481  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you like best about bitcoin? on: June 05, 2017, 09:31:35 PM
For me what I really like on bitcoin is that I can earn them online and I can just store it in a long time. I really also like how transactions is easy and the price is increasingly overtime. I really like how someone actually created bitcoin or online currency which you can do with it in many ways, and other things you can do. Bitcoin also gives you a opportunity to invest and learn on about it in many ways, also you can buy using it online. Those are the things that I like in bitcoin.  Wink
482  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why is gambling so addicting? on: June 05, 2017, 09:20:41 PM
Gambling has always been addictive especially if you have experience on winning and when you feel that you are lucky in that day but the reality is that we really don't know when we are lucky and if you are able to win some more or as you said lose it all. Greed is also has been in our nature as humans, we all can't deny that we went greedy at some point of our lives because we all have it. We want more than what we already have, Think about some of those millionaires who have the enough money and everything but they still want more than they have which cause them to go bankrupt and go broke. That actually happened to my gf's grandfather they have all the money they have and they have a hotel and etc. but they got greedy they started gambling and eventually they bet their hotel and lost everything they have. So I do think that if you want to gamble you need to control yourself and don't be greedy that's because you can lose all you fortune. Smiley

485  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can we have a bitcoin day? on: June 03, 2017, 02:24:02 AM
Yes, it would be a great opportunity for other people to see what bitcoin is really about. Some people see it as a useless thing in the internet and some other people really don't care about it. The good thing of having it is doing conventions and events that will make people to learn while enjoying it. Bitcoin could get more attention around the world and it can promote other business for them to endorse and make other companies invest on bitcoin. If it will happen in the future it is really a great idea and I would definitely go to that convention.  Wink
486  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Cash is better than Bitcoin. on: June 03, 2017, 01:31:26 AM
Well cash will still be better than bitcoin that's because as you said, you work on real life, in fees I think for me the tax are the fees but here in our country they will return some percentage so its okay, you can buy anything with money, for confirmation time I would say if they pay you direct deposit in your bank, for exchange yes there are no risk as long as you don't get holdup by thieves, and yeah everyone knows about money because its the most important thing in this world right now. Bitcoin still has many flows, the exchange rate is not constant so its hard for bitcoin to bit cash.
487  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin die soon? on: June 02, 2017, 08:30:57 PM
Well that doesn't mean that bitcoin is dead when 1 day just passed and no confirmation yet, you just gotta be patient all things takes time especially when you are mining and stuffs. Just don't lose patience because in this business you need patience and if you don't have that then your not fit in this cryptocurrency. I do think that in this business patience is the key. Bitcoin will not die especially just because of that you need to think more and as you see today the bitcoin price is keeps increasing over time. The First time that I invest on bitcoin, the price was 1K and now it's 2k. Bitcoin will never die especially many other coins are investing through bitcoin.
488  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What would you do with your winnings? on: June 02, 2017, 12:27:14 AM
If i ever win in gambling and get a lot of money I would actually pay my debts right away. I think that's the best investment if you have the money that's because when you pay your debts right away the interest will be gone and also you don't need to worry about it again. So the next time you earn something you don't need to use it to pay in your debt and you can just keep it and use it for you needs and wants in life. Other people see it as a waste just because you did nothing in your money but it is an investment for me that I know in the future I will get more money because I have not to worry on having debts and payments that is due.  Wink Wink
489  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is better? To gamble or to invest? on: June 02, 2017, 12:23:47 AM
I think investing is more risky than gambling because most of investing websites are just scam, but in gambling you have better chances to make your bitcoin grow. How about you guys what do you think?

Well it depends but we have our each other opinions for me investing is more reasonable than gambling that's because I have no luck on gambling and I would just all lose my money. Than in investing I see it as an opportunity to earn more for the future but patience is the key to invest and to wait for the right opportunity to get your investments. It just depends on which websites you go through if you really check the reviews and remarks of the website you won't get scammed easily. There are also gambling site that are just scams so it is a tie game but I would go for investing instead.  Wink
490  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Hotels accepting bitcoin on: June 02, 2017, 12:16:00 AM
https://www.bloomberg.com/news/videos/b/4a0b16dd-6783-4dac-9fa0-76e923c9a774

According to this link, a bloomberg news site, it was mentioned that there are two hotels in LAS Vegas that accepts bitcoin as payment for hotels, food and drinks. If you want to visit this place as a tourist or to gamble and you happened to lost your money to gambling you can always use you stored bitcoins to get a room to sleep and relax and enjoy the food and booze.

