Melon Port soldout within first 5 minutes lol Grin wtf

What in the world  Shocked

MelonPort raised $3million in 02m50s !

That must be a new record.

Who cares, this isn't the melonport thread. Unless ICN invested in it, which I kinda hope they didn't because it doesn't look great from an ICO investors perspective IMHO (extremely inflationary and 2 years before release of anything).

Thanks for making a new thread. Can you please delete the Lambo shit posts from this one? It's already starting again...

I agree, and it would be nice to be able to browse the thread at work etc without having to worry about half naked women randomly showing up.
483  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] ICONOMI - Digital Assets Management Platform on: February 15, 2017, 12:18:40 AM

Yes, edit this link. But not before copying all the content in the first thread's OP to this thread's OP so that people are still directed to all that info.

Great move, those trolls were relentless.

My point is the reason ICN is not listed on more exchanges, is because devs are waiting for both ICN and ICNX to be in circulation before pushing for more exchanges.

Bittrex-Bill basically confirmed this in slack yesterday, because he said he met with Jani and Jani told him he didn't want to list ICN at that time.

So it's not regulation FUD that is preventing more listings, it is Iconomi devs themselves.

Bittrex is US based so they will NEVER list an SECURITY TOKEN like ICN, unless they want to have problems with the SEC.

Kraken is based in the US (San Fran) and they have ICN listed you imbecile. Poloniex is also US based and they listed DAO, even held the DAO ICO.

Btw what is it with trolls and bright colors and large bold text? It's tacky and adds to the already excessive fraudulent used-car salesman vibe you got going on.

Melonport sounds great in theory but their token distribution model and the fact that the ICO takes place 2 years before the release of the platform (without accounting for unexpected delays that could happen as well, as they so often do in crypto) has me seriously doubting the potential from an ICO investor standpoint.

Plus all this talk about Melonport being "decentralized" is a bit of a stretch when it is still a small group of people that are in control of the funds, development, marketing, etc, and they hold the majority of the tokens and even get to decide the rate of inflation...

https://www.reddit.com/r/melonproject/comments/5ok42j/melonport_contribution_vs_inflation/

TaaS is a closed-end fund, it is not a competitor with ICN.

Neufund is a platform for hosting ICOs to raise money for startups, similar to Iconomi but still not the same.

Looks like people are dumping since no news came out of the conference

Uhm, well that's like last 2 hours. Drop in the last 7 days was just 1.77%, which is quite natural after the Bitcoin madness. Last 24 hours were +1.25%

I wouldn't bother trying to reason with these idiots, just ignore them. They have no effect on anything they are just attention whores.
488  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] ICONOMI - Fund Management Platform on: February 10, 2017, 01:54:36 AM
War on buffet is literally getting paid pennies an hour to troll here (it's the most money he's ever made). Just ignore him please.
489  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] ICONOMI - Fund Management Platform on: February 10, 2017, 01:52:22 AM
Don't say you were not warned.
LIQUI.IO will soon be the only way out.

maybe if you actually hold an account with kraken and you log in, you will see that trades are happening.

but of course, it's easier to FUD

moron....

and this is just photoshoped too... right?

Working perfectly fine for me...
490  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] ICONOMI - Fund Management Platform on: February 09, 2017, 07:04:41 PM
OH NO! The price dumped all the way from 0.00045 to 0.00046!!! What a disaster!

War on buffet has solidified his position as a bitch troll that absolutely nobody listens to because anybody can look through their post history and see they were wrong about every call they made. Sucks to be in that position, I guess you will have to go make yet another alt troll account and start building up its reputation. Sad life of a pathetic troll.
491  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] ICONOMI - Fund Management Platform on: February 08, 2017, 06:25:03 PM
So what do you  people expect from tomorrow? New information about platform? Launch date? Nothing?

I expect even more newbie accounts to desperately spam these threads
492  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] ICONOMI - Fund Management Platform on: February 08, 2017, 06:21:40 PM
I'm an idiot. I can't read but I act like people should listen to what I say.

They never said the platform would be launched by now

493  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] ICONOMI - Fund Management Platform on: February 08, 2017, 02:33:53 PM
War on buffet told me he is working for melonport as a troll, just ignore him. He sold all his ICN when it was at 0.0003 so now he is bitter about the project.
494  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] ICONOMI - Fund Management Platform on: February 07, 2017, 09:05:40 AM

I'm a xenophobic idiot.

