The fee is 1.5% and if I am correct it's the same no matter the card you own (SmartCard, debit MasterCard or the Smart MasterCard Prepaid)

You can find the conditions for each card on this page
https://www.fidor.de/document-center/documents

  • Fidor SmartCard
  • Fidor débit MasterCard ®
  • Fidor Smart MasterCard Prépaid ®

Then search for this text

Fremdwährungseinsatz bei Einsatz der Karte in einer Fremdwährung wird diese Gebühr von Ihrem Fidor
Smart Girokonto gebucht (= Wechselgebühr) 1,5 %

If the card is used in a foreign currency, this fee will be charged by your Fidor Smart current account (= exchange fee) 1.5%

4883  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Has anyone tried to do a wire from crytp exchange to n26, TransferWise or bunq? on: February 04, 2019, 07:14:50 PM
I talked with a lady from Transferwise few months ago and the person told me they don't accept transactions related to cryptocurrency. She then confirmed it by email. As for Bunq and N26, both have a double standard. They don't say anything about it and they will let you use it but they can suspend your account at any time without warning. Their T&C clearly say they can suspend your account for "random reasons" they think suspicious.
4884  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Crypto to crypto exchange transactions available on Binance on: February 04, 2019, 06:00:23 PM
Binance becomes too big. It makes me think about the Central Bank of Crypto
Be careful Binance doesn't become too  big and get too much power/authority in a near future, otherwise, it will really become a central bank
4885  Economy / Economics / Re: Will Amazon accept crypto if Bitcoin skyrocket again? on: February 04, 2019, 05:42:58 PM
Don't know if you're aware guys but WorldFirst closed its business last week, there are a lot of sellers on Amazon who rely on it (the medium and marge sellers). Binance CEO said Amazon won't have the choice to accept BTC.

Why Amazon would issue a new currency to its system, do you think It's its job to find an alternative for its sellers? Heel no. Amazon doesn't care the company is so big

Nice acquisition you got with Crypto Facilities, and a huge one. Congrats.

I have 2 questions
Crypto Facilities is regulated, right? Do we need to create another account, or there is a way to link our Kraken account to it

(On the Kraken platform you forgot to add the Yen icon to https://www.kraken.com/u/funding/withdraw)

@Velkro

It's something to do during your spare time to earn extra bucks at the end of the month. It's not something to use to get a salary. When I was using GPT I was able to earn enough to pay my electricity bill, 2 insurances, the phone bill, and my internet connection. Just for using my spare time

@IlVeroNico

Writers can make good money with websites like Upwork, Fiverr, etc I used to buy articles for like $75 and the guys were overloaded with orders. Of course, you need to have a really decent English
4888  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Decentralisation is harder than you think on: February 04, 2019, 04:35:11 PM
Something I don't understand. Why people are only focusing on LN like if it will be the last innovation to Bitcoin and people won't have the choice to use it. IF it's a "cheque environment" then like IRL you're not forced to use it and it didn't mean we won't get a better alternative then.
That's what BIPs are for.
4889  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Blokchain for tracking bullets and guns. on: February 04, 2019, 12:39:16 PM
The weapons already have a tracking system with a serial number. Guess why nobody tries to fake the numbers... The advantage of the blockchain is its data integrity, but then what? it won't be more efficient than the actual system.
4890  Economy / Exchanges / Re: QuadrigaSX Exchange: CEO faked his death to steal 190MioUSD? on: February 03, 2019, 06:59:09 PM
It is true that it is rather strange that he did not take more care especially if he had health problems. But we often deny fate, even when we are in good health we refuse to accept that something can happen to us overnight. But harassing his wife here and there and really something indecent and supposing the death is fake is horrible for the family, really sad.

We deny fate .. for sure, if we keep supporting Exit Scamms. That will ruin whole of Bitcoin.

