Why don't you just get a spectrocoin and wirex card to cash out your btc or use kraken/btc-e to withdraw them. My kraken account has a $25K daily limit and I am sure that would cover your withdrawals quicker.

Don't know about the $100k limit but I would suggest you do some research about other cards out there, I can guarantee no one will pay you $1k for an anonymous bitcoin debit card.

He needs time to move the funds before you request a refund, paypal refunds only work on 1 account and if the funds have been moved to another account the account won't be affected, I used to sell btc for paypal on paxful and I never lost a cent thanks to using a middleman account to receive funds.
