A few newbies seem to want this coin. TechnoMage, will you accept bids made by newbies?
Newly created accounts bidding in auctions is a concern, but we will just have to trust OP at some point. A bigger concern is newbies taking on increased risk by bidding on a preorder sale. Is OP willing to accept escrow or other forms of payment (credit cards) for newbie accounts? I am sure this will increase the number of bids if OP agrees. 1 @ .14 Credit cards for preorder auction. Oh geez.... this could be a disaster.

If someone does a US group shipment, and buyers split the cost...
I couldn't see why we would all pay 66 euros each, when we could split up costs to be smaller.
If anyone wants I wouldn't mind handling a US group shipment.
I'll certainly go in with you. Ideally, we could combine the custom value empty coin being made if they're available around the same time. I am interested in some coins and could handle the group buy if needed. I guess we would need a number of coins and then I just bid for all of them?
Already started a thread on this. Thanks

The 1 BTC silver coin is in the Posti forbidden list for US shipping. This is why we've calculated the US shipping for this coin using UPS. I was not aware that sending say a brass coin is fine, but sending a silver one all of a sudden opens up problems. Very interesting. Since I don't know who will end up buying these, I guess I cant rely on other US bidders in the auction to split the cost of shipping right now. Perhaps I'll have to organize or get in a US group buy for these coins once they're for sale on your site or grouping all 3 auctions together. Its a shame to have to send a letter sized $6-$8 item via UPS to the U.S. and have to pay $66 for shipping, just because its made of silver. Anyways, thank you for the further clarification. At this time, I still need to cancel my bid due to the shipping. There is a new group buy I have started. Check the posts Thanks

So overall, this is a per coin auction? So even if someone bids for all 20 at say $1 and I bid $1.10, I would win? Well whatever it is, 1 @ 0.1 BTC or (20 @ 2 BTC) Thank you with 20 @ 2 BTC you will bid for 20 coins 2 BTC each = 40 BTC Aww man.... I am just a bit "what what?" I got confused on the wording. Cancel that 20@2 and guess already outbid on the 0.1 BTC..... oh well. next time Thanks

Does the new coin have a serial #?
The new coin in this auction does not have a serial #. Serial numbers will be limited to the first 50 coins minted for the new design (a total of ~1,000 coins were minted). Whatever happened to this coin with no markings? Is it still available? Thank you
