481  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I have failed too severely, time to give up? on: March 13, 2023, 06:55:00 AM
in doing business, of course we have to follow what is in the field in real terms, considering that cryptocurrency has just existed and not many people know about it, and there is no support from the government, then its development will be more hampered, that's what makes us feel understandable, and of course if there isn't who are competent to use crypto payments, we can only provide it as an alternative, and basically still deal with fiat primarily, who knows there are transaction partners who are already using crypto as well
482  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Retracement will finally happen on: March 11, 2023, 02:35:44 AM

Price don't go straight line, as a trader we should expect a bounce or a retracement after a great momentum.

Even though that the price will finally retrace, it only means a good movement for BTC because it will only confirm that we are already in bullish. The chart of bitcoin is now creating higher highs and finally it will create a higher low. We should keep in mind that having a good risk management can help us to entry better and avoid cutting huge losses. Expect a red days in these coming days

The retracement finally came, I started to anticipate it back in January because the price is resisting in the Major Resistance above. The sellers overcome the buyers and the supply is much higher than in demand that is why we see a massive pullback. This is only validating that the price of bitcoin is making a healthy movement because it needs consolidation for the bitcoin to breakout the Major Resistance around $25,000.

We are currently experiencing red days in these past days but is it good or bad? As you can see in the weekly time frame below, the price is nowo in the major support where it is considered as buyer side. Which only means that there is a high possibility that the price will bounce in this area. If the price bounce in this area then the movement of the bitcoin is very healthy and we can a upward movement in the following days if this happen. Right now, I'm planning to entry to get as much as position in the major support for me to not be miss out.

Happy trading and Goodluck

This is the weekly time frame of the bitcoin:

This is the daily time frame of the bitcoin:

for traders, taking advantage of the major support area can be used as an opportunity to buy, and technically speaking there will be a reflection in the support area that you are drawing, and we can place the maximum profit target in the major resistance area, and of course we have to place a stop loss to anticipate when the market goes not according to plan, but again we don't know in the medium term or long term whether it will continue to rise, or even fall back.
483  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is it legal for our kids to learn trade? on: March 11, 2023, 02:20:06 AM
I want to know if it right for children that are of 10-15years go in to trade or not because I have a kid friend of about 14years and very eager to learn trading but am scared of the lost and how long it will take him to understand what his doing, because it hasn't been very easy for me. So what your opinion please I need help? because I think is too risky for them to go in to trade for now.
Trading is not illegal so there’s nothing wrong to educate them at the early age as long as your intention is good and its your own kids. This is also my dream, to educate them financially and make them realize how hard to make money do that they can value it more than i do. Trading might complicated for them but in time they can get it, you have to share your knowledge to them in a timeline basis and don’t force them to get it in an instant, learning takes time and with trading they have to understand everything.
imparting knowledge to children I think it must be done, from the way we trade teaches children many things, which must be disciplined, able to manage finances, can learn strategies if things don't go according to plan, and can teach children mentally to always be calm in dealing with various situations and conditions. but for minors I think it's the knowledge that's important to do, after that go ahead if you're going to practice trading, because they also need that experience. but the right time to practice, I think parents know better
484  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Experience on Bitcoin on: March 11, 2023, 02:10:11 AM
For sure almost all of us heard about bitcoin and thought that it is valued less and haven't thought that the price will skyrocket right now. Even myself way back in 2016 if ever I knew that this will be the price. But again if we live with our regrets and just keep thinking about it then there is nothing gonna happen to us that is why others are now accumulating bitcoin buying sats when they have extra money because they now see the future of bitcoin.
That's true, I have been here since it was just 100 bucks, and I am not even rich. I am doing alright thankfully but I have not that much money because anytime I had some money, there was something urgent in my life that I had to pay for.

