Foxpup, Lauda here is what happened.
I removed redsn0w, he was on there twice. Apparently he voted twice, so both were removed. He did edit his vote, and I let that slide since he only added someone to his vote and that was before I said that the multiple vote rule was not retroactive. However it was brought to my attention that he had deleted his original vote and voted again, so he was removed.
You can check the edit history of the spreadsheet.

Thank you for your reply. What would I see on blockchain/tx if it got returned? In other words, how do I know that it was returned?
The bitcoin doesn't actually get returned. It simply doesn't confirm and the transaction is dropped eventually. Your wallet will revert to a state where that Bitcoin was never spent, thus it seems as if the Bitcoin is returned. You won't see anything on the blockchain and most block explorers will stop showing your transaction after a while. Your wallet should also show that the transaction is gone.

hello
may i know what is rebroadcast is ? and can anyone do it to fast his unconfirmed transaction ?
A rebroadcast is exactly what it sounds like, the transaction is being broadcast constantly. Anyone can do it so long as they have a copy of the transaction (and once the transaction is first broadcast, then everyone will have a copy for a while). It may not make the transaction confirm, but it continuously reminds the network that the transaction exists.

I'm curious.
In your opinion, what's the difference between a "full wallet" and a "full node"?
I would say that a full node is a system which is using a full client implementation and has their port(s) open, thus it is sharing their data with the network (blocks and transactions). I have such a system somewhere. I also have Bitcoin Core on my laptop, which does not have any ports open and is only run when I want to transact (i.e. it is only used as a wallet). So a 'full wallet' would be a fully validating client that is used primary as a wallet and does not contribute to the network. But it does contribute to the network. It still has outgoing connections and it still validates and then relays all blocks and transactions that it receives to its peers. The distinction should be that a full wallet is a full node, but not the other way around. A full node fully verifies and validates every block and transaction it receives and then relays them to its peers. However a full node need not necessarily have wallet capabilities. A full wallet is a full node with wallet capabilities.

finally got it figured out so what next after this?
Bitcoin Core will start and it will clear the unconfirmed transactions. You should see that the transaction is gone now. If you go to Settings > Options > Wallets Tab and check the box "Enable coin control settings", when you go send, you should then see a box that is titled "Coin Control features" and a button labeled "inputs". Click that button and choose the addresses that your original transaction sent from and click OK. Then at the bottom where it says "Transaction Fee" click the "Choose" button. In the box that now appears, choose the option for "Recommended" and move the slider all the way to the right to where it says "Fast". Now make your payment again and you will get a transaction with a high enough fee for it to confirm quickly.

i right click on the bitcoin client. I click on properties but then in that properties window i don't see a box labeled target all i see is security tab, details, previous versions, general, shortcut, compatiblity
Then that isn't a shortcut and is the executable file directly. In whatever you are clicking it on (either the desktop or the file explorer, click somewhere else in the same window (i.e. if on the desktop click somewhere else on the desktop, if in the file explorer click on some whitespace in the file explorer window) so that nothing is highlighted. Then hold Shift and then right click and choose the option for "Open command window here". Then type bitcoin-qt.exe -zapwallettxes and hit enter. This will start Core with that option.

This is my first time using bitcoin i have no idea how to do it i follow alot of steps and still frustrating. I have window. is there a video on how to use it? ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif) Windows instructions: Right click the shortcut that you use for starting Bitcoin Core. Click on Properties in that menu. In the Properties window, go to the box labeled Target. Click the box and move your cursor all the way to the right, past what is already in there. Then type -zapwallettxes, making sure that there is a space between what is already in the box and what you just typed. Then just click OK and double click the shortcut to start Bitcoin Core. When Bitcoin Core is fully started, do the exact same thing but remove -zapwallettxes instead of adding it.

yes i see my transaction in my trnasaction list mark as ? status 0/unconfirmed, in memory pool. I don't know if my balance is back to where it was before but all i know it is unspent and i use slow transaction fee which is 0.0000.1 per kb. How can i resend it again when i can't abandon it. if i double spend i don't have the money to double spend.
Did you start Bitcoin Core with -zapwallettxes as we told you to? Did you follow the instructions? -zapwallettxes will clear the unconfirmed transactions from your wallet.

