4821  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Black Holes and it's effect on price on: August 07, 2015, 10:20:20 AM
Here's my simple take on it:

1.000.000 Bitcoin's dissapear, but the demand for Bitcoin is exactly the same after

Result: The price of Bitcoin stays the same.

1.000.000 Bitcoin's dissapear, but the demand for Bitcoin increases even if it's for a small %

Result: The price goes way higher than it would have been if those coins were available.

In the end it all depends on how the public reacts, the price technically should rise, but due to panic or uncertainty it can stay the same or even fall.

Especially if a big chunk of money gets locked out, because it can bring down a bitcoin business (imagine a big exchange locking out their money what chaos would create).
4822  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: BitcoinCity - Drawing bitcoin transactions on: August 07, 2015, 10:14:16 AM
Great idea, you should add 1 small ad on it, atleast get some money from it  Grin

You could make some money with that.
Thanks, but it's not my goal to make money out of it, although i have a bitcoin address on the info page and all donations are welcome. Smiley

Sure but this is something like art, and you should promote this, hopefully it will be appreciated in the art community!
4823  Economy / Economics / Re: Nearly 70% of Bitcoin users earn less than $100,000 annually - Coindesk on: August 07, 2015, 10:12:15 AM
It is obvious, i am making a research right now and it really seems like bitcoin people earn little wages, no wonder why bitcoin is so attractive, it can help you earn more Smiley
4824  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][DUB] DUB [FULL REBRAND][BITTREX][YOBIT][MUSIC STREAMING] on: August 07, 2015, 01:56:34 AM
I have an idea, why dont you build an advertising platform into the client DEV?

For example you have to pay X amount of DUB for your music to be featured in the wallet. So when people are staking coins they will listen to that music if they want.

And the advertiser can advertise his music to the listeners, what do you think dev?

This its getting some action lately

Yep an active dev can do wonders, i`ll buy some more later on, after i see some more development going on Smiley

To others, the survey is short and very straight-forward, should take no more than 2 minutes of your time.

The EU was born so that unelected tyrants can rule over the people of Europe, and to make the EU banks more wealthy (look greece, portugal, spain, italy where it went to)

That being said, we can have unity in Europe without the EU, in a decentralized way, with the blockchain technology and coins like this promoting it.

did ya read what i wrote?
i said we can change what the EU will be
its build on democratic structures

just need a movement utilize that structures and u can change the EU

a europecoin could be used as a tool by such a movement

and greece....

well how a country was able to survive that long where pay tax was just something for the silly is a riddle to me
not EU made greece struggeling

but the banks that invested into greece goverment bonds and then did fear never get money back created the crisis

that would be the first step to reform the EU to stop protecting banks
and replace that unneeded parasites with blockchainpowered solutions where everyone can be his own bank

Hey i`m not anti bank, but i`m neither a banking lover.

I think the banks in the future can only exist if they start to integrate bitcoin and other crypto currencies into their systems. Banks are corrupt but so does anything else, the blockchain can bring transparence, and end corruption everywhere.

Isn't that what we want to end corruption?

And then people can have the choice between personal banking (those who can protect their private key), or institutional banking in a reformed bank (if they are not technologically expert, so that other people would protect their money).

Not all people can manage their private keys safely, those guys can have their money with a reformed bank, while others can have the option for personal banking Smiley

I filled the survey, screw the bounty. I hope answers will help you.

Thanks very much, but you can claim it if you want. The research will help me, but it will help the community much more, and in general the bitcoin economy.

I estimate that I can generate over >100,000$ worth of economic activity for bitcoin (it's not my profits, i would personally earn much much less, so this is to generate bitcoin economy) if the survey gets filled out correctly. That could help the bitcoin price go up drastically, in the end Smiley

Add it to yobit exchange and then i might buy some, it looks interesting. Does it promote the European Union or just Europe as a borderless continent?

how could a idea have boarders its cant cross?

some people say EU was born to make the rich more rich

and that is true

but there are two interesting sideffects

effect one

if impossible for any serious mind to think two countries inside EU will go into war with each other...

effect two

its build on democratic structures
even if moneybags did try to utilize the EU as their tool
their vote is not more valuable than my vote

together we the people of the EU can make this a utopia come true

and the only borders created by others who dont follow human rights and other basics that qualify them for being able join the EU

the EU born as a idea to grow wealth can be seen as the most successful peace project of the world

how can anything create boarders for that?

in the end we need a united world
but a united europe is a first step

------------

my personal ideas and visions
i dont speak for europecoin
but i dont think matthias is a 1% guy i guess he too want the best for the 99%

The EU was born so that unelected tyrants can rule over the people of Europe, and to make the EU banks more wealthy (look greece, portugal, spain, italy where it went to)

That being said, we can have unity in Europe without the EU, in a decentralized way, with the blockchain technology and coins like this promoting it.

4834  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is wealth boring? on: August 06, 2015, 08:49:03 PM
Wealth has its own problems, it is not too boring if you put your wealth to the move (taking care of businesses, attending petitions from family, thinking on investing opportunities or charities)

And you can always give a great percentage away and have the standard pressures  Grin

Create an income from your wealth, and live on that income. No need to spend all your wealth because then you become poor.

But from that income spent you can have alot of fun, wealth=freedom=fun.

Its the price i know, but more exchanges more liquidity, if it gets added to yobit, alot of people will buy it up and price will rise!

Mate, that's the network capacity. It shows that there are less TB mining atm. It's far worse than a drop in price....

Yobit is only an excuse for a pump.

If price rises back then miners will come for the profit. I still havent bought any because i dont wanna register at new exchanges, so i`d prefer if it were available on yobit.

It must be added there so somebody fill out that form please!

Can anybody add this coin to yobit

https://yobit.net/en/addcoin/

I`d be glad to buy some over there, i don't want to make an account in other exchanges. It might boost it's price Smiley

Add it to yobit please, and the price will resolve Wink

It will not resolve. The number of exchanges are not the problems for this coin.

To make my point clearer with the quotes, this might be temporary but it could be a tendency.

Are miners turning off machines although it's almost free to mine...? Are we seeing a new corridor in network size, THAT is worrying.

Its the price i know, but more exchanges more liquidity, if it gets added to yobit, alot of people will buy it up and price will rise!

4840  Other / Beginners & Help / [Research] How and Where do you Spend your Bitcoins? [10,000 satoshi bounty] on: August 06, 2015, 04:28:02 AM
Hello, I`m researching the bitcoin market and economy and I need your help guys to fill out the following survey with your bitcoin spending behaviour and preferences. The survey will only take 2 minutes so please help me with this (Please be honest when filling out):

►FILL OUT THIS FREE SURVEY TO HELP THE BITCOIN ECONOMY!

PURPOSE: The purpose of the survey is to help me understand how bitcoin users spend their bitcoins which would help my business, and thus the bitcoin economy. If I can research accurately where the most bitcoin is being spent then I can efficiently allocate resources in that sector, and thus generate economic activity there, and thus make bitcoin's price rise by adding a lot of value to Bitcoin.

Or in short words: If I can find demand in the economy, then I`ll fill it with supply, and add value to Bitcoin, and Bitcoin's price will rise.

BOUNTY: You get 10,000 satoshi as a thanks for filling out the survey. Just post here a screenshot of you filling it, and your bitcoin address and i`ll send you 10,000 satoshi. To avoid cheaters and multi-accounters only JR. MEMBERS and above are eligible for the bounty! If you are newbie, then please fill it out for FREE!
