They are all not active coins dude. You must take 80% from the total coins that registered on CMC as the active coins. When there was a new coin and the old one being abandoned by the developers. it says that so many coins were dead. You should take a look at the coins that placed at the top 1000 or more. Here are my 2 cents about the genuine innovation that can be compared with bitcoin
1. smartcontract, the smartcontract introduced by the ethereum foundation and this becomes the main innovation that has been using by a lot of major platform for the tokenization purpose.
2. DAG, Bitcoin has become introduced to be the payment system but this time there's a problem with the fees but DAG has become a new innovation that can make its user create a transaction with almost zero fees.
Defi should not be considered as genuine innovation though

indeed the price is quite expensive at the moment, it's just that the daily volume trade at tokpie is still small, I hope psyche will list into a big market with a big daily volume trade so far this project is still well, and hope also following the roadmap.

The Altcoins you mentioned are all very good and potential. So how much you buy depends on your financial ability. I think this time to buy Altcoins is reasonable. I bought them. Buying altcoins are good decision but when you are buying a coin that doesn't seem to have a bright future and that would be a disaster for your money. Keep in your mind if you will always need to analyze the coin before try to buy that. XRP is not acceptable to be used as suitable investment for the long term. The rest could be fine but it's not for ripple. LINK will be taking the ripple's position soon. It's better to add more into the legit coins and forget XRP. |

Overall, not too many surprises as it has been predicted from many different places. Bitcoin is being supported at $ 40k price but maybe things are not stopped yet, I think we will soon surpass $ 50k in the near future, possibly right in Q1 2021.

When DeFi exchange Pangolin (Uniswap for Avalanche) goes live later in January, it will be visible to everyone what Avalanche has build and how it's outperforming Ethereum. Price of AVAX will explode. Right now, it is impossible to make Uniswap for small transaction because fee is insane. People just stop and don't make any transaction or wait very long to look for cheaper fees.
Avalanche is improving all issues from Ethereum and is easily what ETH 2.0 wants to do in 2 years. Avalanche will crush Ethereum and DOT.
FYI if the latest smartcontract platforms already outperform ethereum but it's not just like that dude. The reputation, and various things will be affecting the decision that will be taken by the developers to pick which is the smartcontract platform that will be very suitable for their tokenization. All of new smartcontract platforms were only improving and they didn't create something unique like ethereum did. |

The only best way to find the new gem to consider it from the reputation of project. I do believe that people will never feel doubt with the top coins but it's not with the new coins. Try to find the coin that was backed by the big company in crypto. I have participated in the sale that already made by injective and it has been giving me a very big ROI.

I agree with your statement about " not entering when coin got pumped " but for top altcoin it is not true that top 5 or top 10 coin is safe, there is also big risk there, even bitcoin it self is the high risk investment, my advice is, Just do Dllar Cost Averaging or buy BTC continually every month not one time with all of your saving.
I could not agree with this, even if that's major coin and it doesn't mean that will be pumped for years. There will always be the phase that the major coins will be dumped to go back again to the lower rate. we have experienced this so many times when bitcoin gets dumped and so many coins got stressed due to they have been loosing a lot of their money. Bittrex should have done this as it is an American based exchange. Bittrex did this strictly to avoid competing with the SEC. Other exchanges can also follow Bittrex's decision. The hard times will continue for Ripple.

Certainties can only be there for fine predictors but as nobody is capable of doing it properly, it's better not to overdo it and then regret. We are enjoying and there is so much positivity I'm the markets, but why? Because btc has been pumped up. What would happen if the opposite was the scene?
I will tell you what would happen if BTC was going down this way... People would cry and call it a bubble. Simply like that. There are so many people are crying due to the bubble burst that happened with ripple after SEC allegation. Some people are still believing if the institutional investors will make bitcoin can't go down to the bottom again. I doubt this will be a true story but based on my experience if when people said the same thing at the end of 2017 and they got surprised on 2018 |
