481  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin down, what will happen? on: May 21, 2018, 07:19:37 AM
seeing bitcoin prices go down and up, I'm a bit frightened to buy bitcoin at the moment, I judge I could lose, do you think, whether bitcoin prices can continue to go down, or even rise high?
I think if we have the intention to invest with bitcoin of course we also have to know all the risks that we will get not only see from profit alone and afraid to experience loss, I think need to see good opportunity and trust to bitcoin and its investment
482  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Please Support Decentralized Crypto Exchanges on: May 21, 2018, 06:44:38 AM
hey, please don't trust your coins with these popular exchanges. today my exchange handled my details to my government and i am totally unhappy about that, as i have a group involved and i will be paying heavy taxes as the government thinks i am the one who made that money, but the truth is it was split between the group.

if the government doesn't compensate on bitcoin going down, then it has no right to have the gains too.

Please support decentralized exchanges, it will make governments to stop shitting about crypto gains taxes and other takedown noticed.

SUpport Decentralized Exchanges
may it happen to you and your country, for now the government in my country has not legalized bitcoin as the currency that applies what may the government taxes even for transactions only the government forbid
483  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Holding Bitcoin affect the stocks on: May 21, 2018, 06:40:29 AM
People nowadays used to hold bitcoin instead than to circulate it, how may if affect in the stock or volume of the bitcoins?
indeed many hold and hold the bitcoin but I think the bitcoin remains circulated because we also know if there is demand and sale of bitcoin it affects from the price changes of the bitcoin itself
484  Economy / Speculation / Re: What does the future of bitcoin look like?? on: May 21, 2018, 06:35:38 AM
So Bitcoin's market dominance in the cryptocurrency world is currently at the lowest level ever with 36.1% of the total value.

In my opinion, it's because the interest in alternative coins is rising rapidly for one, but you also have to consider how much of the bitcoin world is criminal. Seriously, for the first 5-8 years, the digital currency was mainly used as a means for criminals to launder money and sell illegal goods on the dark market. Think of all the massive hacks in the early days also, and all those darknet markets that disappeared with huge amounts of bitcoin.

Literally millions and millions of the 16 million coins out there would be owned by criminals. And now with bitcoin becoming more centralized and less anonymous, they are swiftly exiting the market and looking for alternative dark coins.

I also personally avoid using bitcoin all-together because of the extremely slow transaction speeds and high cost's associated with it.

The bitcoin mining business is dust, so that interest will die quickly.

I just don't see a very bright future for the god of cryptocurrency and it will surely be surpassed by one of its rivals soon enough.

I'm torn between predicting it to be Dash, or Ethereum, and I recon it could be about 2 years before that happens.

Would love to know peoples thoughts on the future of bitcoin.

Where will bitcoin be in

2 weeks?
2 months?
2 years?

Will it be surpassed by another coin? If so, which one and when?
I think bitcoin will continue to get the best predicate because we also know the bitcoin will pioneer crypto currency that progresses and develops along with the development of technology, although it can not be ascertained until when
485  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why so many Bitcoin users have fear of governments? on: May 21, 2018, 06:30:05 AM
I can't escape to notice that many users here on forum have terrible rebbelious fear of governments. Like government is some evil devil that will destroy Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. But is this realy so, do such claims have any reasonable ground at all?

To my opinion the cause for something like that is again ignorance. I think that regulation that is mentioned in many countries is often mixed with centralization which is something that is not natural to Bitcoin because it's functioning totaly different than fiat currencies. Also some warnings to people that Bitcoin is volatile and risky investment that come from national banks are often interpretated as hostile behaviour towards Bitcoin and attempts to make people not to use it.

Is there any hope that Bitcoin users and governments will find the common language and help Bitcoin together to be more accepted in economy, especialy by businesses and to become more "legal" everywhere?
I'm afraid there's nothing we do not want bitcoin forbidden to access again and the government will punish the bitcoin investors because we also know many countries who strongly oppose the existence of bitcoin in its country
486  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why many banks hate cryptocurrency ? on: May 20, 2018, 09:36:41 AM
I have seen many news about banks banning bitcoin from using. But I think bitcoin is a great technology and future assets, and its a great opportunity for banks also to use bitcoin as a contribution. My question is why does they ban it rather than use bitcoin ?
your opinion about the bank forbidding bitcoin to cooperate I think the answer is bitcoin can do direct transactions without passing or using the terms of the bank
487  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can somebody steal your btc? on: May 20, 2018, 09:32:07 AM
Hi, have you ever thought this?

You know that, to import a wallet you need the private key or your seed. Taking as example the private key (the 52 letters key). It could exist the possibility someone create a software whose function was to try thousands of times to find the private key till it is be done. This would be like the process to find the new block in mining, anyway you can try the times you want in order to find it.

