4881  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Blockchain a Good Career? on: October 03, 2020, 07:44:10 PM
If you are good at blockchain, then you are a good IT specialist... Accordingly, in the future, your knowledge will definitely be useful to you! Even if it will not be writing a smart contract, you can always write any other software part of the product!
4882  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's your HODL and favorite project on: October 03, 2020, 04:02:15 PM
My favourite hold coin is KMD! I think that it's future trend is atomic swaps and DEX exchanges... One day people will certainly understand the superiority of exchanging coins without the participation of a third party!
4883  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: October 03, 2020, 01:07:00 PM
I think that Crystal Palace has no chance! The next winner today is Everton! Next will be Mancity and Newcastle! Would take the Express, but the risk is still great! Grin
4884  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to start trading on the crypto exchange? on: October 03, 2020, 11:44:04 AM
To me, it's Changelly Pro. This Pro status unlocks you the way to a number of cool trading features. I managed to gain a bigger sum than usual.
Remember changelly has scam accusations and its not really a traditional centralized exchange, better go with Binance which has less fee and no KYC policy for decent amount.Just register and deposit funds then start trading its very simply.
I don't understand why people prefer dubious resources over those cryptocurrency exchanges that have a fairly good rating and, at the same time, have visually understandable functionality for a beginner, especially if there are minimal restrictions for a trader, like Binance.

This is called shill! Grin
I don't think that at present a beginner will go to trade on such resources, when any request on the Internet comes out Binance advertising from everywhere... The same Coinmarketcap offers to buy coins on Binance or other major exchanges...
4885  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Trump gets Covid and we Crash? on: October 03, 2020, 09:57:57 AM
The price of BTC is inextricably tied to the stock market because of the institutional investors that hold and trade a lot of bitcoin. As bitcoin is considered to be the highest risk asset by Wall Street, it tends to get sold off first any time there is a bit of panic or uncertainty in the market. This time around the uncertainty is due to Trump's unexpected diagnosis.
Both the price of BTC and stock market are somewhat correlated so if the stock market goes down then so is Bitcoin.
Include also the fact that Bitmex has charges right which also affects the crypto market as a whole.

Many didn't expect for the US president and his wife being tested positive for the virus so the market right now is kinda uncertain. I also saw a tweet saying that "Cash is King" although I can't share the link here. There must be something that will happen in the next few weeks :X.

Bitcoin has been following the stock market lately because many institutional investors have this asset... But I hope that one day they will be punished and the price of Bitcoin will go against Wallstreet!

As for Trump, this is either another manipulation and attraction of attention, or nothing terrible will happen to him!
4886  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What the future holds for bitcoin on: October 03, 2020, 06:26:00 AM
I also hope that bitcoin will become popular in the masses and it can be paid in Macdonalds... Wink But this requires the development of the protocol itself, with reduced commissions and increased bandwidth...
4887  Economy / Economics / Re: Why criminals prefer cash (Fiat) on top of crypto? on: October 02, 2020, 06:57:23 PM
Criminals choose fiat currencies because it remains the most private currency at the moment! This is the hardest (almost impossible) to track! Fiat is accepted everywhere!
Although cryptovalues are also a good aid, though they are difficult to exchange for fiat (LOL) and it's not accepted everywhere!

Criminals will start using it once they came to know how it works.
For example here French police arrest terror financing ring that used Bitcoin coupons .
The biggest disadvantage of bitcoins is no one knows where's your money gone?.
If every criminal came to know they'll never use fiat for dealing with drugs or legal things.
The future may be worst and bitcoin can be considered as illegal currency

Bitcoin, actually, got its popularity thanks to not quite honest people in this world who used Silk Road!
And still remains the number 1 currency in Darknet... Not Monero, not fiat, just Bitcoin! Wink
4888  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why do people keep playing unlicensed, illegal slot machines? on: October 02, 2020, 05:34:15 PM
This is called gambling addiction! In my country prohibited slot machines and there are many illegal establishments with such machines! They offer free beer and there come absolutely marginal persons... Once had a chance to visit such places, the atmosphere is special there! Grin
4889  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best Trading Site on: October 02, 2020, 04:34:54 PM
I think that different sites have different features and I will not say that the best of them is Binance. It's just that Binance has the largest trading volumes, but on small exchanges like Coinbene can also trade comfortably!
I can also highlight the exchange for trading altcoins is MXC...
Or for margin trading altcoins is the FTX exchange (for sushi lovers especially!) Grin

In general, different exchanges are suitable for different coins and purposes...

