Most of the Governments won't do this! they need things to be centralized as they wanna keep an eye on everything!  Nailed it, that's one of the hurdle of why the digital currencies and blockchain tech aren't advancing in each government. They just need to keep an eye on the taxes in particular, if you dig deeper property taxes or estate taxes for digital currency. |

This is such an obvious fraud.
In my jurisdiction that would be considered a void contract. Contracts not done in full voluntary agreement by 2 parties, with hidden clauses, are void almost everywhere.
Getting people to sign unwanted clauses because of ignorance is so 1800's.
I don't think so, full voluntary agreement - both of the parties signed on it. With hidden clauses - He altered the contracts on the same papers coming from the institutions then returned back to them. I think there is an offer by the bank and the guy made a counter offer by altering some sections on it, then the bank signed. That's why the court ruled to his favor. But there are somewhat limitations to the terms that he altered where the court should consider. With that, I think they can settle into a voidable, unenforceable, or invalid contract. |

One way to find out is to check their financial statements, specially those companies in which their stocks are traded publicly.
Coz the regulators are very critical about their financial reports disclosure. Otherwise, ask the SEC to have a copy of their FS.
My thoughts, some are holding it but by a minimum amount of percentage to their assets, percentages that they can afford to loss.

it was stated on the spreadsheet they will start distributing the bounty at 4/21, they could have distribute it earlier but i think they are getting rid of cheaters or probably auditing. 3 days left and we shall receive our reward. This style of bounty program is good, they pay a more stable coin and it will not affect on the price even if you sell right after. I think people need to be wise,because to many now,IEO has become a promised land but the truth is that it can be more dangerous,do not rush things, be smart.
If there is danger on it, people would have no invest on it. The fact that it has become popular now, I think this would tell that the investors are trusting it over the old ICO format. With exchanges, they can list the coins right after and that will ease the liquidity problem especially if listed in big exchanges like houbi and Binance. |

Its already happening you are not doing your research very well ,there are few ICO rating platforms out there that makes the project developers ,CEO ,CTO or even there teams go through KYC process to rate there ICO projects
They should go first, otherwise there is no reason to trust them. It's transparent and since they need our support and trust in order for them to get the funding, they have to give everything that every investors need to know. |

I am not surprised. ICOs have completely lost the confidence of investors, the usual approaches to investments attraction have ceased to work.
We will know if this will recover, we are in the bull run now and this market changes should give positive effect on the ICO market. Though we have the IEO which is being used now, but it's limited compared to ICO since anytime if the team decided to have their project started, they can do it, in IEO, they need to ask for their project to get listed and pay for the listing fee. |