Why would it be shady? Are you even capable of pointing where is that without googleMaps? If you try to spreed FUD, sell your stash and buy some shitcoins. Or open your own platform if you know it better  Wink

Look it's me again, being an idiot as usual

I'm also an idiot
Did you think it wasn't possible I could be any more uninformed and idiotic? Guess again!

I'm just echoing how much of an idiot these guys are and showing how much of an idiot I am too!

No, you idiots. They explained it clearly before the ICO. At this time US citizen cannot participate in the performance fund, index fund, or any of the individual funds that will be on the platform. Those are not the same thing as the ICN token. People from the US can own ICN- just like they can own other ETH tokens and participate in other ICOs- and that is the only thing they solicited funds from US citizens for so there is not a problem.
495  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] ICONOMI - Fund Management Platform on: February 06, 2017, 05:32:07 PM

Question: Why would people buy crypto funds from shady Middlemen in Slovenia (Iconomi), while they can skip these middle men and buy identical crypto funds on a decentralized platform like MelonPort or TaaS where everything from trades to performance is transparent, and especially since these other platforms can also hold funds safely in Cold Storage which eliminates DAO-like hacks?

Why would it be shady? Are you even capable of pointing where is that without googleMaps? If you try to spreed FUD, sell your stash and buy some shitcoins. Or open your own platform if you know it better  Wink

"Shady Middlemen" because:
[

Now you tell me how investors are supposed to trust them with millions of dollars if ICN holders are ever going to see any dividends.

Yes you are right, now i see it, i will go and buy Purevidz or Taas or some other of the great projects that people mention here .........

Neither of those are like Iconomi you guys are comparing apples and oranges.
496  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] ICONOMI - Fund Management Platform on: February 05, 2017, 07:01:54 AM

Being first does not mean you will end up on top. Being first will get you the  first mover advantage, but as we can see, Iconomi fails to meet deadline, and this gives reason that it may fall short in the race to be on top. On this note, I will make some bet on these competitors. Never put all in one basket.

None of the other competing platforms have even begun fundraising yet...
497  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] ICONOMI - Fund Management Platform on: February 04, 2017, 09:56:19 AM

Is this real lol. Shit, looks like Iconomi has some real competition now  Grin
498  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] ICONOMI - Fund Management Platform on: February 04, 2017, 12:57:01 AM
All these pics of scantily clad women make it a lot riskier to browse this thread at work... What's their purpose again?
499  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ICO] TaaS: Token-as-a-Service | Closed-End Fund on: February 03, 2017, 04:46:14 PM
The feeling that the team wants to ride in the footsteps of Iconomi's luck. In the case of failures to blame them. Wink

YOU CAN PAY $1 PER TaaS IN TWO MONTHS AND WATCH ITS VALUE DROP FROM AN OVERPRICED $100M MARKET CAP IMMEDIATELY AFTER ICO
OR YOU CAN PAY $0.40 PER ICN AT KRAKEN TODAY AND WATCH ITS VALUE RISE AS ICONOMI GROWS NATURALLY INTO A $100M PROJECT
THE MULTIPLIER ON YOUR INVESTMENT IS BIGGER WITH ICONOMI !!!!

We just made it to Forbes!

Advertising, promise ElDorado... and nothing more. Looks like a very advanced HYIP.

A HYIP, by definition as a type ponzi scheme, cannot be a closed-end fund...
500  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ICO] TaaS: Token-as-a-Service | Closed-End Fund on: February 03, 2017, 04:36:32 PM
I'm curious how the TaaS team thinks this compares to Iconomi. As in, will it be in direct competition with ICN or are there distinguishing aspects between the two projects that could allow them to coexist and thrive together?

Hi Stormia,

ICONOMI is a great project with a wonderful team. As far as we understand, they are building an investment platform and will also have an open fund for anyone to invest in.

However, ICONOMI and TaaS are not direct competitors because we offer different products and solutions.

1. TaaS is a closed-end fund, meaning it is open for investments exclusively during ICO. It cannot accept additional investments after its completion.
2. We offer levels of transparency no other finance blockchain project currently has -- thanks to Cryptographic Audit (CA) technology that we built. It is a set of complex tools that monitor trading activity, hashes data onto a blockchain for anyone to validate. Our development team is in 5 countries right now, with more than 10 people working on it exclusively. You can read all about it in the white paper at http://taas.fund.
3. We offer a token -- TaaS -- that shares 50% of TaaS fund profits every quarter, executed and governed by an Ethereum smart contract. No other project is doing it at the moment.

We will be happy to clarify other details or answer questions if you have any. We are excited about the project and hope you get the best understanding of its revolutionary potential  Smiley

Thanks for the reply! That clears things up for me.
