4821  Local / Pamilihan / Union Bank Blockchain training program on: October 02, 2019, 11:17:52 AM
Yes, tama ang nabasa niyo! Being one of the frontrunners dito sa Pinas when it comes to integrating blockchain technology and after launching their Blockchain Institute last year, maglulunsad na din sila ng training called Xcellerator Program para sa mga aspiring developers starting October 5, 2019.

It's an eight-week intensive course for developers divided into three phases:

Phase 1 will introduce the participants to the entire program and consists of online self-paced learning through interactive media and resource materials.

For Phase 2 the participants will be assessed of what they have learned in the previous phase, particularly their understanding of blockchain technology and Ethereum.

Those who pass will move to Phase 3, which will involve immersion by testing their practical knowledge in real-wold projects and experience with guided development sessions with mentors from UnionBank and UBX, the bank’s fintech subsidiary.

Since high level training ito, meron siyang bayad amounting to Php3,000 per participant. Hindi ko alam sa inyo pero parang mura na siya considering the duration of the training, Inclusions ng registration fee:
  • Training kit
  • 8-week access to learning modules
  • Guaranteed participation in Phase 1 and 2 of the program

Interested applicants can register at http://bit.ly/wethexcellerators

Update: Registration is now closed

Nate is comfortable being on the ground and we all know that he has the balls to match against Khabib. But as this point, Khabib hasn't show any weaknesses, the only way I say see Nate to win if he caught Khabib flush on the chin. We all know that Nate loves fighting stand up as well and he has a long reach. So if somewhat early in the rounds he caught Khabib with a huge punch and then pound him, that is the only chance that I see him winning.
Nate is a volume puncher and not someone with a KO power but I don't see Khabib allowing him to throw many punches as he pleases. I see the fight going to the ground most of the time.

To bad Dana and Ali are not interested to see match Khabib vs Diaz. Simply because it wont be profitable and their golden mine (Khabib) wont be so interested if he loses.
Right now, Nate is the third (or fourth) choice behind GSP , Ferguson, (or Conor). When the time is right, I doubt that the fight between the two will not be profitable. Nate knows how to sell/promote a fight and he has the skills to back it up.
4823  Economy / Reputation / Re: MYCRO JOBS: Cheat, curopsies, KYC only three days for prize hunters. on: October 02, 2019, 10:14:26 AM
Thereupon I wanted them to present the legal text to me, which specifies a KYC procedure for the distribution of a utility token to bounty participants.
Unfortunately the Bounty Manager has deleted our private chat history (and I did not export the history before  Sad)
I once asked the team about the specific legal ground for the KYC but never got a response. Asking the team again now would also be useless and might get you banned because they want the chat to be free of bounty discussion.

That bounty manager banned me a long time ago for questioning the longevity of the campaign  Grin

EDIT:
And according to the team, tokens that would have been assigned to a scammer will not be distributed amongst all legit participants.
~~

Looks to me like they're just introducing KYC to pay less.
It looks like it. I was expecting them to reallocate tokens and pay more to legit participants until I saw your conversation with them.

@Bttzed03, are you a gambler?

Gambler? Slight  Wink

Sa offline betting lang ako dati at madalas pa mga tipong peer-to-peer lang o kaya mga pasabit but having been exposed to online gambling (thanks to the forum), nagka-interes na din ako. Any tips for a higher winning rate?

Awesome  Grin this is a perfect kick to knock out fraud bounty hunters Roll Eyes

We don't know that. It could also be a way to kick legit hunters who are unable to follow the news because they are probably taking a vacation somewhere or for some other reason. It was announced last week that KYC form will be released by Monday and then they say that submission will only ran for three days. How would any legit hunter, who will miss out, feel about that?
4826  Economy / Reputation / Re: MYCRO JOBS: Cheat, curopsies, KYC only three days for prize hunters. on: October 02, 2019, 09:27:13 AM
For reference, here is the archived bounty thread https://archive.fo/6aeaG
Note that this campaign started with a No KYC rule

I've been watching their telegram and I can share the reason for some of the points here.

