I don't think that bitcoin can or should be the best crypto on all levels though. Let bitcoin do the one thing that it's best at.
Other coins will compete for the rest.
Even when Satoshi Nakamoto published Bitcoin, there were no altcoin on that time until Namecoin launched on 2011. It was more than 3 years and Bitcoin was okay till 2011. Altcoin can't replace Bitcoin forever because Bitcoin is a main coin because that's just an alternative. |

i can't decide which option to vote for  this is what i do: - i bought coins 3 years ago which i am still holding - i have been buying more coins each month or 2 months when i have some more money - i have also bought even more coins whenever there is a dip because of big FUD and it has happened 3 times that i am well aware of and took advantage of in the past 3 years. i even borrowed money to do so. - i also spend bitcoin whenever i need something and i want to buy it online, specially if there is a discount or i want to keep my privacy. - i also do some altcoin trading,it is not diversification since i dump them in less than a week. I love this. When you are holding your coin to get profit by Bitcoin's fluctuation, you also using Bitcoin to buy and trade some altcoins which I like most. Because I also do that, you can't hold Bitcoin forever and you also need to buy something from the internet with some discount. |

Our local exchanger have the same principle like Coinbase. If there is another option to buy and sell bitcoin at your place that can surpass the service of Coinbase then stop using Coinbase. Just simple as that.

Only a fool enters the altcoin trading, it's the worst time since it's all artificial pumping and there is no actual community support behind it.
Hmm? I guess you get nothing from trading and just throw your money to exchanges a.k.a loss . If we're go back when the prices is down for every coin that's the best time to buy some and hold it till know at least for short-term profit and there are a chance for same event happen again. |

You can start trading anytime you want. But it is much good to start to have full knowledge in it before putting yourself in the exchange platform. Because trading it is a combination of analysis, and strategy. Yes, analysis and strategy are mostly important in trading because you need to keep focus on coins market and their movement also make a decision to avoid being manipulated by dump/pump event from bot or trader. Loss on trading is normal and nothing to worry about it. |

Crypto will not be the nearest future, even Bitcoin users are only 12+ millions ( Blockchain wallets ). All Internet users you can check here - http://www.internetlivestats.com/internet-users/, around 3.59 billions, so you can understand that even first and largest crypto - Bitcoin have limited user network. For me, to be a good bitcoin investor we need to be a wise person. I had tried some invesment company, they paying or legitimate but in few or short days,weeks or months they will run away; they will not paying anymore.
Tried and tested tips:
1. Invest bitcoin if the company is 0-10 running days.
2. Make sure that the deposits, withdraws and member is increasing.
3. Search for more information about that company.
Sounds like HYIP site, but there are legitimate site which not HYIP scheme like building up a new project and even altcoin's ICO. If you invest on former, you should stay away from it because whatever site which called HYIP they will collapsed soon. But for latter, you can try out to search the information, identity, and roadmap for every project. |

If you have 0.01btc.you can invest it in any of the following altcoins as their price is going up.Ethereum,Dash,Monero,Decred.Dont be panic.Fix your profit limits as 5 or 10%.When you get it,just sell your altcoin to buy BTC.Just continue this process.You will get good experience. Don't spread that 0.01 btc to different coins because you would get small profit because of high price of each coin you mentioned. Stick to 1 coin and make an order at least +10% from buy order for short profit and repeat it. |

in trading we would not always make a profit if only rely on trading for the cost of living was very difficult and you have to be fought. but if you have long experience in trading and allows you to get more profits you could finance your life just by trading. Trading needs time to check the price very often (unless you book an order) for your target price. Also don't relay only with trading because you can't get stable income from there with that price's fluctuation and manipulation. |

I think so, because the price of bitcoin is lower right now and we can assume the price of bitcoin will always increase in the future and in this time the bitcoin is so cheap for everyone. Hi guys, as we know there are many free bitcoin sites or faucets or btc investment sites. Have you encountered some sites? Did you invest? One is bitcoin miners. once you reach your desired mined btc or satoshis you can withdraw anytime but first you need to upgrade. I upgraded mine, and to my surprise I earned lower than what I upgraded! but they processed right away my withdrawal but I lost 200k satoshis lol  but there's another way..; you must wait 30 days or 25 days for your withdrawal to be processed. I didn't tried it since I think it's kinda too long to wait. there are a lot of such sites who dont pay, set a high withdraw limit and sometimes asks to upgrade before you can make take payment. The numbers of such sites are increasing on daily basis and whats more bad is people keep investing in them and keep losing. Some HYIP and Ponzi sites pays early investor first then closed their service to steal investor's money that's a common method to scam people but like you said there are dumb peoples who still investing their money to get more profit. |

Of course the best time to invest was several years ago, when the bitcoin was brand new.
But if some time in the future will be the best time to invest is questionable.
Right now we are facing a general problem with the BU/Segwit debate.
If bitcoin can manage to keep its way up is at least doubtful.
I would say, if you want bitcoins, buy bitcoins.
We shouldn't talk about past event where the price is low comparing with current price, anytime is the best time to buy Bitcoin because the fluctuation might be happen later and if you want you can buy some now. |

Spending bitcoins is difficult in my area as I don't find any place who accepts bitcoin as a payment method and even people have never heard about bitcoins so mostly I hold my bitcoins in my wallet and sometimes spend it for mobile top up or skype recharge as the usage of bitcoin is very limited.
Me too, lack of merchants accept Bitcoin is common problem for us having Bitcoin and only pay digital things like Top up phone and buy digital card. But, you can still exchange Bitcoin to flat with competitive rate and low fee. |

Im invest too in some scammer website like bitwealth.net when im starting Bitcoin.
In their first week they returned my investment with interest but in the second week they didn't return my investment for second week.
Well, I was like that too when I was newbie on Bitcoin's world with Investing my money to some HYIP site and got scammed by my stupidity (20%/day forever that wasn't true). But hey thanks to my experience and I have learned something useful |