As for hacks, absolutely any exchange is hacked, and history is full of examples of hacking the most "trustworthy" exchanges!
4890  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Openbazaar needs your support on: October 02, 2020, 11:58:34 AM

Sesen this project launched before 2016 and I think I still have it installed in my laptop. It wasn't updated since, I can't find people nearby using the project as well. They do have a competitor like the Bitbay Marketplace but even them Ithink also have a hard time getting people to build a community.

Openbazaar didn't try to launch a token as well and I guess, they could have succeeded if they just launched a token to build a community.  I don;t think its too late for it.

Token on such trading platforms is a utopia! If nobody uses the platform, and does not buy for BTC, then token would not be necessary for anyone!
4891  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread on: October 02, 2020, 10:20:30 AM
All groups look very interesting, and I am sure that we will have a nice matches!
Everybody expects that the favorites will definitely go further, but I would like the newcomers to show surprises too! Wink

True. And as we speak, the S&P500 futures is down by -1.60% as of yet(of course it could still change). Unless bitcoin moves in a different direction vs the S&P500, which I totally doubt will happen any time soon, this isn't a good sign for the US stock market and bitcoin in the short term. Though of course I could definitely be wrong, I'm getting cash ready to invest in both asset classes.

I don't think that this time Wall Street will allow everyone to buy cheap bitcoin! In March, the collapse of Bitcoin was not very expected! This time everyone is just thinking about it!
And it is not profitable to drop the markets before the upcoming elections...
4893  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: KUCOIN Hacked on: October 02, 2020, 07:23:13 AM
It seems to me that all these hackings can be a manipulation... Recently hacked Kucoin, yesterday the CFTC accused BitMex of illegal trading... It is possible that now there is a targeted campaign against the exchanges!
The real reasons are certainly not known to us! Wink

4895  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread on: October 01, 2020, 06:10:12 AM
What is going on today ? Slavia praga has almost 3 odd to win tonight and for me this looks like even a bait odd or a free winning odd but I don't know which one yet haha. PAOK might have a hard game today as Krasnodar has a bigger experience into UEFA games so this might be a winning factor for them.
So, Slavia lost game 4:1. But I don't think that final score reflects game very well. 2 lasts goals were scored on last minutes when Slavia tried to equalize score.
PAOK lost to Krasnodar with same score as in 1st game. Didn't watched whole game but seems that Krasnodar deserved to reach group stage.
Tomorrow is big day when groups will be drawn.

Krasnodar showed a good and confident game and I lost together with PAOK... Grin
But I am still happy that another Russian club will play in the Champions League! Especially since this is the first time Krasnodar will play in the league!
4896  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread on: September 30, 2020, 05:25:32 PM
I believe more in Atletico Madrid's success in the Champions League than Real Madrid or Barcelona, but whether Simeone's team will have enough patience this time around is unknown.

I also consider Atletico to be a strong team in La Liga, and I also wish it to win the Champions League! In any case, I think she will play at least 1/4!

4897  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: (Yes or NO) The 2020s belong to DEXs on: September 30, 2020, 04:18:50 PM
as an example,Binance is a centralized exchange and they've built the confidence from the people and the incident that happened of them with hacking, they've refunded those who are affected but not every exchange can do this.
Many centralized exchanges has a good volume that's why many are staying on their side and as for the other DEX, many of them too doesn't have a good volume so that's why traders are wanting to get into those centralized exchanges with volume which their coins are listed.
Partly you are right, at the moment there is no convenient DEX exchange, but I am sure that the future belongs to them! When you do not need to trust your funds to a third party... In my favorites - Komodo DEX, with the function of atomic swaps!
4898  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread on: September 30, 2020, 02:03:18 PM
I think that today's match PAOK - Krasnodar will win the home team! And they will be able to get the group stage! Especially since they managed to score a guest goal!
I bet on the victory of PAOK with an rate 2.1... Smiley
4899  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: KUCOIN Hacked on: September 30, 2020, 01:00:20 PM
I am not in support of any hack especially the black hat hack, but the way things has gone with this Kucoin hack has brought about a lot of questions marks, not just for the Kucoin team but also some of these projects that their tokens was hacked, frozen this tokens and issuing another for project that claim they are Decentralised is very disturbing
This is a great reason to think about trusting any tokens! Their creators can make money out of the air, and users don't even know it! Wink
And if your funds can be frozen - this is definitely not decentralization!
4900  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin is for day trading on: September 29, 2020, 07:01:24 PM
There are many ways to trade altcoins and not lose money on it, but earn money on the other hand. Have you ever heard of trading bots?
Finding a working bot is a real success Grin Grin Grin Grin

A trading bot is a way to destroy a deposit! Cheesy As well as paid telegram channels!
Alts are easy to trade in a bull market... When the bloody market, as it is now, it is very risky to catch rebounds!
