481  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Mental rehabilitation clinic. on: January 08, 2024, 10:10:12 AM
2.The argument “Most people lose in the long run” and “it is impossible to make money in poker and sports betting.” Still, we know, perhaps, several dozen people who have made or are making money from gambling. But there are very, very few of them. The main mistake a person makes is that he hopes to get into this very small number.
But how can a person prove that he will not be included in this number?

You are not talking about a Mental rehabilitation clinic... As far as I can see from your opening post and this post you are talking about some "gambling school". A place where gamblers can learn more about gambling and about the ways of improving their winning odds.

The thing is that nobody can prove anything when it comes to gambling. It's on us to try it, as most of us are trying, but we don't know the result and we can't predict the outcome. In the end, just a few percent of people will make some profit and others will be on the losing side. There are no guarantees in gambling, so running this "gambling clinic or school" can give some people false hope that they can make money in gambling in the long run.

482  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling on: January 07, 2024, 10:05:34 PM
Theoretically speaking if you could predict the algorithm in an online casino wouldn't you be able to predict the game and win a lot let's just say you had access to the algorithm and you were able to replicate it you would practically be able to win all the games

In theory, everything is possible! In practice, the casino team would catch you and very likely confiscate your entire bankroll... so it's best to be a fair player and not risk being accused of fraud.

Casinos can have bugs that can be exploited, but instead of cheating the casino and risking your deposits that can be confiscated you can try to report it and you can get a fair reward. Good luck!
483  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are you willing to bet $50 spin for a chance to win $42 million? on: January 07, 2024, 08:03:26 PM
So, do you have the courage to do that?

It's not about the courage, it's about having a bankroll... we can discuss the minimum bankroll needed for making $50 spins. In my opinion, it shouldn't be less than $5k, and even that is too little. I wouldn't say it's nothing, but slots can be crazy with so long losing streaks, and sometimes bonus rounds can't be won in +200-300 spins.

I think that we can agree that this guy was extremely lucky. For sure he is a high roller with a nice bankroll, and he probably regularly plays with high stakes. But if I am wrong about that we can say that he is more than extremely lucky, it's not happening every day to spin slots and to hit a bonus round in just a few spins, especially with so crazy high odds.

Anyway, this is a life-changing win definitely... I hope that the winner will spend it wisely! Smiley
484  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in-$200 FreeBTC⭐Win Lambo🔥0.2BTC DailyJackpot🏆$32,500 Wager Contest on: January 07, 2024, 04:21:22 PM
During all these years and with so many people playing, although the wheel of fortune is only like 3 years old now in February,I think that someone should have won a big prize as there are well over 50 million users in the Freebitco.in website and at least 10 million I think play daily the wheel of fortune. With so many people playing no matter if the percentage to win them is extremely low someone should have at least hit an Amazon gift card of 500 dollars,I cannot understand why no one has won such good prizes so far during this time from the wheel of fortune.

The chances are low... with occasional breaks, I have been active since 2015 and until now I haven't been lucky enough to hit a bigger prize on the daily rolls, when it comes to the weekly lottery, I have never been in the top 10 and I have had many tickets in some weeks. And to win something big from WoF spins it's even harder, the chances are extremely low.

I don't know how many active users Freebitcoin has, but I believe that most users are not on the forum. So big prizes are probably going into the hands of people outside the forum.
485  Economy / Gambling / Re: What do you want to see in casino reviews? on: January 07, 2024, 11:41:19 AM
I never read casino reviews. I think all these reviews are biased because they are paid. But maybe I'm wrong. And if I want to play in a casino, I just go to the site and try everything I like, I do not need to read the review. I can only give one piece of advice to those who write casino reviews, make them as short as possible. I like short reviews.

You could actually be right and also be wrong to an extent, we cannot perfectly predict on reviews received on the internet, but as a matter of fact, we can also consider the ones here as being honest because they are being reviewed by most trusted members of the forum and the gambling platforms are taking them seriously to effectively implement all that had been observed or introduced.

