Onehash, can you explain why some of the winning bets where rejected after the game? although the bets were already placed before the game. How's that the email says that the bitcoin transaction was sent after the event which opposed to the bet activity I've made. Is somebody there that has this the same experience? I think this was because the lost bets wasn't sufficient to pay for the winning bets.
Hello! I'm explaining everything We get our data feed from 3rd party provider. Sometimes it happens that we get the data wrongly formatted/incomplete/longer than expected/etc. Therefore sometimes our mechanism for auto resolving bets gets it wrongly and we have to cancel that event. Since we're mutual (pvp) type of betting, if the event is not correctly resolved (i.e. both parties lost according to the data) we have to cancel it. Fortunately it doesn't happen often and in the most cases this happens it's the issue only for the minor e-sports leagues. But no worries - our team is aware of the problem and working on the issue.