My family mock me about it, I never had 6 months with nothing wrong in my life, it could be something small, or it could be something big, but there is ALWAYS something wrong in my life, last year it was health issues, then this September it was a death in family, then some other things, basically I never had 6 months with nothing worrying and that is why I never saved enough money because I had to keep cashing it out. If I keep regretting it, then I won't be able to survive for a year.
the same feeling that almost everyone feels, if we knew about it then and now, of course there would be many dreams that crossed our minds. but that's the journey of life, of course there are bitter memories. but from all that I still feel grateful, at least until now by knowing bitcoin my family's needs can be fulfilled, even though sometimes there is a feeling of regret to sell it during the bearish season. and luckily I didn't lose any money from my personal pocket, that's what I'm grateful for until now during my activities in the crypto world
485  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Too late to start? on: March 11, 2023, 02:00:15 AM
I have heard about Bitcoin back in 2017 but never got to learn regarding about it. I always thought that crypto was a fluke and that it would definitely not be a type of transaction until pandemic happens. So, as the title would suggest, is it too late to start investing on crypto? And if not, what would be the essentials to learn on working on it?
It is very unfortunate that you never learned about Bitcoin since 2017. If you learned it in 2017, you may have earned many dollars now. However, I think it is never late to start, you can start now. We are still in the bearish season, so you actually still have a good chance to buy and invest in Bitcoin. But make sure that you have learned it first and understand it. Every person who wants to invest in Bitcoin must have sufficient knowledge about it. Bitcoin investment is high-risk, it is a must to have a good understanding of Bitcoin.

Anyway, do you want to invest in Bitcoin or in altcoins, as well? I suggest focusing on Bitcoin first, it is much safer than altcoins.

it's never too late to start, especially if you are trading, I think investing still has the opportunity to make a profit, because in my opinion the price is still below due to the bearish season. if to start with I think it's better to start with investment as the biggest share of capital, and if you want to learn trading, then use a small portion of the capital that you prepare, so that you can maintain psychological stability, before that it would be better to study in theory, so that you have knowledge before, before you start practicing doing both activities
486  Economy / Economics / Re: Benefit from Higher Education? on: March 10, 2023, 05:52:53 AM
That is an example that I also very often find in my surroundings where in a family between father and mother only one of them has a job to support his family members even though the job he gets is not a permanent job. But what I really admire is that she is able to support her children by continuing to provide support to get a better education until her child gets a job that suits his skills and is also more suitable for him because it can make him more independent in living his life now.
My father worked very hard, he even had to leave a foreign country to provide for our family, these were difficult times for us, but then I did not fully realize how difficult it was for my father when he had to leave his family and to go away for a long time, now I understand it and really appreciate it!
when talking about the figure of a father, I really see him as a hero, as if he does anything to meet the needs of his children, especially in the field of education. I myself know as if it cannot be calculated logically, we are three siblings and my father earns his own money, while my mother is the financial regulator for the family, until finally we all graduate from university, even though we used to be deprived, mother always prioritizes our educational expenses, because she considers that's the most important thing for the future. and what they hope for is simple, that is so that their children can live better than them, equipped with education, of course they will have broader insights, so they are ready to face the harshness of the world
487  Economy / Economics / Re: War: who benefits and how! on: March 10, 2023, 04:49:18 AM
War is a big and serious disaster, a lot of infrastructure such as bridges, roads, public facilities, airports and others are damaged and even destroyed so that when the war ends many countries are in debt to build infrastructure, of course the countries that lose in the war will suffer greatly and it will take tens of years to recover, but there are those who benefit from war, namely countries that produce weapons, foodstuffs and others.
In fact, it is certain that whoever is in war will not benefit, it is certain that he will experience losses that will be prolonged and will disrupt the country's economy. winning or losing is the same as losing, because everything is sacrificed for the sake of the ego of the war, which will obviously have an impact on all existing activities.
completely agree that from the war the beneficiaries are those who make things worse by providing weapons and if they need more they have to pay and not yet with the need for food and clothing.
so war really doesn't have a good effect, so avoid war as long as the peace door can still be run.