I watched the video and I was really happy hearing about it, that a Hotel in LAS Vegas accepts bitcoins as a payment now as well as food and drinks. I would definitely love to go in that place but the problem is that I don't have a lot of bitcoins that I can actually afford it. I also think that the price range would not be cheap and the price of the bitcoin depends on the market so if I have enough bitcoin to go I would go and if the bitcoin price is good. I also hope that the price is standard and doesn't change whenever there is a increase but the bad thing also when there is a dump it would cost you so much BTC.  Wink
491  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What to do with the people who don't like Bitcoin? on: June 02, 2017, 12:11:20 AM
What would you do when you're talking to someone but then he suddenly talks about his hatred on Bitcoin, what would you react to it?

I've never actually experienced anything like this before, I just want to be prepared when it happened to me.

In that situation if I'm talking someone and says how he/she hated on bitcoin, my reaction would just be I will just listen till he/she ends talking after then I will ask her why and how did it happen?, it is okay if someone hates bitcoin but I will asks some explanation after I will tell him/her some facts on what bitcoin can benefits all of us, but I will not force him/her to not hate bitcoin but just to tell the cons and pros about it. Besides who hates bitcoin anyway?. bitcoin is a great opportunity to earn and invest online even on small investments. I myself did not encounter that kind of situation but I have a co-worker that knows about it and she really loves bitcoin. We share stories and talk about bitcoin and how she did not invest before and how both of us regret why we did not invest bitcoin before.  Cheesy
492  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is winning at Sports betting actually possible ? on: June 01, 2017, 11:36:23 PM
I am just an amateur gambler and bet on sports. i saw this thread today on the forum of a tipster ajaxmoor and he is destroying his picks. i think he has more than enough wins i have ever seen in a row. If tipsters can predict games like that how are sportbooks not losing money ? is it just luck ?

Well in sports betting it just depends if do you watch/play the sport that you betting?. If yes you could actually predict who is winning the game even though the game is still 2 days away. I think that he knows what he is doing and he knows the sport that he is betting inside out, so it is easy for him to predict and easy win but if you have no idea of the teams that you are betting and etc.. That is just depending on your luck, you have no knowledge or what so ever so for me in my opinion before you bet on sports check on which ones you know and check the past games that they have you will know instantly that this and that team will bet them. So Good luck hope it helps  Wink
493  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Mining Ethereum still profitable on: June 01, 2017, 11:31:56 PM
I do think that Ehtreum is still profitable but it depends on which hardware you are going to buy and the cost of the electricity over time. You can check here "https://www.cryptocompare.com/mining/calculator/eth?HashingPower=960&HashingUnit=MH%2Fs&PowerConsumption=350&CostPerkWh=0.11" if you can profit in your hardware that you are going to buy plus the electricity cost. You can also check here "https://www.bitcoinmining.com/bitcoin-mining-hardware/" but also check the hash rate and power efficiency mostly the best ones are ASICS but depends on which one you going to buy. Of course if you going to buy the highest one you will earn more than those regular ones and if you have free electricity that's a good thing and also if you want to see a real profit you could earn more than a thousands. 494  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What happens in future to your BTC if they are stored on hard wallet ? on: June 01, 2017, 11:22:52 PM
Any ideas what could happen to your BTC holdings if your storing them on an offline hard wallet and want to sell them 5-10 years later? Would there be code issues where the BTC you have now will not be recognized or cashable at that that time ?

Im curious because I bought a hard wallet but have no idea how usable the BTC version i have today will be in the future?

For starts why did you buy a hard wallet when you have no idea of it, before you bought it you should have done your research and etc.. so you won't waste your money on buying one. If you store your BTC on that offline hard wallet I think there will be no problems on that because if today we are already advance on our technology how about the future right?. So I think there will be no code issues or what so ever as long as there is bitcoin and other coins and cryptocurrency. I also believe at by that time we will be able to cash bitcoin and use it in real world but that would take time because BTC is constantly increasing over time there still many variables to play in for the future. So will just see how it goes and hopefully bitcoin and other crypto coins will be successful in the future.  Wink
495  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What do you feel when win in gambling? on: May 31, 2017, 09:51:05 PM
I always feel satisfied when winning in gambling, by having that feeling I feel a bit of pride from myself. A little sad but I think almost all gamblers have the same feelings like me, then how about you? Do you want to share your story for us discussing in here.

