481  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why do traders lose money in trading? on: July 01, 2024, 03:31:08 PM
most traders will be happy and quick to make decisions when their trades are profitable. However, when losses increase, traders will experience panic. It can even lead to making wrong decisions, resulting in greater losses.
Yes, majority of traders aren't good at trading and sometimes they make wrong decisions as traders. When those type of traders see profits then they become happy and start considering themselves as good traders, however they actually aren't good at trading but got lucky to have some profits.

Such traders often end up losing the profits and their initial capital and then they start thinking that there's something wrong in market or it's just a Ponzi scheme and nothing else. Such traders often make small profits in their trades and big losses in their other trades. I will consider them as newbies not traders at all.

A good trader is the one who can control his/her emotions when trading and such type of traders often make huge profits from their trades because they know when to open a position and they study the market and pairs before making any trades.
482  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The pressure, fear and indecisiveness that comes with trading. on: July 01, 2024, 03:25:07 PM
Every successful trader started where you are now. With time, persistence, and continuous learning, you can develop your trading skills and confidence, just trust the process.
Very true, no trader born as a trader everyone of those learnt it after doing it practically for many years. Trading is not a skill that someone learns within a month or year, it's a skill that requires time, patience, and consistent practice of many years.

I've been a crypto trader since 2016 and I was into forex and other types of trading before it and I can say that one can't be a good trader within a month or years because those who make some profits in first month or first year aren't good traders but lucky guys and when their luck stops favoring them then they continuously lose money in trading.

If someone wants to be a part then that person should keep in his/her mind that trading isn't a child's play  and it's way tough when volatility is high. One should give proper time to learn trading, technical analysis, and research in order to make some money or a fortunate as a trader. And that thing can sometimes take years of practice and control over ones emotions.
483  Economy / Speculation / Re: In July do we go bull and pass 75k? on: June 30, 2024, 04:21:30 PM
It's quite hard to say anything at current time but I'm very sure if Bitcoin crosses $70k in first week of July then it can somehow cross $75k as well. However, if the market continues to go down and Bitcoin's value drops to $56k levels then it won't be able to reach or cross $75k value this July.
484  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Was it a Gut's feeling a Mathematical calculation or a Coincident? on: June 30, 2024, 12:26:47 PM
Seattle Man Has “Gut Feeling” After Buying Scratch Ticket, Wins $2M
Well that a great title for a nice article and the one who won $2M found a great way to get some recognition. I don't think someone gut feeling helps them to win a lottery but it's someone's luck that helps them to win such huge amount in lottery.

I believe the guy was quite lucky and his luck helped him to win that amount. There are so many people who buy such scratch tickets to win money but most of those people make nothing at all. Only those who are really luck can make win such lotteries and that Seattle man was one of those people.
485  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling is not place to make money is place to lose it? on: June 30, 2024, 12:22:39 PM
Others who are gamblers who think that gambling is a job don't notice and realize that they are becoming addicted because of that; they believe that it is just like a job.
Yes, the ones who consider gambling as a job are always going to get addicted to it and instead of making any profits from their bets they will keep losing money in gambling. Gambling can help some people to get retire early but most people lose money in it.

If someone considers gambling as a time pass activity to have some fun then nothing is wrong in that approach but if someone considers gambling as a way to generate a lot of money then that person should at least read the stories of the gamblers who lost everything in gambling.
486  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is gambling bad to the society? on: June 30, 2024, 12:18:48 PM
If you have been losing from betting/gambling read this revolution
I promise you - you will not regret it!
I don't know if such kind of website promotion in a thread is allowed or not but it's not ethically right to promote your site this way. Gambling is game of luck and no can make someone a winner or a loser but it's someone's own luck that decides that whether they're going to win or lose.

To the main point, I would say that gambling isn't bad for a society if it's done with responsibility but if gambling makes a society addicted or so many gambling addicts are present in a society then surely it's not a good sign.
487  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Crypto Investment Calculator on: June 30, 2024, 12:15:11 PM
When you're into crypto investment then you don't need to use such online calculators. It's 10x better to do deep research on a coin yourself as the historical data of each coin is easily available online.

Once your research is done then you may calculate your investment yourself and the amount of profit you want to earn from an asset.

I personally don't rely on such calculator that OP shared but if it helps someone who's not good at research then nothing is wrong in it. However, anyone should use it at their own risk.
488  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to find Bitcoin using bruteforce on: June 29, 2024, 08:20:58 PM
So you created this thread because you wanted to know how you can steal the Bitcoin that miners generated or the Hodler bought? And you think we will help you with that? Are you retard or you're joking? Get a life and stop the things that you're doing.
489  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How often do you recognize a match fixing? on: June 29, 2024, 07:06:50 PM
I've never spotted any kind of match fix even though i've seen a lot of mistakes and questionable calls from the referees and players.
Yes, similarly I also haven't noticed any kind of match fix during betting on some matches but surely those mistakes and questionable calls do exist sometimes especially from the referees. I have once noticed a very poor performance from a player whom I thought would perform pretty well but that can be due to health or weather issue and considering it as a sign of match fixing would be unjustifiable.
490  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is the best way to develop a fair gaming system for gaming? on: June 29, 2024, 07:00:34 PM
I suggest you to contact someone who knows how to implement provably fair system in a game. I don't have enough knowledge about it but I'm pretty sure that you can get some help from Dewez who's L0tt0.com's owner and developer and he has made some games in which he implemented provably fair system.
491  Economy / Economics / Re: How to Maximize Your Passive Income from Cryptocurrency on: June 29, 2024, 06:56:25 PM
A staking platform can turn rouge and run away with our full funds while in lending, we may encounter people who won't pay what they borrowed but it can be recovered from the interest on other debtors.
That can surely happen and that's why one should always try their best to select a well reputed platform for staking purpose. I know at a reputed platform we are still not free from risk of losing our funds but its better than non-reputed ones.