for me, war is the same as economics, government officials have of course calculated the gains and losses from the war, they issued capital in the form of weapons and soldiers, of course the next government must have more profit than that, maybe it can be in the form of a supply of resources nature or something. but the war made civilians especially suffer, even to the loss of their brethren. especially for colonized countries, of course, more suffering will be felt
488  Economy / Economics / Re: The cost of living is trying to kill the living on: March 10, 2023, 04:39:36 AM
While growing up things were quite easy, an I also know that life was also easy for the common man, not until 2018 that things start changing for the worst, from then till now the rate at which inflation have struck my country to an all time high is so alarming.
Everyday price of things keeps on changing but the salaries of a civil servants still remain the same, the money that we use too feed from, buy water, pay rent, pay for light an even save from, now it can't even service our monthly needs for even half of the month.
Most times I feel for people that have many children because too get basic needs in today's economy is very difficult,
the annoying part is that the government an it agencies are doing nothing or less about the cost control of goods and services in the state.
An this has created a torn in the lives of many as situations keeps on getting worse by the day.
Am wondering if it's same experience in other part of the world.
you become a civil servant should be grateful, because the salary you get in my opinion is more than enough. imagine for freelance workers or factory workers, they only get a salary according to the minimum wage for work, how difficult it is for them if we imagine. for me, with the increasing number of people, there will be many necessities of life that they have to fulfill, from there we can open any form of business to make money, just like don't rely only on one source of income, because fortune must be sought
489  Economy / Economics / Re: Cash is not trash on: March 10, 2023, 04:26:59 AM
In my country presently, we know how important cash has become, the government decide to renew our Fiat currency and it's not in circulation yet, for some reasons, some people believe that it was intentional because they don't want some bad actors to use Fiat to rig the ongoing election in the country.

But since all this mess have started, many people are suffering, and I as a person have no hold the new fiat Note because I can't get a hold of one yet, and just because many stores prefer Cash than digital transfer, this have make me see how important Fiat currency can be.

Some people will say that Fiat is trash and they keep all their money in stable coins, the truth of this is you are doing things wrong, the stable coins in crypto space are backed by nothing, they can vanish into thin air if the government doesn't want stable coins to exists.

I believe that all stable coins are easier to trample on by the government, more than other crypto projects in this space, Fiat has it's usefulness, let's stop deceiving ourselves, the first time I ever purchased Bitcoin I use Fiat and I believe this is the same as everybody on here, unless you mine your own Bitcoin or get paid in Bitcoin working online.

