Nope you can buy and then sell high ,dont now now other way of making money when market drops buy low sell high its only way to make money in trading.

at first you need check if your alt are in any exchange or not as many Airdrops done but not all of them go to exchange and some tokens which were done to dump would be dumped and end.

I think if ICO is good i mean its working project then in long term they will be profitable but most of investors want quick profit ,smart investors who \understand how market works keep their tokens.