I am not supporting, I just find people are fast to jump on a conclusion. Nothing is sure, people are just speculating here and there (since they can't speculate on QuadrigaSX lol). Let's imagine the guy is really dead, people are making the moment worse for the family.

https://igiftcards.fr/
The site accepts Bitcoin (and maybe few altcoins) The gift cards are in €/$/£. I never used it so I can't comment on it
@1Referee suggestion may be better since you can get a decent discount with.
4892  Economy / Economics / Re: EU-Japan trade agreement - (EPA) entered into force on 1 February 2019. on: February 03, 2019, 03:24:14 PM
@dothebeats
I disagree, It's just a commercial trade agreement not a Treaty of the European Union. None other parties that the ones concerned will be involved in. Each has its politic and isn't interested in what's going on outside, they do it for their own "commercial interests" nothing more.
I can't imagine such agreement opening the door to discussions on a dozen industries

4894  Economy / Economics / Re: Italy already in recesion on: February 02, 2019, 09:47:32 PM
It was predictable
Absolutely. Italian debt is currently sitting at an astronomical 131% of GDP, with an incompetent government.

With even Germany facing a recession, the Eurozone is on the brink. China's growth is slowing. UK is facing a no-deal Brexit. US can't keep their government open. We are facing another global recession.

How do I short the world?
I read in the newspaper that Italy was the only European country in recession and Germany avoided it despite their situation.

Now thinking about it, it remembers me the buzz about The Economist cover in January, which, following people opinion, was a subliminal message for a dark year in 2019.

Illuminati confirmed!  Shocked

Quote
This is the cover of The Economist magazine (owned by the Rothschild and Agnelli families) for 2019. TOUT NOIR 😉

It confirms what Corey Goode said a few months ago: "I was told that the Elite expected the last "solar sneeze" to occur at the end of this solar minimum period (2018/2019 according to their estimates)".

I recall that their 1988 coverage (they expected this minimum/solar event around 2018) announced the end of the dollar as the world reserve currency around 2018 for a new single global currency (via IMF SDRs).

But the cycles (on average 11.2 years) are not perfect.

They are destroying the current financial system in a controlled way according to this solar event (which will put all our technology) which in turn adjusts to this demolition (everything is connected, everything is consciousness, everything is One).

4896  Economy / Economics / Re: Italy already in recesion on: February 02, 2019, 08:14:14 PM
It was predictable, the Italian economy hasn't found its right path since the 2008 crisis. I believe this is the second recession since 2008. Instead of fighting to find out who the culprit is, they should find a solution to find the billions they need instead to take it from the reforms budget. Because the people who will suffer are again the citizens.

4897  Other / Meta / Re: [CLUB] The SpamBuster! Over 7000+ accounts reviewed : [23.11] on: February 02, 2019, 06:05:34 PM
Sorry to post here guys but just want to tell something

Sometimes ago I reported some post(s) from a user who logs in the forum just to spam his blog. The post(s) was/were moderated as it's supposed to be. After some time the user started to use the off topic section, thinking he won't be reported there. Too bad for him since I was checking his profile from time to time.
Last month I reported him again 9/10 times for the same reason. And even found he uses an alt account to behave the same.

Now I am honestly tired to report people if nothing is done. I mean you can get a post deleted from time to time it isn't a reason to be banned yeah I agree with but how many times I would need to report him. I have seen cases where the mods are more radical...

@franky1

I like reading your posts even if I often disagree with you but you're too much against Blosckstream. Now how would be Bitcoin without it? A total mess maybe, what do you prefer?
Something I never understood from you is you still own bitcoins, knowing your opinion I wonder what do you expect so? Or you secretly moved to Btrash?
4899  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Can a new crypto exchange take a place in the market? on: February 02, 2019, 03:08:58 PM
Getting an exchange platform to the top requires a lot of resources. When you have money you have the power.
Looking at the situation your buddy should rather focus to be consistent and to build the trust and that isn't something to gain.  The site will naturally grow and become popular if it's a serious one.
4900  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Kraken rebranding on: February 02, 2019, 02:41:15 PM
I honestly prefer the old design, (I often prefer ugly websites btw) the current one hurts my eyes, glad I don't need the homepage because I can't even watch it more than few seconds. I start to feel bad the same when someone plays video games, I get sick in a few minutes with headaches

@BitHodler
The trading engine improved a lot, it's faster than during the time Kraken had technical problems.
