4841  Other / Off-topic / Re: Is love more than just a chemical reaction? on: October 04, 2019, 01:23:18 PM
How do you view love? Is it a strong bond or just a positive feeling? Scientifically, it can be caused by the release of chemicals like dopamine, serotonin, oxytocin etc. Do you think chemical reactions would make you give up your life for your friend? What is your take on this topic?

Whether it is caused by chemicals or not does not matter atall. What matters is how you reciprocate the love. I have heard of psychopaths who love to slaughter people. What is responsible for people loving to slaughter, destroy, etc? dopamine, serotonin, oxytocin?
Now you can see real love is much more than that. It is about unconditional kindness, mercy, care, etc to anything that want kindness, mercy, care etc
No amount of dopamine, serotonin etc would make a bad person love what they hate.
4842  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: INFOGRAPHIC: Crypto Trading Terms Beginners (& Even Veterans) Should Know on: October 04, 2019, 09:17:03 AM
My first time seeing the words "Initial Token Offering". Is this a new thing or it's been here with us for a while? I thought initial coin offering is a general term for both cryptocurrencies and tokens.
Nice inforgraph by the way.
4843  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Invest in bitcoin casino bankroll on: October 04, 2019, 08:32:02 AM
Theres no such thing about fix profit and as you said that it will vary or depend on gambling house profit on that particular month
and be divided out on a percentage among other investors as well.So it wont really be a fix one and just to tell that 20% a year with your
investment is somewhat hard to achieve though but its possible depending on sites profitability on a span of time.Yes,i can attest that Cryptogames is a better choice
too.

Now with tron you have daily payouts and on 12 hours, it doesn`t have to be on monthly basis. Of course it can`t be fixed amount, nobody can`t predict how many people will play today, will they win or lose, and how much. Tron is easy to use, you can see how many tokens is frozen across the network and estimated total payout.  With EOS is very similar, I just didn`t get too much into it, I just tried to gamble there but I didn`t like their casinos too much, they need a lot of work to be able to compete with others.  I don`t gamble with bitcoins anymore, to expensive transaction fees, waiting for them, there are cheaper coins to gamble with.

Gambling investors get paid in Tron or the Blockchain tokens? Would you mind explaining what you mean there. Share some links if possible.

Concerning Bitcoin, I believe you can get thesame transaction speed on bitcoin via lightening network. I guess gambling owners don't like it very much. They probably find it more difficult to use.

4844  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Money is Dirty Money on: October 04, 2019, 07:21:48 AM
It's funny that many people think that gambling money is dirty but everyone is happy to receive money without asking where it came from. Lottery prizes are basically gambling money that everyone is happy to accept. Selecting a set of numbers and buying a ticket in the hope of winning, is the equivalent of wagering on the Roulette wheel.

People think so primarily because in order for one person to win at roulette, another person has to lose their money. Also, a lot of people suffering from ludomania, and lose the last money in the casino and the administration can not prevent them.
Also, casinos used to be controlled by criminal gangs who laundered their criminal money there. Probably the concept of "dirty money" went from that time.

Not all casino though, otherwise they wouldn't be allowed in many countries. I guess it was a stereotypical labeling by people with little/no facts.

As regards administrators not able to help them, I guess admins are not able to help the addicts due to fear of losing the costumers. Both need help in this case lol.
Nice word by the way: "ludomania".

4845  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The secret of gambling? on: October 04, 2019, 06:35:19 AM
My secret is to read as many sources about forward event as I can. I prefer betting on sport, because I don`t beleive in a bling luck. My balanced opinion is formed of professional forecasts which have real betting competency.
Try to read books with financial management strategies. It is a good start for increasing your capital without bets "all in".

I like how you put this.
I think sports (especially football) is as predictable as crypto price that is dependent on real demand and supply. I guess people doubt the predictability of this things because they're not knowledgeable in the real cause of volatility or the reason why a team wins a march & not the other team.

