hi. do you have any idea why they put a wall on that price? newbie on trading here. Either trying to force the market downwards or a stupid legitimate sell that can accidentally prevent the price from climb. He didn't cause lot of panic yet,quite contrary, 12-13% were bought already. Guess people are waiting to see if 850$ will be broken at Gox. |

I seriously can't believe people are still trading on MtGox.
I use mtgox because I don't trust any other entity with much of my funds. We've seen many exchanges come and go (bitcoin24,bitcoin7,tradehill,bitparking etc) but mtgox has been here all the time. Mtgox also has the highest price (and much volume/depth) and I am able to withdraw euro (or simply wait for price to equal any other exchange which happens occasionally). If I'm going to sell, it makes sense to sell for the highest price I can get. In conclusion I like gox, and I feel that my funds are safe with them. Goxxing doesn't bother me so much, yes it can be annoying, but trust is more important for me (but i don't trade a lot anyways). I think btc-e is great, low fees, many trading opportunities, but I don't trust them as much (or more precise I'm fearing that they will eventually be targeted by law enforcement). How can you trust gox? How many times they have promised to do something and then just not done it? Only thing they have done is to be there, but that's only because people are willing to pay that outrageous fee and doesn't mind that they are ass raped in every major movement, Mark is doing a lot of money. 0.60% fee should be enough for everyone to fuck them off. It's scandalous fee. |

That "someone" must not think we'll see $4000 that soon.  maybe it was a drop from someones ocean im sure plenty of people could buy a $100k car with just a small fraction of their total coins Goat has 20-30k bitcoins and probably 6digit of litecoins. I used Bitfinex first time today and made 2300$ on one of dips. Was up as much as 4800$ but failed to close position than, started at some 3000 but slip took it's part. It's a fun to play with more btc than you have |

I need it 30-40$ down more so I can put a trailing stop order and take some nap.  How about 30 to 40 USD more?  I held it down to 850 for as long as I could... sorry I've closed my position for now. Not in best time I could but still gimme 2400$ profit each day, I'll take it  . Kinda feel it might be more bounces, that resistance look strong below 850. |