1. The reduction in bounty pool was due to the fact that they ended their token sale early because of the market condition (according to them).

New calculation of tokenmetrics
We planned to sell 11% of all our tokens via IEO sales, and on Bitforex, we sold 2.8M of them. This means that 2.8M MYO becomes 11% of the whole token supply. The resulting new calculation of the tokenmetrics will be released for our community shortly.

2. The new bounty pool was supposedly around 1.2 Millio MYO based on the new token metrics but for some reason the bounty manager slashed it again into almost half. According to the team on telegram, they will take over the spreadsheet and make the necessary adjustment after the KYC.

Another 1.2 million has already been allocated to those who successfully took part in our bounty campaign.

We will revise the sheet after the KYC procedure

Baka pwedeng adjust yung merit requirement to less than 5 merits  Grin.

Everyone wearing a cryptotalk sig needs to stop replying in this thread unless being helpful or asking a legitimate question. Lots of replies in here that don't need to be here. For example read 1 post up

I think Nate Diaz can choke khabib just like he did with Conor Mac Gregor. I think is the only one who can beat him right now.

Now that you brought it up, it could be an interesting match up. The fight will mostly likely go the distance and I see Khabib winning a unanimous decision. Nate isn't worried about being taken down unlike Khabib's previous opponents but the only way I see him winning is if the current champ gasses out (which is also unlikely).

I was laughing quite hard while reading your post. Thanks!  Grin

Pretty sure this is just someone trying to push the admins over the edge here and get the current campaign banned.
Could be someone already banned from the campaign and couldn't move on?

~~
Guys I look on the members list kasi parang may pamilyar na pangalan sa akin l. So I checked it and and unfortunately tama hinala ko, may na ban galing sa board natin. Siya si zupdawg Sad.
4834  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Season on: October 02, 2019, 04:36:57 AM
Just wow! Two bigman and a midget who can penetrate.
Lol that line reminds me of Jason No Homo Terry  Grin
That Dallas Terry was really deadly. His hot hands sent Lakers home during the playoff and it was 4-0 IIRC.

As far as the Dallas Mavericks go, it will interesting to see what chemistry Doncic and the Unicorn can build throughout the season. As i see it, they are probably 2 years away from any playoff contention the way their current roster is constructed. I just really hope Porzingis stays healthy, ACL tears and 7 footers in never really a good combination.
It could be this coming season if Porzingis comes back strong like he was with the Knicks. They could probably fill up the 6th to 8th spot in the west.

What is everyones thoughts about Zion joining the league?  I read that alot of people are predicting him to be rookie of the year!  I really liked watching him play for Duke and was by far one of my favorite college players!
He will probably struggle in his first few games. not that I want it but he might be injured at some point with that weight and the way he plays.

~snip
Welcome back!

The title itself says it, when you say Top Five Coins on The Crypto Market for Trading Online logical na isipin na ito ang limang may pinakamataas na volume sa market.

When we say top five coins for trading online, does it automatically mean coins with top five volume? By no means I am an expert trader but I can consider other metrics. Maybe some traders here can share their opinion also para kapulutan din ng aral.

Tugnkol sa article, inuulit ko wala ako nakita na sinabi ng author na top 5 sila by volume sa title man o sa katawan ng lathala (as explained above). I also don't think na pinaniniwalaan nyang top five yung altcoin na binanggit niya (kaya nga shill). Mautak din yung writer dahil ginawa nyang open for interpretation.

4840  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Blockchain Bring change into Africa? on: October 01, 2019, 02:11:28 PM
No, blockchain can't change Africa until the locals starts adopting blockchain as part of their system. No matter how good a technology is, it cannot be of good use if majority would ignore its capabilities.

I'm actually happy to see some projects pivot to Africa last year. But at the moment, I am not seeing any major improvement. Could it be that Africans rejected/ignored them?