A gambler who has access to sufficient information on two football opponents, can actually predict who wins. The problem is  the information is not easy to access but it exist somewhere. I guess this is where competent professionals come in
4846  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 999dice - Free Predator Bot (Licensed) on: October 04, 2019, 04:53:02 AM
I was tempted to experiment with the bot but I realize that Op is operating on new account. He has nothing to lose if something terrible goes wrong. His youtube looks convincing, with fair amount of subscribers. I hope some experience gamblers here test the software and tell us what they think

4847  Economy / Gambling / Re: BattleHashes.Com | Multiplayer blockchain gambling | PvP | Referral program % on: October 04, 2019, 03:34:25 AM
Interesting. What Blockchain is this built on? Or does it use Blockchain features for security, trust and to guarantee transparency?
Your idea sounds cool though. I just don't know why.
I am alittle confused by Number 7. Does that imply that you accept any coin atall from exchanges as payment or are the coins used for some other things on your site?
4848  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Thoughts On Blocknet? How high can it likely go? on: October 03, 2019, 06:36:58 PM
5000 Block to run a service node should be about $5000?
Well, I have heard alot about the decentralized exchange. It is actually on my list of most recommended decentralized exchanges. Unfortunately I tried using it couple of times without success, so I thought it was still under development. Never knew it has gone far.
4849  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bank asking to provide additional details regarding my activity on: October 03, 2019, 03:53:04 PM
This is interesting. The bank probably detected  suspicious  transactions in your account. If you think this is what it is about then provide them what they ask for, that is all!

You have nothing to fear If cryptocurrency is legal in your country. I think you should be completely open to them. Just make sure to record the most important things that'd transpire between you and the bank.
4850  Other / Off-topic / Re: PI crypto on: October 03, 2019, 01:42:04 PM
Do you have to refer people to mine or it's just a typical pyramid scheme hiding behind mining? I have seen couple of websites that do similar thing. The model doesn't sound solid. It could become unprofitable in a short time and be abandoned... Hope am wrong. Who doesn't want something that works.
How much is 1 coin worth if I may ask?
4851  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Closings bountyhive? on: October 03, 2019, 12:51:06 PM
Seems the crowdfunding site has closed business. Its Twitter page is probably deactivated and website is no longer online. Have you inquired that from them on their telegram group?  The group is not available too? .
I guess they have closed business. No project will be listed anymore.
4852  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Do not be deceived by inexperienced bounty hunters on: October 03, 2019, 11:55:42 AM
Try not to be beguiled, there is cash to be make in promoting bounty projects ,the individuals who make colossal cash will never express an announcement about it, don't leave since individuals reveal to you they aren't paying because i still find out today that many bounty hunters still don't know what they are doing when choosing projects to promote, they are still choosing projects blindly and don't depend on a solitary tasks either but the most important is not to get deceived by inexperienced bounty hunters cos they will always have bad news to share about bounties

I think this is a possibility... I mean the lack of experience in bounty hunting could be contributing to the choosing of bad projects. However, picking the right project to promote in crypto space is quite difficult. If you succeed in finding the right ones, they would be likely few because of how difficult it is to research and find something worthwhile
4853  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: DID I MAKE A MISTAKE INVESTING IN BITCOIN? on: October 03, 2019, 10:39:49 AM
The answer to your question depends on you... Weren't you aware of the advantages and disadvantages of investing in Crypto and still went ahead to invest?  If yes, why then are you asking this? You know the price goes up and down.  If no, why did you invest in the first place without knowing how it works?
I would advice that you know how the market works in order not to be afraid or worried.
4854  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are Privacy Coins under Scrutiny? on: October 03, 2019, 09:11:06 AM
Privacy coins can be used without exchanges. so I don’t see how this will make all of such coins disappear. Ofcourse the delisting will affect the price of privacy coins negatively but I doubt it will bring the existence of the coins to end.     The real price will will probably be based on demands from non-exchange buyers/sellers
4855  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Whistleblower Odds on: October 03, 2019, 06:54:25 AM
Really? Even this kind of issue on politics, you can still gamble? Lol.