Do not trash Fiat yourself when it's actually needy, crypto and Fiat must co-exists until the government decide to go digital with Fiat themselves, and Fiat is not trash.
fiat was elected by the government until recently, and we as citizens must comply with the regulations that apply to a country where we live. we cannot force fiat to coexist with crypto, if the government has not made a decision for that, unless we are an influential official in a country. I think what can be profited from cryptocurrency is what we are doing, and if the government provides regulations that welcome crypto, then it is a bonus for us because we already have prior knowledge
490  Economy / Economics / Re: does bitcoin help in your economy? on: March 10, 2023, 04:15:56 AM
there are many people investing in bitcoin, some are profitable and some are losing. and I believe bitcoin has a big advantage. The question is whether when you benefit from bitcoin, you can help your economy and your family?
of course it really helps the family economy if you get profit from bitcoin investment. I have experienced this precisely in 2018 until I was able to build a house and buy a dream motorbike from bitcoin investment results. at that time it seemed very easy to make money from bitcoin, even other altcoins that contributed a lot of profit in the cryptocurrency world. unfortunately I missed the bullrun in 2021, so I didn't earn much at that time. and currently still waiting for the glory days to come back
491  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: NFT Speculation on: March 08, 2023, 03:59:04 AM
NFT holders are currently facing a lot of losses. I made a purchase and naturally saw part of the profit in a few days.
But now there are losses which are considered too expensive. NFTs cannot be held for long as many dollars become gapped.
maybe the NFT period has faded, and if we can't take advantage of the ongoing trend, then we will lose because no one is buying it, especially at high prices. especially during a bearish season like today, of course many people will prefer to buy the main coin in investing, and that is clear in terms of the security of the capital used, especially at a low price that makes us more confident to hold the main coin in making a profit
492  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Bearish market the right time to buy coins? on: March 08, 2023, 03:38:07 AM
bearish market arises when there is a great chance for individuals to put money into it but no one have any idea that what cost is actually profitable to choose for investments. Success does not always possible if you put money and make investment during bearish periods but success also depends on the type of coin and it also depends that whether this coin will be profitable or will become dead.
And this is where DYOR is always been that crucial on which you cant really just spam out those shit coins and make out investment randomly which it would really be a suicide thing considering that there are lots of coins and scam projects in the market on which it would really be just dangerous if you do carelessly put up money on random projects. You cant really be sure whether its worth or not.
This is why on the time that you do consider on buying out some coins on bearish market then always stick up into those who do have real use case or does have potential.
You wouldnt know on how they would be reaching out on the time that bull run do happens.
nothing is redundant when we choose the right coins to buy. don't be controlled by your lust to get big profits by buying the wrong coins, let alone new coins, obviously that's not a healthy investment, because it's as if we are gambling expecting fate. at a time like this, this is the right time to buy, of course there will be many people who are worried that prices will fall again, so buying gradually will be better to maintain our mentality so that we can hold it until it reaches the target
493  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What is the future of bitcoin without powerful nations? on: March 08, 2023, 03:28:09 AM
I guess bitcoin is suffering price depreciation because of most renowned countries like China, US and Africa demoting it values with their economy influence. Most of this nations shares on bitcoin are on high pedal, since they withdrew from investing their state capital and refused to support the existence of bitcoin, the price has not seen a better chance of pumping soon.

In future, it might be different but what if this nations keep strong kicking against bitcoin without reprojected their economy resources, will bitcoin survive for a long time?

What do you is the future of bitcoin at this point?
Do nations or people have power over bitcoin price regulations?
What is your speculation if bitcoin keeps revaluing in price?
Do you see a good outlook soon?
Let's argue your points.

I think that big countries such as China and the USA are afraid to use bitcoin as one of the main payment systems because their economies have been formed for a long time, the order has been established, whether it is honest or not. And bitcoin can shake this order, since this cryptocurrency carries the idea of freedom. And in the future, the economic sector of countries may cease to exist because of bitcoin.
they want to be in control of the whole world, with bitcoin there is no transaction distance between countries, and of course USD or yuan doesn't matter anymore, that's a possibility that made china ban bitcoin, but even so there are still many countries that accept it even though they don't legalize it, because of course it can become a new tax object for a country, and of course they can't stop bitcoiners in that country, so many countries take advantage of the tax sector. so that in the future more and more bitcoiners will come and they are already prepared
494  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading season? on: March 07, 2023, 02:32:58 AM
There is two types of trading one is short-term trading and the another one is long-term trading. In short-term trading, I think there is no trading season for that, Because since there is trading like short time or day trading, there is no season, there may be perfect pick time for trading.
On the other hand what I understand about the trading season in long-term trading that is very easy - there is will be always two season one is bull and the other is bear,  For example, bearish season is going on now is the perfect time to take trade for long-term trading.
Short term trading is very complex to understand. the more difficulties one has to face to find out where the market wants to move. On the other hand, beginners really have to learn a lot, especially psychology, where we will see the market move wilder because it uses a smaller time frame. Heart exercise is bound to happen, the main thing is that we have to be consistent with our analysis, so that intuition will eventually form by itself in seeing the market
495  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: You Learn More from Losses than from Wins on: March 07, 2023, 02:25:38 AM
Remember the first trading lesson you learned as a newbie? Did it come from a win or a loss? A loss teaches you about the reality of the market, protects you from becoming cocky, and humbles you. When you are a beginner trader, a small loss is not a terrible thing. Losses teach you proper trading risk management strategies and techniques and respect for the market and prepare you for long-term success.

