Yes this is the right time to buy altcoins because the value of altcoins are very low. Make this opportunity to buy more altcoins and hold it for future. Go to the coinmarketcap select the good growing altcoins and invest on it. Surely some altcoins has bright future once the value will ne high you van sell at that time for good profit.

Dont judge the bottom of the price because we cannot predict the market. At the same time we dont the  bottom price. Another thing is whenever the price is low means we cannot sell the  bitcoin. I believe that bitcoin value will not cross $15k or not go down below $8k . Look at current growth trend. Its not upto the expected trend to hit $25k or not bad to reach $3k. The trend is ok.
