If you want to see Liverpool play aggresively that means they will have the higher ball possession percentage compared with Tottenham because Liverpool will be having the ball most of the time . Thats how Tottenham won against Manchester City and Arsenal. Despite having only around 30% ball possession but it was  a pretty good counterattack. You can say that I am biased toward this but actually Im not. The fact is that, Manchester City is not better than Manchester United. I would agree if it was last season but this season is completely different.
