There are definitely "electronic" documents posted in that thread. Are you disputing their authenticity or some other aspect? Please be specific. I asked for the documents of the minus 40 reputation points! ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif) With minus 40 reputation points, maybe you should just abandon this account and stop trying to defend yourself? If you had really protected people, I'm sure there would be some known people with proof about your assistance. And I don't count anonymous newbies as proof.
Are the minus 40 reputation points given by the police or authorities or are they given by extremely mentally ill and or brain dead bitcointalk accounts? Are the minus 40 reputation points verified by the bitcointalk.org administration?

He asked you to refund him. You refused.
h4ns himself confirms that I did not refuse his request! ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif) I immediately asked him to refund my money. But his only reaction was that he closed the tickets of my pending cases which generated an automatic email notification. He's not made any further comment on this. Closing his support tickets upon request is confirming his request and not refusing it! ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif) He asked for a refund. And I confirmed his request the same day September 3rd with closing his support tickets! You refused to provide it. The 210€ were refunded the same day September 3rd! Still waiting for this: You are a scammer. Who did I scam? How did I scam? When did the scam happen?

Real world definition for documents: A piece of written, printed, or electronic matter that provides information or evidence or that serves as an official record. I am still in the process of collecting proof of the damage caused. ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) Then stop demanding 20k euro until you have proof. Refund the 210 euro instead. If you're concerned about your reputation then refunding 210 euro is the best solution. The higher the damage is caused by h4ns's defamation campaign on bitcointalk.org, the higher will be the compensation demand! ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) This time extremely mentally ill and or brain dead bitcointalk accounts work into my hands! ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif)

The system based on my last few hundred posts is between two parties, whereas the system actmyname suggested is between three parties! ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif) From a juridical point of view there is a huge difference between two and three parties involved! ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) There is a much "huger" difference between a written agreement to refund 210 euro and a made-up defamation claim, for which you apparently haven't even found a lawyer willing to represent you. In the real world, a written agreement to refund 210€ is not a scam! ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif) I am still in the process of collecting proof of the damage caused. ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif)

the documents and statements h4ns published confirm that I did not cheat him! ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif) The documents and statements proved you promised to repay h4ns. Do you have the brain?
Finally you spotted the question but still have not answered it though. You also did not answer my questions and my questions were asked prior to your senseless question! Do not expect from others what you yourself are not willing to do! ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif)

GP still considers eosbet as a "corporation", dude misses the whole point that we are literally the owners of eosbet ourselves, sure the team has bet tokens as well but they literally have like 30% or whatever of the company (well there is 88 million total supply for bet token, team has like 40 million by now with the buy backs and what not I suppose). BREAKING NEWS!!!Low level signature spammers on bitcointalk.org are the owners of the eosbet.io investment fraud scheme!!! ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) If you and other extremely mentally ill and or brain dead nonsense shit posters are the owner of eosbet.io, please show me your ownership contract? ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) How can someone try to ask for "accounting" from a blockchain based website is beyond my belief. Like is he really as ignorant as he is claiming to be? How can someone not know how to check the blockchain of a decentralized casino and see the accounting himself, its literally open to public, instead of asking for it here, he could just go check that out and see whats going on, how much is bet, how much is won and lost, how much dividend paid, EVERYTHING is there.
Should I compare the tax declaration made in Curacao with the blockchain data? Oh wait, the blockchain data is anonymous and therefore is not valid as accounting! ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif)

The €20 000, if even legitimate, is separate from the €210.
Pay h4ns the €210, then sort out the problem. In the real world, demands are subtracted from each other. ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif) If you want to make it based on arbitrary claims, then sure. Perhaps h4ns suffered consequential damages due to the lack of the €210? In the real world, a compensation demand for damages caused by a public defamation campaign is not an arbitrary claim! ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif) If you're going to go circular with the payments, why not just pay your plumber for your groceries? If you can graph it, you can connect it. A direct settlement of claims is not circular! ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif) If I do not have any claim against a supermarket (and until today I had not), then I logically can not reduce their claim for groceries from my non-existing claim! ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif) Do you live in a supervised dorm? Because almost all of your statements are not anyhow connected to the reality! ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif)

A lot of the problems with people having their accounts frozen are probably because those people do not read the rules, if you read the rules well and you follow those rules there is no way your account will get suspended for a period of time. I have been here for years now and even tho I played on some other places as well I always wagered here too, and I can tell you that I have never got my account frozen.
I have followed the rules religiously and never broken any of them so I have been doing very well. Just read the rules and follow them and your account will be safe, if you do anything differently that might increase suspicion about your account then they will check it, by the way just because your account gets frozen doesn't mean it is gone, they can check and see no problem and unfreeze it as well.
Great to see that you are an expert for the rules! ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Please tell me what are the AML and KYC laws and regulations sportsbet.io has to follow? Our gaming licenses (both in the UK and Curacao), regulate that we must undertake a “Know Your Customer” process.

I will not pay the costs of your necessary brain surgery!
Why? h4ns alleges: game-protect violated a written contract, resulting in damages, in the specific act referenced here. game-protect did not make the victims of this act roughly whole, AND it is not the case that all of the victims forgave the act. It is not grossly inaccurate to say that the act occurred around July 2019. No previously-created flag covers this same act, unless the flag was created with inaccurate data preventing its acceptance.

If you are paranoid you better should register your gambling accounts with Game Protect and bet or play with consumer protection service inclusive. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Register directly and afterwards complain on forums is a strategy that often fails!
