I agree this season has been really crazy, lots of unexpected results. Honestly from all the European leagues, The Bundesliga is the most unpredictable,
I lost a lot of money betting on the Bundesliga. Especially this week there have been too many draws results, so for the time being it seems like I have
stopped betting on Bundesliga matches.
The results we saw yesterday were too awkward. All of the games ended in a draw. It was like they were arranged like that on purpose.  I'm sure that too many people lost their bets on those matches. Bundesliga really seem as the most unpredictable league in Europe. Are you talking about those games were all fixed? Come on, you are exaggerating a bit as it can't clearly be like that. Surely people lost many bets but I think is mostly because the follow the odds only: one needs to think about the overall stats and teams situation to get a full picture. By the way, my multi betslip is still valid  They can't all be rigged of course (I hope  ). But it was a quite interesting coincidence for sure. I expected both Leverkusen and Dortmund to win but they both couldn't manage to do it. Dortmund were nearly losing the game. Hoffenheim missed so many chances. Leverkusen-Mainz game were really dramatic in the last minutes. Who could have thought that the match would end 2-2 after Leverkusen brough the score to 2-0 in the 84th minute? But I must admit that Mainz played really good in general and deserved this point. |

I think that now there is no doubt that Man City will be the champion this season... Their next games are also with strong opponents. But on the example of Tottenham they have shown that they are determined only to win!
They have games against Arsenal and Everton away and against Manchester Utd home on their next 4 weeks in the Premier League. If they don't stumble in these matches, their chance of being the champions will be very close to be certain. There is a game that started a few minutes ago between Roma and Udinese. Roma have started so dominantly and have scored an early goal. Veretout scored the goal. Neymar is injured. If Neymar does not return to the field before the match against Monaco, it does not look like PSG will be able to win against Monaco. Monaco is playing great. Again if Bayern would not mess another win and Leipzig will not close the gap between them and Bayern for sure Bayern will be this leagues champion,
Although I am fond of Bayern at first I tend to look at Leipzig potential being a champion, I surely think if they could make efforts on getting with defense and strategy to stop every team from scoring I really think that is the key thing they surely lack, Losing from Mainz and a draw from Wolfsburg can surely be avoided, to tie in with Bayerns score in standing.
Leipzig should definitely get better on their defense. They lost very important points just because of that. They are quite strong on attacking. However they haven't been scoring too many in the league so far. They scored 35 goals in 20 matches which is a few more than the half of the goals Bayern scored. If they can't get better defensively, then they should focus more on scoring. |

If he didn't leave Barcelona, I believe that Barcelona would be so much better than this. They haven't been bad in La Liga recently but still they are too much away from the leader. As long as Barcelona don't fill the place of the important players who left, I expect them to continue to have difficulties in being the champions. We are going to have another FA Cup 1/8 finals game today, Swansea-Manchester City. Swansea have been showing a great performance in the Championship so far and they are at the 3rd place. On the other hand, Manchester City are still the leader in the Premier League and they are trying their best to be champions this season. Even though there is a huge power difference between them, I think Swansea won't give up on it so easy. But I think City will advance to the quarter finals in the end.

I think for the game of Barcelona and Paris Saint Germain, I am gonna bet for Barcelona because it has a total of a six-win streak and those games are against Real Betis, Granada, Athletic Club, Rayo Vallecano, Elche, and Cornella. Those mentioned teams are very skillful. But Paris Saint Germain managed to win five times in their past 6 games and it is against Nimes, Montpellier, Anger, and Merseille for 2 times but they lost their game against Lorient with a score of 3-2. I think that game I will vote for Barcelona because they managed to get a long win streak and against powerful teams. But I cannot say that Paris Saint Germain will be defeated easily because they also got a long win streak too before they lose to Lorient.