I think this could be a weakness, correct me if I am wrong. Smiley

Or comment if you have a kind of solution for this...

Regards!

theft can happen but can be avoided and anticipated safer with ourselves be careful to open the site that we do not know for now I change my password regularly
488  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Depending your future in bitcoin... on: May 20, 2018, 09:24:09 AM
I think bitcoin is really a good investment for now, but I don't think it is a good idea to put all your investment in bitcoin or crypto currencies since it is unpredictable and very risky to take. For me it's still better to start your own business than depend your future in bitcoin investment.

What do you think guys?
with all the risks that we get from investing with bitcoin it is unlikely we will invest all our wealth assets in the investment but if very confident and trust with bitcoin of course it's no problem
489  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Investment Strategy on: May 17, 2018, 02:03:21 PM
Greetings! I am planning to invest $5,000 in cryptocurrency but I do not know how to invest. And where should I invest? - in Bitcoin, in alternate cryptocurrency, or in ICO? I’m asking for an investment strategy for professional traders or investors out there.
you should do research because you will determine what you will choose because investing with bitcoin there are some options in it, if I follow a bounty campaign with little rewards of course
490  Economy / Speculation / Re: Has Bitcoin reached its goal? on: May 17, 2018, 01:52:51 PM
I'm not referring to the price of Bitcoin (we all know it's going to be $250,000/coin by 2022), but the goal that it would be a legitimate alternative to inflationary government fiat currencies.  When the altcoin market is examined, it is inextricably linked to the price of Bitcoin.  Where Bitcoin goes, so does the rest of the cryptocurrencies.  There's even somewhat of a dismissive attitude toward other crytpos in some investment circles; strangely this was a similar sentiment held by those "respectable" investors when Bitcoin was in its infancy.

What do you think?  I'd love to hear from some crytpo veterans.

at the moment indeed but in the future no one can know the future at this time is there anyone who can know the purpose of bitcoin I think the purpose of bitcoin may exist in the investors and the profits of its investors
491  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Definition for bitcoin fans and bitcoin hater on: May 17, 2018, 01:34:01 PM
Hello folks,

I often discuss with friends and family about newspaper articles where banker, politicians and ceos give their options about the future of bitcoin.
Bankers speak mostly against bitcoin and spread FUD. People who work in the information industy often like the idea.

What do you say? Is there a definition of bitcoin fans and bitcoin hater? And how would you describe them?
I guess only people who feel harmed who hate bitcoin if I myself to hate bitcoin there is no good reason because bitcoin provides an advantage in its investment
492  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What Caused the Boom in Bitcoin on: May 16, 2018, 12:18:18 PM
I've been watching and monitoring bitcoin for close to 3 or 4 years and I can say this year has been the best year for the crypto and all the investors in the market, firstly, the coin witnessed unpredicted increase in value this year more than any other year before.

I know that the value is based on the principle of demand and supply but I'd like to know what else contributed to the price value and the popularity bitcoin has right now globally.

your opinion is very appropriate bitcoin has increased even though the price is not so stable that makes the interest of investors who invest bigger and stronger it can cause bitcoin will be more advanced and developed again in the future
493  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: if bitcoin becomes the country's currency on: May 16, 2018, 03:40:02 AM
The popularity of bitcoin has now grown so rapidly that almost everyone in different countries recognizes and utilizes bitcoin either as a business asset or as a means of payment transactions.
And as we know so far the bitcoin legality is still a consideration for governments in various countries.

Looking at that fact is it possible bitcoin will be the currency of a country?
And can bitcoin change the country's economy for the better?
if to be the currency of a country I think it takes time and process long enough because to replace it it must be accepted by all society and all groups
494  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Future of Cryptocurrency on: May 16, 2018, 03:30:08 AM
Seoul Mayor Plans to Unveil Better Self Crypto for Stratup Blockchain.

Park Woon-soon has announced that South Korea will launch its own crypto and create a better environment for startup companies Blockchain and cryptocurrency in the country. He wants to form a blockchain that is oriented like a startup industry and focuses on developing Seoul's cryptocurrency, 'S coin'.

