484  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: RISE | Under Construction on: March 02, 2017, 01:22:28 AM
I invested 5BTC in your project because I liked your vision and dreams.

So to set up a buywall to refund the community which believed in you should cleanse your soul from sin.

Dont wanna go to jail? Dont wanna burn in hell? Set up a buywall to refund your investors.

i also lose in this shit but not much, I saw something weird when price fall from 1600 to 500, and then price stable in 350-450 sat. Developer not deliver development progress or even give buy support in exchange. If dev still give buy support i guess this coin still have 2k sat

486  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 100 Ways To Earn Bitcoin ★★★★★ on: March 02, 2017, 12:42:12 AM
Nice list, but some of them looks obvious such as sell cars since you could say sell used items in good condition. However, i'm curious about "9.Torrent Seeding" since i actively seed torrent when i don't stream video/download something. I know Joystream, but it's not final version and only use bitcoin testnet.
Also, signature campaign (pay per post) could become primary/secondary income if you live in third world/poor country (no offense) if you join.

i also been trying joystream, and i guess we can add this to list because everything still in beta version/test
487  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will BTC overtake gold this month ? on: March 02, 2017, 12:37:09 AM

488  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin be used by ordinary citizens? on: March 02, 2017, 12:32:17 AM
Bitcoin is usually used by people interested in technology. I mean, persons with a certain technical knowledge are interested in bitcoin.

My observations are that way. I think Bitcoin needs to reach larger quantities. Can use bitcoin in people who are not interested in technology?
Can people use the bitcoin in the profession group like tradesmen, teachers, housewives, firemen, butchers? Are we going to see the days that these people use bitcoin?

first there needs to be some place they can "use" bitcoin at. if we want to talk about usage. then if there is a place to use bitcoin just the way there is a place to use credit card, even if "regular citizens" don't understand the technology behind bitcoin they can use it with their phone Apps, with their third party services that make it easier and so on.

Yes it can increase the usage rate. People do not need to know about the technical infrastructure. Simple ease of use that people need. For example, anyone can shop with credit card without knowing their technical infrastructure. It is practical and easy to shop with credit card. The use rate will increase if bitcoin is a develop application in this way.

Yes it's very possible, now we have harware wallet and it almost same with credit card. we just need to wait until bitcoin spread and ppl will use this wallet to store their coin
489  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why would banks use a blockchain? on: March 02, 2017, 12:28:14 AM
Blockchains don't really offer anything a bank would need.

They have perfectly good ways of storing and processing transactions already.  With Btc addresses and transactions are publicly visible.  I don't want my bank account and details visible to the world.  Unless you had unique, one shot payment addresses, it would be simple to create a wiki mapping addresses onto organisations and eventually people.  Then there is processing.  Btc only works as it pays miners to verify transactions.  There is no way a bank would give over its processing to a third party that wasn't 100% legit.  Would it run all its miners/verification in house?  How do you explain the 51% threat to a bank?

The openness of block chains isn't really relevant to huge organisations.

Don't misunderstanding between bitcoin and blockchain. Maybe bank refuse bitcoin, but they can use blockchain as their infrastructure
490  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Japanese banks invest in local bitcoin exchange on: March 02, 2017, 12:24:03 AM
Japan is a good country that accepts bitcoin. and now a company invests to bitcoin. it sounds that this country will make an increasing amount of Asian who will use bitcoin and follow their stepfoot.

It is possible that the Japanese will lead int he development of cryptocurrency and improve its economy.

Yes i fully agree with you, japan began to invest litle money in their local business and when japan find it's suitable for their economy they will research and develop cryptocurrency very serious