I am backing Atalanta too in this game but I will not bet in this match since both teams are playing crazy football and a surprise can occur every minute. Gattuso is in awkward position with much pressure and winning something can lower it considerably, however I don't trust Napoli to challenge Juve. Atalanta might get a better chance although Juve seems way better right now. It is a game that is very hard to predict. If we regard their performance in the first match of the draw, Atalanta look like they are closer to the final. But they aren't stable just as Napoli. In my opinion, Juventus will be the champions if Napoli advance to the final. But if Atalanta become the opponent of Juventus in the final, Atalanta can make difficulties for Juventus and maybe they can even be the champions. As I expected, Real Madrid didn't make any mistakes and got a very deserved win by not even giving a chance to their opponent. Now the first 3 in the table looks like this:
1. Atletico Madrid => 51 points - 20 matches
2. Real Madrid => 46 points - 22 matches
3. Barcelona => 43 points - 21 matches
Atletico have 2 missing games and Barcelona have 1. Atletico can still make the point difference 11 if they win those games. As I said before, there is a tight schedule ahead of them and the results they get from there will be very important on the road to the championship.
If we are taking on consideration the tight schedule then Barca has the worst with a game every 3 days until mid-March since it is playing in La Liga + Copa del Rey vs Sevilla (++) + CL vs PSG (+++). Their match in La Liga aren't that very difficult at the opposite of the other 2 competition, however Koeman has to rotate some players which will occur in La Liga games definitely so they may risk to drop some points imo. The most comfortable team for this period will be Real Madrid. They haven't a tight schedule. But Barcelona and Atletico both have many games in such a short period. Maybe Real Madrid can get over this period as the most profitable club. Of course it depends on how they will play in the games in that period. They have a good form in the recent times. The next Atletico Madrid-Real Madrid game also have a big importance. If Atletico win that, Real Madrid can lose their advantage even they do very nice until that game. |

If we don't see any postponement, we are gonna have a big game, Ajax-PSV in the KNVB Beker quarter finals tomorrow night. Both teams have been very good recently. PSV are putting a good fight for the championship together with Ajax in Eredivisie. Ajax are the last champions here as being the same in Eredivisie also. They also hold the record of being the most champions in their hands in this cup. I think we will have a quite delightful match and Ajax are one step ahead in this.
I havent read that this match will be postponed due the snow so we will see a great match tomorrow. Ajax will miss Onana and Stekelenburg will replace him. Gravenberch is suspended. Probably Tagliafico and Mazraoui will play. Kudus is still a question if he will make it but it would be great if he can play again. He was to most attractive player of Ajax at the beginning of the season. Seems El Classico or De Topper whatever the name, Ajax still had enough confidence, they had on fire player, Sebastien Haller where was created 2 goals 4 assists in the last 6 games Eredivisie. ADO Den Haag should be an easy win for PSV. Normally ADO could bring something extra's against top teams but last seasons they don't have that fighers mentality anymore.
PSV have to win the match to keep on track with Ajax. Ajax had some bad luck last weeks with some players (Onana, Brobbey, Haller) and let's see if that will influence their game.
I have also no doubt about it. This is too easy for them. PSV shouldn't make a mistake and keep chasing Ajax for the championship. Ajax still have the advantage but like you said, they have some important missing players now. Ajax still have the lead on championship counts with 34 and PSV got 24 championships so far. Since losing the derby against Real Madrid, Atletico have won 9 consecutive matches before falling yesterday in the trap of a draw against Celta Vigo with two goals for each.

It is time for FA Cup 1/8 finals to start! I would like to share my opinions about Manchester Utd-West Ham draw. After eliminating Liverpool 3-2 in FA Cup, Manchester Utd won only 1 of their last 4 Premier League games. They actually played really good against Everton but they were ruined with the goal came in the last minute. Pogba and Phil Jones won't play in this match and Bailly isn't certain. On the other hand, West Ham won 2 of their last 4 league games after eliminating Doncaster in FA Cup. Masuaku won't play in this match and Antonio isn't certain. I think Manchester Utd will use this match for making their form better and they give a big importance to FA Cup too undoubtedly. I think Manchester Utd will advance to the quarter finals.

Good comeback by the Lakers who were down 11points at a point in the 4th qtr. LBJ with 28 points and Harrell taking advantage of OKC not having a strong center and got 21 points. Lebron got his triple double with 28points, 14 rebounds and 12 assists.
We have seen an awesome game really. Lakers were 56-60 behind at halftime. 3rd quarter was also so close. In the last quarter, Lakers dominated it and had their the most points of all quarters, 34. They succeeded in defeating Thunder after overtime with a 119-112 result. I liked watching Lebron the most in this game. Lakers maintain their incredible performance. They were the victor in the last 5 games. |

Dortmund VS Hoffenheim
As we know, Dortmund have been really bad for some time. If we look at their last 5 Bundesliga games, we can see that they won just one match which was against Augsburg 3-1. They are 16 points away from the leader Bayern. A team like Dortmund shouldn't be in a position like this. I still want to believe they will gather strength in the remaining matches. Here in this match, Dortmund should manage to beat Hoffenheim. Because Hoffenheim are too bad this season and I don't give them a chance in this match. |