Well, I like that approach, if you wish to play in a casino and check it out just register and do it. But what is good about casino reviews is that we can get familiar with some casino features and rules before we register and start reading ToS and looking at what kind of promotions & bonuses and wagering requirements. A good casino review site has all that in one place, it can save us some time and money...

We have a good casino review site here on the forum, Efi is a trusted member of this community who has huge gambling experience.
486  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you think gamblers do retired betting gambles on: January 06, 2024, 09:18:35 AM
I have hardly seen any person who is passionate about something or a hobby, retire at an old age simply because they want to. If they did, it could be because of some issues that may be as a result of health hazards and immobility. Else, a true gambler gambles despite the age because they love it until death do them part.

Exactly! And it's not like gambling requires some special health conditions, people stand or sit around some table, can chat, and have fun playing some of their favorite games, if we talk about ground casinos. When it comes to online casinos, well we can be free to play however we want it, nobody can see us. Smiley

I don't plan to retire... I guess the worst scenario would be to run out of money for gambling, in that case, retirement is imminent! But I sincerely hope it won't come to that.
487  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How often do you win? on: January 05, 2024, 08:38:52 PM
Maybe anyone can decide to share his game and let those interested to should pick and play on their favorite gambling site, with this help we all can win together...

No... simply said it's not possible. And it's not possible especially if we play lucky-based games! Even with betting on sports, this will not work...

Most of the gamblers, including myself, win & lose all the time. Our life is full of ups and downs... and we have nice periods when we win, but after every good winning streak we face losing ones, and vice versa. So we are trying to balance that and when we lose we try to stop it or take a break, and we try again after some time. But definitely, there are no rules, that's why it's gambling... we hope that we will make some profit in the end, but nobody can make any guarantees. It's why we need to enjoy the process and stick to the old rule "gamble with money you can afford to lose"!
488  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will you gamble on Bitcoin ETF approval results? on: January 05, 2024, 07:07:48 PM
It's a fifty-fifty bet, in the end, it can be approved or not. So I guess the odds are very low... so if someone doesn't wish to "risk" a fortune there's no profit in betting on this one.

People like to bet on everything, but to make some profit you need to risk a nice amount of money. I wouldn't be ready to gamble with big amounts just like that, with some "insider info" I would do it for sure... this is rigged 101%, some people can make a few bucks betting on this, but a few selected ones will make millions just like that!
489  Economy / Economics / Re: 4 COMMON MISTAKES PEOPLE MADE WITH THEIR FINANCES LAST YEAR THAT SHOULD BE AVOID on: January 05, 2024, 05:46:58 PM
1. NOT HAVING AN EMERGENCY FUND

2. NOT INVESTING

3. OVERSPENDING

4. NOT TRACKING EXPENSES

It's good to have an emergency fund, but without some nice income it's hard to put money on the side that can cover "saving & investing". Overspending is not something that we can control, especially if we need to take care of a family and maintain the household. Many things can happen all of a sudden that will take our money from the wallet. And this inflation is not helping, my salary hasn't gone up as much as the prices have gone up.

So, you have good points here, but without income, it's hard to do anything. And to get to nice income it's not so easy... some people get there, but some never do.
490  Economy / Gambling / Re: UNREAL!! Sportsbet.io pays out a $42,000,000 USDT Casino WIN!! on: January 05, 2024, 04:08:55 PM
Well, this is unreal! $50 per spin, so this guy hit x840000! Amazing... and I guess this is one of the reasons why some people like slots! They can take, but they can give a lot if you are lucky!

Congrats to the winner, and this is a big plus for Sportsbet! It's nice to see the house paying out huge wins like this one!
491  Economy / Gambling / Re: Which Casino and Sportsbook have the best UI? Which others can improve? on: January 04, 2024, 06:36:28 PM
Wanted everyone's opinion about which Casino and Sportsbook have the best UI. What is their best feature and which casino and sportsbook do you like but want to see improvement when it comes to UI or features?