No fix yet the post you guys replied are not helpful
Do you not see the transaction in your transactions list? Is your balance back to where it was before the transaction? If so, then you can send the transaction again but with a higher fee. Technically that is a double spend and it will have a different transaction id. The original that you posted will still exist on the network.

ok thanks ! I'll reply when this is done.
Make sure that armory is stopped first before you delete anything.

|
ok, first of all :thanks for your fast! reply !
By following the instructions for superbit, armorydb is running with the --ram-usage=1 parameter.
how do I get rid of the 0.93 db ?
You can delete the entire databases folder inside the Armory data folder. This will remove your current database though, but the current database should be rebuilt relatively quickly.

why post quality in remove the system i think feature post quality is very good and nice feature
Because the post quality thing is absolute crap. Furthermore, people have been using it to "prove" that they have good post quality when they most certainly do not. Thus I have removed the display of the post quality. It is still factored into the price estimation.

If we have already cast only one vote, will we be allowed to modify it? If so, how long do we have?
No, you are not allowed to modify it. The rule does not apply retroactively so current voted are not invalidated. The only person who modified their vote is redsn0w since he did so before I added the nonretroactive statement in the voting thread thus he modified it thinking that it was retroactive. How many rule modifications/additions should we expect before the 26th ov November? ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) As many as necessary to keep this fair. As people keep coming up with new edge cases. I've underestimated the stupidity and lack of reading of the people on this forum.

I honestly have no idea in the slightest, I kept the password in keepass a long time ago and kept it written down on 2 pieces of paper, Which I've seemed to lose both of.
Your Bitcoin is lost. Without the seed or the password, no one can do anything, especially if the password is randomly generated by KeePass.

Slightly off topic, my PortableApps version of the BitCoin Wallet crashed the night before last with a window telling me to update to the latest version (so, it's on topic concerning the latest version and upgrading same) I've made appeals on BCT in the past to have the PA version of BitCoin Wallet updated but they have fallen on deaf ears. So, in light of this thread and my BTC Wallet crashing solely because it needs to be upgraded, can someone cast their eyes on this: http://portableapps.com/search/node/bitcoinThanks. The official binaries includes zip versions which do not need to be installed and can be run on any computer provided that it runs the right OS. You can just set it up with a shortcut or something to have the datadir point to your USb drive.

That was the first suggestion which I have tried and still get the errors posted in the log above.
Bitcoind runs fine itself and is fully up to date before I start armory.
This is not what your log file suggests: 2016-11-17 12:26 (INFO) -- SDM.pyc:460 - Called startBitcoind 2016-11-17 12:26 (INFO) -- ArmoryUtils.pyc:651 - Executing popen: ['C:\\Program Files\\Bitcoin\\daemon\\bitcoind.exe', u'-datadir=C:\\Users\\John\\AppData\\Roaming\\Bitcoin\\'] 2016-11-17 12:26 (INFO) -- SDM.pyc:574 - PID of bitcoind: 29000 2016-11-17 12:26 (INFO) -- SDM.pyc:575 - PID of armory: 24552 2016-11-17 12:26 (INFO) -- ArmoryUtils.pyc:651 - Executing popen: ['.\\guardian.exe', '24552', '29000'] 2016-11-17 12:26 (INFO) -- SDM.pyc:756 - Creating proxy in SDM: host=127.0.0.1, port=8332 2016-11-17 12:26 (INFO) -- ArmoryQt.py:5542 - Dashboard switched to auto-InitSync
Check the dates. The latest runs look like auto-managed is off. OP, Can you post the dblog.txt file?

Due to the large number of single votes, all votes from now on must have at least two votes in order for the preferential voting system to work. If you do not have multiple votes, your vote will not be counted. This does not apply retroactively.