For me whenever I'm winning, of course it is just natural to be happy because you won something right?. I think there is no one in this world that will feel sad because they won but for me whenever I win I do feel happy but whenever I win the greed always take over and try to convince your mind to play more so it is really hard to try and stop me from playing more because I feel overwhelmed and I think that I can earn more on my winnings and that will end so bad because I play to much and lose all of it. So it has pros and cons  Grin Thats my story.  Grin
496  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why we still gambling while we always lose? on: May 31, 2017, 09:43:35 PM
In gambling we just know about two things
These are
Win or lose
But the question is when you do betting
You always lose
You do realize about it but why we still go through on betting place?!!!
Apologoze if my topic have already exist it just about my interesting about your opinion about my experiences

Yes in gambling there is only 2 choices losing or winning, In gambling there is really no right time when to bet for you to win. In gambling it is totally random and it depends on your luck, if your actually in the right machine, time and place you could actually win big but the problem is that you don't know when , which, and where is that and the chances of that is really low but in other cases if you really know that you are going to win like for sure that you are that's the time you bet. Like example in sports 2 team competing each other but if you base them on the skills and the past games you can see which one is really on advantage which can make you win.
497  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Play with your profit or not? on: May 31, 2017, 09:30:50 PM
When you guys are gambling and already doubled your bankroll, do you still play with the whole money you got or you take away half of your bankroll and start playing with your profit or not?

For me whenever I double my bankroll, I would actually withdraw it because I might probably lose all of it if I bet on it again. Greed is a part of us and the risk of losing all of it is high than winning some of it again. So for me I would withdraw it but also I can play with the half again if I'm betting for fun but for profit I would withdraw it right away so that I won't lose all my winnings Wink.
498  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Your biggest bitcoin regrets? on: May 31, 2017, 09:25:00 PM
What are some of your biggest bitcoin regrets, and what were you thinking back then?

Besides "not getting in sooner"  Grin

Obligatory: BFL  Tongue

EDIT: Bitcoin "mistakes" go here =)

My biggest regret on bitcoin is that back in 2014, my friend introduced me to bitcoin but I did not mind it at all because I just thought that bitcoin was just nothing, and I just started last February 2017 and I feel like I was too late now from earning in mining, and any other stuffs that can make you earn easily before when the price was just low and I regret on not buying it. I also regret on trusting someone online to exchange with me in coins and BTC which I got scammed and I sent him $10 and he never replied ever again. I was just so pissed and angry. I will never again trust someone who wants to exchange !  Undecided Those are the moments that i regret.
499  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Giving up gambling is not easy on: May 31, 2017, 09:18:27 PM
As human beings it is normal of us to be greedy so its not only you who wants more than what we already have then we actually lose all we have. So that is really a problem especially when there is no one to stop you and or if your not thinking about it. For me I have played casinos everywhere but for me to control myself I always check myself whenever I'm playing. For example, Whenever I go to a casino I always check if I have the money to do so or do I have something to buy with this instead of betting on it. Now if I do, and go to a casino. I always invite a friend or one of your family and before I play I tell them that whenever I go pass to my limit on how much I will bet tell me to stop and just leave the casino right away. Also, other way to stop from gambling is just not to go to a casino keep your self busy on other stuffs like, playing sports, hanging out with friends/family, other things that will distract you from being addictive to gambling. So that's my opinion, hope it helps  Wink

Now this is what you call a business!, this is really interesting selling T-shirts for your favorite coin and only accepting coins is really a great idea. I really think that in our technology today cryptocurrencies will sky rocket and many businesses will invest on coins and they can also profit on them if they have the ideas and knowledge of it. I really believe that the future is here that the cryptocurrency is lunching over places. I'm also really excited on what's going to be the next thing that will happen, as many people will know about it and many more ideas to come. I can't wait till that happens.  Grin Grin
