How about you post some examples of your previous work or how much you charge for different pieces? That would prevent people getting burned by a ripoff artist. Forgive me, but you are new and have zero reputation here, to be telling people to conduct business by PM.
4842  Other / Meta / Re: Threats being locked down by moderators on: September 22, 2017, 09:21:44 AM
You are a guest here, I am a guest here. The staff can ban you or delete your threads for any reason they want, it is their service. If you don't like it, you could always post nonsensical rubbish on your own forums, but then nobody would be around to see it. Why do you care about someone else's thread being closed anyway?
4843  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Re: BET365 Accounts Or Documents for sale!!!! on: September 22, 2017, 09:15:26 AM
Maybe you should stop selling other peoples identities? You are perpetuation fraud by selling these sorts of details and I feel sorry for anybody you have scammed to get them. If you cannot sign up to Bet365 with your own details, there is a reason why.
4844  Economy / Speculation / Re: So if Bitcoin goes to $1m or $10m or $100m a coin.... on: September 22, 2017, 09:10:54 AM
If you consider it like gold, then of course governments would want a piece of the action. However, those governments have every power to stop it reaching those heights. Unless they start to requisition bitcoin off their own people, they will have to buy it at the going market rate and it will be decades before that is a reality.
4845  Economy / Speculation / Re: WILL BITCOIN FALL DOWN IN VALUE? on: September 22, 2017, 09:08:56 AM
Nobody can predict the future, if they could they wouldn't share it with everybody. The China news is already out there and bitcoin has tumbled, the impact of the news is already factored into it's current price. If China got more strict about enforcement, it may go down further, but plenty of Chinese people will continue to use it as an investment. It's decentralized, so is hard for any government to stop.
4846  Economy / Economics / Re: Money above all things, Yes or no ? on: September 22, 2017, 09:06:13 AM
Money can be helpful to do a lot of things in life, but it is not above all things. You can have little money but still have a fulfilling life, even making it easier for the next generations of your family. I'm sure there are plenty of rich people who are desperately unhappy, money just makes it easier for them.
4847  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Anyone else a low-key Economic Doomsday prepper? on: September 22, 2017, 08:52:18 AM
Saving is sensible, whatever form of investments you decide to take. You should try to diversify your portfolio as much as possible though, "don't keep all your eggs in one basket" and all that. I like saving too and banks are generally safe, in a doomsday scenario however - a bank could be a bad place to have your investments because the government can take it over to prevent all withdrawals. Also, short term this would help you survive - long term silver might not have any practical value to other people if society has fallen.
4848  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Free Society Foundation Plans to Establish Libertarian Country on: September 22, 2017, 08:47:21 AM
It's a nice idea, but all land in the world is already taken. It is almost impossible to start a new country, as you will likely be in the jurisdiction of another country already and their military will simply not allow it. Unless you are pulling coups on African dictatorships, which is equally difficult, then you cannot go that route either. Nice idea, never going to happen. Better off trying to persuade current governments to take up your ideas.
4849  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: ICOS in question for hiring scammers on: September 22, 2017, 08:44:17 AM
It looks like someone is shilling for dozens of ICO's, I'd like to say it is surprising but this seems like standard behavior for any developers in this field. "ICO" is basically tainted in the same was as "HYIP". Sure, legitimate companies may have run them successfully before, but scammers have since hijacked the term and are using it on an industrial scale.
4850  Economy / Collectibles / Casascius St. Petersburg Coin for Sale on: September 22, 2017, 08:10:49 AM
Hello All,

This will probably be the last coin out of my collection to sell for a while and quite happy to hold on to it. I purchased it around 2 years ago from these forums and switched the coin out of the original case. Offers are welcome, aiming to get 0.15 btc

Front and Reverse of Coin

Tracked & signature shipping is included within the EU, cost price to the rest of the world.
4851  Economy / Goods / Re: Selling 1g Finegold - Degussa - still original packaging - sealed on: September 22, 2017, 08:00:25 AM
It's very hard to spot fakes (or "replicas") of these small gold bars as well. The packaging from this manufacturer looks very easy to copy, but yes.. this is way overpriced - nobody will buy it.
4852  Economy / Collectibles / Re: Casascius 2013 0.5 BTC on: September 18, 2017, 05:08:40 PM
You should post photos along with a note including your username and the date. This would help people who are interested in buying and get this sold for you.
4853  Economy / Speculation / Re: New Spring for BTC - Storm has ended on: September 17, 2017, 06:56:58 PM
When bitcoin has dropped over $1,500 in the last few weeks, a small rebound should be welcomed but it has shown an unexpected external threat can wipe out massive amounts of value. If regulations and enforcement got stricter it could subdue the price for a long time.
4854  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Bitcoinbanking.site is scam on: September 17, 2017, 10:02:33 AM
I'm sorry for your loss, but these scammers prey on peoples greed. Take it as a lesson that "if it looks too good to be true, it probably is". Do not assume that because google accepts an advertisement, that the advertiser is legitimate (but it might be worth reporting it if you can find the advert again). If these people were able to double their money every 7 hours, why would they give this service away to random strangers? You are lucky to make 5-10% per year with mainstream investments, stick with that.
4855  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What do you Do When You Run Out of Money to BUY During Such a Great Opportunity? on: September 17, 2017, 09:58:23 AM
If you are overstretching so much that all your reserves are wiped out, you're doing very high risk trading - which doesn't seem very clever. You should diversify your investments, this week has shown that thousand dollar swings can happen in a day or two. There is nothing to say that bitcoin will survive long term - even if it wins medium and short term.
4856  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: If exchanger cryptocurrency China is close ? on: September 17, 2017, 09:56:26 AM
China does not like cryptocurrency, because they cannot control it effectively and it is a way for Chinese people to get money out of the country. It is similar to how they block and filter the internet - they can only view what the elitist politicians want them to see. I think anybody familiar with bitcoin would see that it is very easy to avoid the block but it may still be difficult to cash out.
4857  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What do you think it will take for the US to act against NK? on: September 17, 2017, 09:51:19 AM
While tensions do seem to be very high righ now and it is extremely disrespectful to fire missiles over other countries, I don't think it'll really kick off. Kim Jong Un knows he is signing his own death certificate if he actually launches a nuclear missile that lands anywhere near American territory, he is crazy but I don't think he is that stupid. The US will do nothing militarily.
4858  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Looking for Developers or Feedback on Evenly Distributed Crypto on: September 17, 2017, 09:48:47 AM
Looking to start a evenly Distributed Cryptocurrency based on 4.3 Billion Daily Free coins, this will quickly become a small part of total available supply. Early adopters will get bigger rewards but not unfair number of coins compared to late-adopters. The coin will provide a truly valuable, new naming system based on sha-256 hashes. For more details post here or PM me.

What?

You don't need to create any new crypto-currencies. You can use Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ether, Dogecoin or the hundreds of other coins that already exist. You are bringing nothing new or innovative to the market. Nothing becomes "truly valuable" just because one greedy developer wants it.
4859  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrencies and its political nature. on: September 17, 2017, 09:19:58 AM
Just because politicians talk about cryptocurrencies, does not make it political. While it might be beauty in code, bitcoin might fall because of mathematical limitations. The more popular it becomes, the more expensive transaction fees - you have to wonder how far it will scale and could it compete with say, VISA?
4860  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: amir24 SCAMMER same all ICOs he is pumping! on: September 17, 2017, 09:10:03 AM
You should avoid "ICO's" altogether, they have rarely served a purpose to investors and have been hijacked by scammers. It's nice to see people calling out the individuals running them, but it is a never ending battle and it is best to train people not to use them at all.