UI means User interface.

There is no sportsbook with the best UI! There are different tastes and it's useless to discuss tastes. Some people like light, some like dark... and there are a thousand other details that can affect one's taste.

There are already a lot of good suggestions in the previous comments... as someone who has tried almost every casino on this forum, I can say that each of them is good in its way. But right now I am most active in Coins.Game casino. Of course, personal experience is the most important, so you should probably try several casinos and find the one that suits you best. Good luck!
492  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The is always on gambling, never the individual. on: January 04, 2024, 03:35:04 PM
...
Why do people blame gamble for their own act of irresponsibility. No one is talking about their own part in their story of bad experience's with gambling, all we get to hear is gambling is bad and a useless activity. Why?

We hear that from people who like to complain a lot, and they tend to complain about everything and blame everyone, I guess that is easier than to take responsibility. And we hear from them how gambling is a bad and useless activity, but they just took it too far and they got into problems because they couldn't control themselves and how they spend money on gambling, as you said.

You will never hear something like that from a responsible person. Responsible gamblers spend just what they can afford to lose, and in that way they never get into problems because of the gambling.
493  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you believe in "Enhanced RTP" in some slots? on: January 04, 2024, 08:00:37 AM
I see some slot providers are offering slot games with "enhanced RTP" or even a option to increase the bet amount to increase the chances of you hitting the FREE spin feature.

Do you actually believe that this is a real feature and that it does give you a higher chance to win? I think it might be real, but it is insignificantly higher than your normal RTP. ( 0.5% to 1% better )

Have you played these games and have you seen any difference in your win percentage?

I wonder the same thing sometimes, but I always turn on that feature if available. BGaming is one of the providers I often play and they have many slots with that feature. Well, I often hit bonus rounds but just hitting it doesn't mean much if we don't have the luck to hit something nice in that bonus round, which happens often as well.

Aloha King Elvis is one of my favorite slots, I always play it with a x2.5 higher chance to hit a bonus round or coin respin.
494  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Shared games helped you before? on: January 03, 2024, 08:53:09 PM

Just say let me bring this here to see how many of you have been in such situation where you have been trying for long and the day you decided not to try luck the winning will come just like a magic. Have you experience that before?

It's the question that bothers all the people since the beginning of the world... and I don't think there's an answer that will satisfy everyone and all situations! I think that this image says more than a thousand words:

Sometimes we need to push until the end, but sometimes it's better to stop before we lose ourselves. But how do you determine when to push and when to stop? Well, nobody can answer this question, it's on us to make a decision and to stick to it whatever the results may be... it's the risk we need to take and we are the ones who deal with consequences.
495  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔥🔥🔥 BC.GAME - CASINO AND SPORTSBOOK | $1,000 GIVEAWAY LIVE! 🔥🔥🔥 on: January 03, 2024, 07:38:46 PM

I just can't believe. Is the current live player stat of Crash on bc.game real? Is 2K for real? Upon checking and comparing it to stake.com, stake.com has only 200 live players. I never thought that bc.game is more popular when it comes to the crash game. Even the wagered amount per Crash game in bc.game (almost 18K usd) is better compared to stake.com (2K usd).
Well, let's assume this Stats is correct, this does not make bc.game a more popular casino than stake generally speaking, because if you check other games on stake, you possibly will find some with hundreds of thousand of players where as if you check same game on bc.game, there will likely be no player playing at the moment.
...

I think I have already shared similar screenshots in the past, number of people who play Crash and with what money is incredible. And where are all the other games? I believe that stats are real, BC is big and they are growing...

But still, the Stake is probably a lot bigger! I think we can't imagine how big they are, especially after this one: Alfa Romeo Becomes Stake Formula 1 Team! Smiley And I think that this is far from the top, BC and Stake will continue to grow.

There we go again. Last time I checked the price of FUN token was around 17 sats making me happy.
Thinking that we are finally pumping now but here we go again as the price has fallen to 14 sats.

