Freedom protesters which occupied power in Ukraine

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qq47Mq5kZOA

Oh boy, I would start planing to move in case of worst possibility and this guys gets to real power in the next years - strange times, you never know and don't expect people to vote or do right things, there is to much emotions and manipulations are very easy.

ps: This Right Sector reminds me of Serbian and Croatian national parties which emerged right before collapse of Yugoslavia. Needless to say it ended badly for both nations.

In YU right wings of parties started to form own armies (this is already what happened in Ukraine with Right Sector - don't know about other nations in Ukraine, but http://www.aydinlikdaily.com/M%C4%B0T-and-CIA-Stir-Up-Ukraine-on-EU%E2%80%99s-Behalf-1555 ). Gun is powerful tool to make people that don't agree to comply and what worries me the most is level of hate that become normal and acceptable thing. Since citizens don't have guns, they will seek protection in the wrong places.

pss: Needless to say it ended badly for both nations in YU and Bosnia as collateral. Lets just say cutting of the head of your neighbour and friend, rape his wife and daughter and then burn his house was common thing. This is just a reminder what ethnic violence can do.

Note that during this whole process Russia was not involved - it were only EU/US politicians shuttling to and from Maidan, giving speeches there, escalating the situation.

I would ask for some sources on this, since this is the first time I hear of that, but after reading the rest of your crap, it's not worth it. I'd rather take my news from the person who was actually there on Maidan through most of it (my childhood friend), than some regurgitated Russian propaganda.

And that you think Yanukovich was elected legitimately, or was a democratic president, pretty much seals the fact that you have no clue about what's really going on there.

They say ignorance is a bliss.  Smiley
Disclosure, I am from EU, have nothing to do with Russia or Ukraine or USA. It still amazes me how ignorant are Ukrainians (not all - but like 85%).
They will have to stop believing their politicans and just look at the facts to come to some logical conclusions. The whole world is playing with them (from their own politicans to EU, USA and Russia). And of course it's easy for them to say it's others fault for all this - blame it all on Russians, when in fact they vote and trust politicians that steal from them and manipulate with them. Very sad things.

So, Russia was "not involved" all of those previous years when Gazprom would terrorise the Ukraine by switching off the gas in the middle of the winter?

And of course, Russia was "not involved" when Yanukovich's government would provide gas subsidies to 'protect' the Ukrainians against price hikes? The Ukrainians would be promised lower prices, and the difference would be paid by taxes collected by Yanukovich's government. The nett result of course would be that Ukraine used more gas, and paid Russia more money overall, even though they had plenty of their own gas reserves, which weren't being developed.

obv no constructive answer, thats predictable from a russians.

There are already enough places for a EU/Nato fleet at the Black sea.
You're forgetting Romania and Bulgaria Smiley

Take a look at the map and you will see that Crimea is like an island in the middle of the Black sea - there are not a lot better geostrategic locations on this planet: direct access to all countries surround by the sea and especially direct access to the heart of Russia, very easy to protect against invasion over land, perfect for missile base, the only access for Russia to the south seas can be cut any time, control over the straits of Bospor and kerch.

Welcome to Poland, you chose well, Russia is disliked in Poland for historical reasons, and so is Putin.
Yep , we hate russia

Don't start about hate, every nation hates their neighbours, because you can easily find historical moments where one acted like a cunt towards other.

I won't tell you where I am from, but you can easily guess from this: we hate Austrians and Germans, we even more hate Italians, don't even mention Croats, we don't like Hungarians, we say fuck the Serbs and Bosnians, and Turks - we steal fear and hate you.  Cheesy

there could be a reversal if this trend continue, I would consider buying back if we hold the 570 and/or if we shoot up to 600 this weekend,  it would be safer by then.

You are bipolar - changing your mind quite fast. Yesterday was doom and gloom, today is sunshine.

We should see a spike in the next few hours. The charts are saying it. Only to about 580 though..

And off we go, to da MOON!  Grin

No more dumping ?

But can you see price picking up on this.
It maybe be a slow grind down, especially with weekend coming..

hmm, china wants coins badly now i guess...
http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2014-02-27/chinese-currency-plunges-most-over-5-years-biggest-weekly-loss-ever-yuan-carry-trade

Bitcoin has gone down almost 50-60% in three months. You serious think Chinese investors what to move their currency from one volatile currency to another one just for shits and giggles.

They have so much money, they just throw it around (real estate, gold) and speculative investments. They love gambling, it's in their nature.

So it's clear Stamp continues to follow Gox with every move it makes. How sad is this. Nothing has changed. If Gox enables withdrawing again Everybody will continue to use them and Mark will manage to make Bitcoin crash again because the other exchanges will follow Gox going down.

It's hard to change habbits. Gox is engraved in genes of bitcoiners - at least the ones that have +1k btc stash.
495  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: February 20, 2014, 04:48:25 PM
OK there is nothing wrong, I just contacted Bitstamp (I live near them) and they activated withdrawals for me right away, they told me it is a safety precaution, and they will make an annoucment and send e-mails with instructions to how withdraw..

But I want to panick some more. There is always one guys that kills the party.  Smiley

Lets say Gox doesnt have any coins and will just continue releasing same bullshit updates every week or so. How long would it be possible for them to continue operating like they do now?

Few years or when Mtgox gets to own every dollar and btc through commisions - level of retardness of an average bitcoiner is very high.
498  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: MTGOX <-> BTC BID/ASK on: February 17, 2014, 10:44:10 PM
Mt.Gox today admitted that they don't have all the bitcoins, and that they are selectively giving them away.

SAY WHOOOT? Any source for that statement?

I guess the BTC are gone.
I simply can't believe it takes them so long, while BTC-e and Bitstamp solved the problem in 24h-48h.
Just buying time for something what so ever.

It all reminds on last year when they were installing their super-dupper trading engine to get rid of the lagging problems and their announced ability of LTC trading. Guess what, neither of that happened.
