018, 09:31:45 PM
It is impossible, this price would end of cryptocurrencies, but now market growing up so you are not right. Your informations are fake for sure, and we'll see it in the next few months

$3000 for Bitcoin will not kill crypto-currencies but restart the whole market. Still I don't think we are going to see Bitcoin that cheap.