Well, I am waiting to see it under 10 sats... and if that happens I will buy it. I am a bit disappointed, to be honest, and I feel that if I buy now the price will go under 10, so I am trying to avoid entering for now.

I guess the new road map looks nice, it's great that the FUN team decided to move from a dead point, but I doubt that we will see some price changes any time soon.

We can call the fall of the price today anything but the fact I am happy about is that Bitcoin gave strong signs that is geared toward a better all time high than all the previous ones that we had so far.I expect it to be 100.000 dollars while many friends of mine expect a minimum of 120.000 dollars. The market can surely be manipulated by the big boys but the reality is this,Bitcoin is bullish and will continue to be,honestly I never expected it to go this high in the year of 2024 as I was expecting the new all time high in the end of 2025 so from now on the only lesson learned is to keep accumulating as you never know when the time will come.

The sky is the limit! I just hope that these transaction fees will calm down a bit, so we can start moving Bitcoins. Today it's pretty much better than previous days, but they are still high.
497  Economy / Gambling / Re: ⭐ BTCGOSU ⭐ THE ULTIMATE BITCOIN CASINO GUIDE ⭐ CRYPTO AFFILIATE OF THE YEAR 🏆 on: January 02, 2024, 09:38:50 PM
We have just terminated Rollbit on both, BTCGOSU & GOSUBETTING. Even though we have tried to establish contact for many months now (even here on bitcointalk), we have never heard back and that`s more than reason enough to terminate our cooperation and stop recommending the brand. Unfortunately, we had to take such action even though our review verdicts have been positive, but such unprofessionalism does not go well with our mission. We are not recommending any brand that is unavailable when needed to discuss all kinds of things, and most importantly, player issues.

I haven't seen many complaints about Rollbit casino either, but if they refuse every conversation I understand this move, among other things, I like BTCGosu because of its integrity. When someone puts players before the profit it should be something special, and that deserves respect.

Happy New Year to you Efi and all Gosu players & supporters! I hope that 2024 will be even better for all of us! Smiley
498  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto gambling and religious restrictions on: January 02, 2024, 08:33:10 PM
Well, religious people have many restrictions, the deeper they are in religion, the more rules they have to follow. Every religion has some rules, so if someone wishes to dedicate their life to God and all that stuff it's their thing and I don't have anything against it. But they should mind their own business and leave others to live their lives as they want...

I think I am pretty soft with these words because mixing any religion and gambling is a bit foolish. People should be free to have some fun in life with the money they have... If it doesn't hurt others why should be banned and restricted? Some rules are pretty stupid...

...

Well, that's definitely a good news we hear from @betnomi before the New Year!

I can't imagine how difficult it might be to sort everything out, but the good news is that they worked it out successfully.

Kudos to Betnomi and Happy New Year!

Haha, are you really gonna give Betnomi kudos before anything happened? It's been 1,5 months since the refund plan was introduced and zero people have received a penny yet.
The chance that any refund at all is gonna happen, I would rate at 0,1%.

Betwrong has always been an optimist, that's just how he is. He is one of the few who was optimistic about everything, to be honest, I thought we would never see the Betnomy team active here again, but they are back.

When they have already returned, I think the chances of a refund are slightly higher than 0.1%. What worries me is how fair and honest it will be, and whether all of you with a larger bankroll will be honored.
500  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling and health concern on: January 01, 2024, 09:57:23 PM
Well, if big wins or big losses get you too excited it will affect your health definitely. So if you are not on some drugs that will keep your "excitement $ heart" at some normal level you should avoid gambling, as you need to avoid any other situations that can stress you.
I know some people, my age and older, who are on prescribed drugs because of their heart & stress issues... without their morning & evening doses, they can't survive much, hard truth.

I don't think that this topic is about gambling as it's about people who have thin nerves, it's a health issue and can be triggered by gambling but not necessarily... those with thin nerves should keep themselves from situations where excitement/disappointment/stress can go crazy in seconds.
