Well ICO now is hard and many ICO now turns failed the investor wants is where they can have a profit so they are going to participate on IEO on top exchange they have huge return of profit or good (roi) so they are not wasting their time to participate on it and they know already that ICO now is nothing can do on IEO. Good ROI will be only on the major IEO site. You will never see a good ROI on IEO that launched on the small platform. In this case we must know the rules and it should be big platform offers more demand to buy the token after listing to increase the price. Bnb beating Eth for me is a dream am not sure will come true anytime soon, ETH has grown beyond Bnb, alot of people trust this project just like Bitcoin, in coinmarketcap Eth is in second position, apart they have a larger community compare to Bnb, I give it all to Eth.
