Coinbase is not a wallet Little Mouse.
They are both, an exchange as well as a web wallet, at least they claim that. However, in my early BTC days, I used to use that and had some regular people whom I used buy/sell BTC, they too use coinbase. That's why I am still there. Although you are right that bounty hunters are responsible, one another point, I would say it's the campaign manager who can stand against the bounty scammer. I had some chat with Yahoo and he was referring to hold the bounty rewards all the time so that participants don't get scammed. If bounty manager wants, they can avoid such issue.
If a project don't pay anything without the token to the campaign managers, these are likely to be scammed, while projects which spends a lot of money are likely to be solid.

I am not using web wallet much, unless I am in need of some quick money to cash. That's why I was having a little BTC to my coinbase wallet. Yesterday, when I sent ~0.06 BTC which I was holding there for a long time, they didn't send it instantly. They emailed me that it will be delayed since they need to check the transaction for some reason.
Your fund, you are giving power to others to control = web wallet = BANK
Stop using web wallet, get rid of being controlled by others.

It's not mandatory to wear the signature and then apply. You could have applied without wearing the signature, if accepted then you could start posting. While it's his job to ensure he anyone is accepted, it's not his job to ensure if anyone is not accepted. See how other campaigns work, everyone apply for being accepted, before being accepted, why do you bother to ear signature? |

That's already possible. Just click on "Last reply" to sort it by the last reply and everything will show up as it was before the new bump changes. Don't get what you have referred to. Looks like I didn't notice what you shared. I've seen some thread with reply few months/years ago got bumped by spammer and it's annoying sometimes.
Agreed, the new announcement should be on the top so that people get what's new. When people check, by default they see the bumped projects which are mostly old, not new at least. While most people visit the section either for getting a update from certain announcement or to discover a new project. |

Doing some quick maths, assuming 80 members with an average of 0.00015BTC/post and on average 7 posts per day, 7*7*4*80*0.00015 = about 2.5 BTC/ month
Thus, 10 BTC/month might be the budget but they surely won't have to spend that much. 10 BTC should last for about 3-4 months if the campaign runs smoothly with the present terms, which is decent taking in consideration that Yobit must be making at least 5 folds that money
If I recall correctly, the campaign participant was more than 300 earlier which is now above 500. And for your info, a lot of people trying to get the maximum which is 0.0024 per day minimum. |

I'm not sure if this offense violates anything or not. Consider you have paid someone with paypal and didn't receive the service/product you have paid for. You will certainly go for chargeback and that OP is selling a method where you have the most chance to win.