One of the reasons for the development of 'S coin' is to improve the transparency of governance that exists there. Although the Korean government initially applied very strict rules against cryptocurrency.

what do you think about this? is this good news about the development of cryptocurrency in the future?
good news of course for investors if it can be done and followed by other countries and even all countries certainly bitcoin will grow more rapidly and success later in the future and the interest of investors for greater investment as well
495  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How long Bitcoin can survive in cryptocurency industry ? on: May 16, 2018, 03:26:18 AM
Bitcoin is the most famous and the no one crypto currency today. It hold the highest market cap in crypto industry. Also it use very advanced and secured technology, Block chain to operate. Lots of people's use bitcoin as a investment factor. This cause to maximize the capital of Bitcoin. But how long Bitcoin will survive in this industry ? Because lot's of government try to manipulate and control the crypto currency industry via introducing new regulation. As a country some one can do vast harm to bitcoin. We saw some of in past. If Bitcoin fail in this industry it will be a biggest financial crisis in this century.
for sure we all nobody can know for sure, but if we see from bitcoin evolving along with the times and technology I think bitcoin will continue to grow and advance rapidly forward
496  Local / Altcoins (Bahasa Indonesia) / Re: Airdrop Hunter on: May 14, 2018, 06:09:40 AM
497  Local / Altcoins (Bahasa Indonesia) / Re: [ANN][ICO] LocalCoinSwap ✦All Profits Distributed ✦All Cryptos ✦Token Airdrops on: May 14, 2018, 06:01:54 AM

Iya nih malu-maluin Indonesia aja !
498  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Stop Listening To False News... on: May 11, 2018, 08:19:28 AM
The current "crash" is caused by one bad "news" after another. A lot of them are the false or twisted truth.

For example, today, once again "China Full ban crypto". What the... Why is it causing another crash?? Why is it even "news"?

It was already banned in China back in September 2017. All trading platforms suspended trading in September. Anyone from China who still trade Crypto must be using foreign platforms. Sure, they reported that China added all crypto exchange sites to Great FireWall. So what? These people have VPNs! When I was in China, everyone who visits foreign sites use VPNs. Yes, China banned VPN as well a long time ago. So what? Everyone is still using it. Just like ignoring the traffic light is illegal in China, but at every intersection, you will see people ignore the red lights... the truth! Just because it is "illegal", does not mean no one will do it.

So just this (one) news of China banned Crypto, it was repeatedly used to crash the Crypto market (4 or 5 times). Do not fall for it!
1. Summer 2017, China banned ICO.
2. September 2017, China banned crypto trading.
3. November or December? China became unfriendly to crypto mining (Large-scale miners moved oversea already)
4. January 2018. China banned websites of foreign crypto exchanges. (VPN!!!)
5. Today, "China Full Ban Crypto"... (Really?)

So what is next?
"China really ban crypto"?
"China really full ban crypto"?
"China really really full ban crypto"[IMG]
"China will jail anyone who trades crypto"[IMG]
"China will execute anyone who trades crypto"?
"China will nuke every country who trade crypto"[IMG]??

Stop spreading this nonsense. What's done was already done in September 2017. Nothing has changed ever since. NOTHING really changed in the last 4~5 months.

Yellow journalism at its best.

Same goes for Korean and Indian news. South Korea did not really ban crypto. Just one guy wanted to ban it. It was not approved, nor implemented. So far they have only added regulations that people can no longer trade anonymously. So what? Didn't Coinbase, Kraken, Bittrex etc. US-based platforms all require our IDs and photos?

India also did not ban crypto. Just a minister made some unfriendly speech toward crypto. No real "ban" whatsoever.

From the look of it, someone or some groups are trying hard to make the prices go down. The sad thing is, people are falling for it. The same China "news" was used on 5 occasions to cause the market crash while nothing was really changed or happened. Korean news was used on at least 2 occasions.

The bottom line is, let's just ignore all the stupid "news". Use our brains. Not hearsay from yellow journalism. It is getting annoying to have every little "news" to impact the market price.
I am still convinced to believe in investing in bitcoin and many more investors who believe in bitcoin, bad news makes investors panic I think it is not necessary if we believe with bitcoin in the future very profitable
499  Economy / Economics / Re: China tells people to buy gold & silver on: April 20, 2018, 06:07:54 AM
I am surprised by this news... Historically, the Chinese government has discouraged its citizens from buying bullion metals, as it can negatively affect their efforts to manipulate the national currency (Chinese Yuan). Is this news confirmed?

Shanghai city in China

Video: https://www.youtube.com
This vidio was made in 2011 and may have many changes there. china is full of pros cons about cryptocurrency. they have residents with the largest users but seem to want to play with their personal advantage
500  Economy / Economics / Re: Earnings without risks for beginners on: April 20, 2018, 06:02:32 AM
thanks to this explanation, indeed now many emerging airdrop and bounty new scam, and I have encountered it, and with this more be more careful again in joining the airdrop and bounty.
As a beginner, you can still earn without risk.Yes you are right that somehow some bounty campaigns are scam so you have the right to choose which bounty you'd like to join.Be sure that it is legit.Research before sign up for a campaign.
following the campaign does not require capital but actually follow the campaign also has a risk that is. if wrong in determining the projeck that we support will make us loss in time because do not get payday