But this is also good since it can lure people to participate in such politics via gambling and they can start to participate in some discussion about politics.
The best odds on Whistleblower's gender, MALE OR FEMALE   Cheesy
Well, why you think it could be a male? Since the odds of the male is on the favour. Because of some previous whistleblowers? I think so.

Well, this is just bad for those insiders who already have info about the whistleblower, especially those who are inside the white house for sure. This gamble has huge risky for sure.

It really could attract lots of people who are interested in politics. But I hope a new section is created for political gamblers if it becomes popular. I believe many gamblers here just want to have some fun. Most don't like tensed topics especially those that involve politics.

This post is a little creepy though. I wonder if it's a good idea to unmask the identities of true whistle-blowers through gambling. The reverse should be the case— unmask the identities of corrupt politicians and other bad stuff, I and other like-minded people will gladly participate
4856  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What's most important to you in a crypto betting platform? on: October 03, 2019, 06:35:37 AM
I wanted to create a thread to get a general idea of what you look for when you're betting with your Crypto's.

I'm a developer myself & building a betting platform right now - I thought where better than here to ask for advice!

I would say provable fair, fast withdrawal, transparency, mobile friendly platform, attractiveness.
I also like decentralized gambling platform that doesn't hold gamblers funds. I will still use the centralized gambling platforms if they are trustworthy, have good reputation on this forum and have multiple games to gamble on.
4857  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Sold my house for buying altcoins need your help on: October 03, 2019, 03:56:41 AM
Well, I do not believe you sold your house.

Depends on whether you worked hard to buy the house or you got it easily.
It still surprises me that people will spend so much money, with zero inquiry, research, investigation. This is probably why it is good to work hard for our money so that we understand the value . Seems easy money/things prevent people from being critical/ thorough with things.
If you had thoroughly researched cryptocurrency trading before investing, you wouldn't have sold your home to invest in it. Knowledgeable traders don't invest what they can't afford to lose.
4858  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Did fixed rate system ever saved your money? on: October 03, 2019, 02:19:47 AM
Here's to discuss fixed-rate and its benefits. Besides the deterring speculation, preventing depreciation of the currency and so on - did fixed exchange rate ever help you to avoid losing coins? I mean I saw an announcement about 15 mins fixed rate on changellys app, but how useful this time is? Do you pay attention to such benefits?
Interested to hear your own stories.

What is the 15mins fixed rate on changelly about? Been long I follow cryptocurrency news outside of this forum. What exactly are they planning to introduce on the exchange? Wish you included a link to an article that addresses this.
Wanted to ask why not use stablecoins but desides to understand the fact about the fixed rate before saying something in that regard
4859  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Looking for the Best Altcoin Coin Forum on: October 02, 2019, 07:43:07 PM
Hi

This forum is by far the best coin forum. Cheers Guys.

For my own personal reasons I am not presently using bitcoins. But I do hold an account where I can convert Bitcoins into Cash and credited cash to my bank. So Bitcoin is very important to me.

But my business model requires micro-transactions so presently I am learning iota. Which I will most likely use.

But there are other coins out there.

I'm looking for a coin with no fees and fast conformations. But I really want a great forum or community too. The speed and quality of bitcointalk.org is fantastic. So the coin I'm looking for needs a active community too.

If you know of a coin and community like this please let me know..

Thank You..

EOS, I guess. It has a vibrant community on Telegram https://t.me/EOSproject
 And possibly reddit. https://www.reddit.com/r/eos/
You can easily convert your eos to Bitcoin via instant exchanges like blocktrades.us

4860  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dropbox -modern cloud storage or DxBox -Blockchain-based cloud storage solution? on: October 02, 2019, 05:34:00 PM
Using Blockchain technology to store data is not the first time. It is much safer to store data in the blockchain. Then it is very likely that they will not disappear. And using the disk space of other users will only increase this probability. You don't have to worry about safety at all.
It is much safer and less efficient to store that much data on Blockchain. I think other decentralized/distributed systems will work OK for this purpose. Hopefully in the future everyone participating in storing decentralized data will be able to store as much as they can efficiently and get rewarded accordingly/proportionally