In lending when someone runs away with your money then it's quite hard to get that money back and sometimes when you lend someone crypto like Bitcoin and before the repaying period the Bitcoin's value dumps by 10% to 15% like it happened a few days ago then 10% interest won't generate you any profits.

492  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling platform require wager on first deposit before withdrawal on: June 29, 2024, 06:49:35 PM
But isn't that exactly what money laundering is all about?
That's not exactly money laundering but its surely an illegal way to generate money. Drug sales are prohibited in most countries and thus any money one generates from those prohibited drugs is more likely illegal and unethical. It may be somehow related to money laundering but it isn't exactly money laundering.

494  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling platform require wager on first deposit before withdrawal on: June 28, 2024, 09:18:55 PM
as far as I know, it is not illegal, a lot of online casinos have that rule nowadays. As for why it is there, I remember reading somewhere that It is to prevent money laundering
Yes, that's true, it's not illegal and not something that casinos planned to do because they want to steal the money of the gamblers but it's a type of actions to prevent money laundering.

Sometimes casinos also pose wagering requirements because a gambler avails their bonuses and most of the times it's done to prevent money laundering.

If the casinos allow deposit and withdrawal without wagering requirements then money launderers can easily deposit their dirty money and withdraw it as a clean money.
495  Economy / Economics / Re: How to Maximize Your Passive Income from Cryptocurrency on: June 28, 2024, 09:11:56 PM
Staking is better than lending as with staking you can generate more passive income as compared to lending. Lending is a risky thing and those who lend their cryptocurrency can lose everything as there's no surely that the ones who took the loan will return the loan.

Stacking wrong coins can also be risky and that's why one should only stake the coins that doesn't lose their value e.g stable coins like USDT. Those who stake risky and volatile coins can lose their money similar to the ones who lend their money.
496  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: ROLLBIT SCAMMED ME AFTER LOSING MORE THAN 100K$ IN 3 MONTHS. on: June 28, 2024, 09:04:50 PM
It's strange that you didn't care for the $100k that you have lost in 3 months but you're here for $400 which's noting when we compare it to $100k. Why haven't you withdrawn your amount before self-exclusion? I mean it makes sense to withdraw the remaining amount when you already lost a lot of money on a site.

If I'm not wrong then your funds are froze because Rollbit thinks that you are someone with multiple accounts. I suggest you to chat with their customer support team and try your best to explain them that you're using a single account only. If you haven't done anything wrong or broken any of their rules then they might unfreeze your funds.
497  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The benefits of Gambling on: June 28, 2024, 08:57:44 PM
If you aren't losing your hard earned money in gambling then it's beneficial without any doubt but if someone who gets addicted to gambling and losses money and time then it's not beneficial for such person.

I've personally made some friends because of gambling and it allowed me to socialize with those friends and that's why I don't consider gambling harmful but beneficial. I even made some profits from some of my sportsbook bets.

Gambling is beneficial for those also who want to enjoy sometime in alone as they can place bets on online casinos without anyone's interference and they can really enjoy each moment when they're placing those bets.

That's why I believe gambling isn't a bad thing but those who get addicted to it should learn about gambling responsibility as those people can ruin their lives because of that addiction. But, the ones who enjoy gambling without getting addicted know that it's a good thing.
498  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Satoshi era Bitcoin wallet wakes up after 14 years, sends 50 BTC to Binance on: June 28, 2024, 08:51:49 PM
Like everyone else I also believe that it's a good news not a bad one. The miner who sent 50 BTC to Binance was among those smart guys who joined Bitcoin in its early days and such miners deserve what they got after holding their coins for long term.

I see nothing bad or offensive in doing something like that because that miner is not the only one who made profit because he/she mined Bitcoin. There have been many miners who made profits and they highly deserve the revenue they generate after mining and holding their Bitcoin.
499  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Remember on: June 27, 2024, 09:34:11 PM
It could be as simple as keeping our coin in non-custodial wallets, promoting P2P, engaging in Bitcoin awareness, or even advocating for the legalization of Bitcoin in our home country.
Yes, even by doing the things that you mentioned we can support Bitcoin. I believe the best step one can do to help Bitcoin is by promoting the use of non-custodial personal wallets as such type of wallets can help investors from unwanted attackers.

Another thing I like about those mentioned things is the effort we could make to legalize Bitcoin in our countries. It's not an easy task to convince a government to legalize Bitcoin but with right steps things can be good.
500  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Avoid Miscalculated Risks In Gambling. on: June 27, 2024, 09:29:16 PM
On the moment that you would be making bad decisions then we do know on where it would really be ending up and this is something that you
should really be avoiding at all cost.
That's what most people don't understand. When you understand that you're taking wrong decisions then you should stop at that very moment but unfortunately most gamblers still continue to gamble and that's a wrong thing.

It's ones own choice to either avoid something or do something and those who do wrong things should understand that such decisions can hurt them without any doubt. Every gambler wants to make profits as a gambler but most of those are too greedy and that's why they take wrong decisions.