Remember the first lesson you learned as a beginner trader? Did it come from a loss or a win?
I think defeat or victory for novice traders is commonplace, but how to trade healthily is a valuable lesson for novice traders. discipline in analysis and being able to control psychology in all conditions, will gradually be able to measure the development of our trading style. from there we will get the weaknesses or strengths of the trading system that we run, until finally we can carry out trading comfortably, and can meet the portfolio targets that we have made
496  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Threads on local currency with bitcoin! on: March 07, 2023, 02:15:29 AM
regulations for each country may be different, because it depends on the government regulations of each country, of course we must know the details of the regulations in question. if it is strictly prohibited, then there is little room for activities with cryptocurrencies, because in my country there are other waivers for activities with crypto, even though it is prohibited if it is used for transactions. so it's safest we follow the rules in the country we live in
497  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Caution Newbies Bitcoin is BTC on: March 06, 2023, 05:16:56 AM
I don't know — but there's a clear distinction between bitcoin and bfiCoin. If a person doesn't see the difference between the two, then he's bound to lose money in this industry.

In 2017, I became interested in cryptocurrency and registered on the bitcointalk forum.

At that time, all crypto enthusiasts were discussing the upcoming bitcoin hard fork.  None of us was sure that Bitcoin (the first cryptocurrency) would not split into two equivalent coins, each of which could claim the title of Real Bitcoin.

Fortunately, this did not happen.  However, bitcoin clones have emerged, such as Bitcoin Cash, Bitcoin Gold, and many others....

But in fact, there is only one bitcoin!  It's BTC!  All other bitcoins are impostors!

Especially if the coin is called BFICoin....
must be very careful with the selection of coins so as not to go wrong. bficoin is not bitcoin in cryptocurrency, don't let us get complacent, so we buy the wrong coin. the consequences are very fatal, it could happen that we will lose all of our capital. actually it's not difficult to find bitcoin, but for those who don't understand it, of course it will be difficult if you are not careful. many coins with the same name, but bitcoin is just 1 which is commonly called BTC
498  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Your Life After 10 years in Bitcoin... on: March 06, 2023, 05:06:16 AM
And the OP was outlived by bitcoin, Lol, he is no longer active in this community but the thread he started though is crazy. I think majority of us here, their lives has change since they began investing on bitcoin and there could be more millionaires now, again thanks to the invention of Satoshi.

But I still think some of us are still in the journey, trying to live the lives that we all dream of and this could be accomplished through bitcoin. So it's not late to invest and think 10 years in the future.
many friends who have an improved economic life as a result of bitcoin. but completely they do not depend on bitcoin for life. after having enough profits, they have the capital to open businesses in other fields, and keep on making profits in the cryptocurrency world. until finally the business grows and can invest in bitcoin when the price drops, until finally they get profit again from bitcoin. with a new business that is run every day now can make ends meet, and will have a lot of savings from bitcoin results
499  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Invest in Bitcoin by selling wife's jewelry on: March 06, 2023, 04:53:00 AM
it would be better if your wife understands about bitcoin first, it is feared that if you don't fully understand, then if something bad happens, it will become a problem in your family, of course your wife will be angry with you. this is a risky investment if you do not have sufficient understanding of bitcoin. on the other hand, of course, don't imagine big profits in a short time, because this is not as easy as we think. because in your family and wife become one and all risks and luck are the luck of both of you
500  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How will you feel when your government make BTC legal? on: March 06, 2023, 04:44:26 AM
If bitcoin is legalized in my country, of course, I will feel happy, because I was familiar with bitcoin first, and of course it will be easier to transact in various places in my country. on the other hand, of course I will be busier, because there are many people around us who don't understand bitcoin, so educating them is a separate activity and of course it will be more fun, especially if there are a large number of residents in my country, hopefully it will have a positive impact on the price of bitcoin, and I feel the benefits
