Their community is very active and marketing wise they are doing a great job. There are also other coins for privacy so only future will tell if deeponion will play a role.

I would change the title as it is misleading. You pay 5$ per week per person.

I have not heard of all these coins before, but everyone on here is talking positive on ICON, guess I need to do a bit of research to see if it has potential.

4926  Economy / Economics / Re: I almost lost my rock solid regular job because of crypto on: May 30, 2018, 06:39:57 PM
Well it is tempting to do research online about bitcoin and being active by doing bounties, but at my work all bitcoin related sites are blocked.
A regular job must have a higher priority than your online "job".
4927  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: May 30, 2018, 06:25:26 PM
Its Yuki Bhambri , he is Indian ( currently #1 Indian tennis player) , I had great hopes on him , this is his first Roland Garros and he screwed it up Sad He was facing against Lucky loser and couldn't manage to steal a set , disappointed .

Btw, be very careful while betting on women's matches because they are highly unpredictable.

Yeah, I lost the Yuki bet, looks like he was far from it too. And Sharapova lost a set along with my parlay, even if Williams won her game. Thinking I should rest my luck for today and just enjoy the games. Not happy with consecutive losses.

Yep women play is very unpredictable. It are womens, what do you expect  Grin (just joking lol).

I saw S. Williams play today, she still has some powerful strokes but is really not in shape. I can't imagine her to lift the title this year.

Now, now, just because theirs aren't as high-octane as mens don't mean they are any less predictable than men's... the Williams are always a surprise to me and make good value bets early on to lift title. She won last years Australian open at over 20/1 odds, while the favorites were always doubtful to me.

I always find that there are more upsets in the women division in the earlier rounds compared to the men. The Williams sisters can surprise also this year but I don't believe in it.

By the way I will be watching some matches live on Friday (court 1)  Grin
4928  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in - Win free Bitcoins every hour! on: May 30, 2018, 06:20:43 PM
The problem with just using the ban hammer approach alone is that we always allow everyone to withdraw regardless of what they were banned for. I need to speak to wetsuit to understand his reasoning for doing that. But it means the bots don't lose anything and just make new accounts to start again.

This I also don't understand. It should be logique that whenever you find a person using a botnet or cheating and you ban them that he loses all his earnings. By still paying out these banned members they will keep on creating new accounts etc...

I've haven't had a chance to talk to wetsuit about this yet but I've been thinking about it. The last time some people got blocked some idiot was posting in the other thread telling everyone to withdraw all the money as they would lose it if they got banned. I had a very easy answer, we only ever block users from using the faucet, nothing else. So I suppose it does really help with building trust and confidence.
I *think* with the botnets it is a case of trying to catch and block them before they get to minimum withdrawal. That's part of the reason we're unlikely to reduce the 30k sat limit.

Right, I forgot about that there is a minimum withdrawal  Wink Unfortunately you will always have trolls that want to ruin a site even though freebitco.in is one of the oldest and must reputable sites online.

All coins are dropping hard and I don't think we have seen the end of this correction.
I will wait a little bit longer to see how the market reacts and than probably buy some more ETH  Smiley.

4933  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: May 28, 2018, 05:13:23 PM
in the tennis arena, I always wait for roger federer to play, and I'm betting on his victory.
Rafael Nadal has won the first set in the French Open by 6-4 and is currently trailing the second set by 1-3 to Simon Bolleli of Italy.Nadal has  won all five games against Bolelli.

Bolleli is playing quite well for the moment, but in the end Nadal will win this.
The odds for Nadal to win the championship is @1.4 (@unibet), no value at all in this.

LOTTERY ROUND 156
This round, the winner with the lowest number of tickets is #8 with 312 tickets.
#1 won 1.13744342 BTC with 203,343 tickets.

Congrats to the winners!

Although winning 0.00888628 BTC with just 312 tickets (312 satoshis spent) is nice, winning 1.13744342 BTC with 203k sats spent is really something. Another remarkable win in this round is 0.14218043 BTC with just 473 tickets. Congrats!

I have disabled my lottery but every time I see results like these I buy some tickets for the next round, which I did this time too. Smiley

I do exactly the same thing like you. I have disabled lotery tickets to have more reward points and I always buy 50 tickets for the lottery. Hopefully one day we will be lucky  Grin.
4935  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in - Win free Bitcoins every hour! on: May 27, 2018, 06:32:05 PM
Negative: The lowest reward is down AGAIN. Now it's not even 1/20 of the second lowest but one or two satoshis LESS than 1/20. This is getting ridiculous. We can't take advantage of BTC being down to try to reach that magic number of 30,000. I remember the reduction (originally from 1/10) was supposedly to frustrate bots - hasn't that been solved yet? And in any case, why make things more difficult and inconvenient for the honest players?

This morning, for example:

***0 - 9885  0.00000011 BTC*** (not .00000013)
9886 - 9985  0.00000265 BTC
9986 - 9993  0.00002654 BTC
9994 - 9997  0.00026543 BTC
9998 - 9999  0.00265428 BTC
10000  0.02654284 BTC

MM

The rewards are only reduced for accounts that don't do at least a little gambling, buying lottery tickets or deposit to keep a higher balance.
The bots pay for captcha solves and when we reduced the reward for those accounts last time those botnets stopped briefly and weren't buying captchas. So the sites that sell captcha solves reduced their prices so the botnets were profitable again. This latest reduction really is the only thing we can do. It is targetted at accounts that really do nothing or very little other than draining the faucet. It is a gradual reduction by a very small % per day.

Whatever move you do, those botnets will keep adapting and finding ways to drain the faucet. I think the only thing you can do is lower the base reward even more for such accounts so that it isn't profitable anymore.
4936  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Dogecoin will FAIL on: May 27, 2018, 06:18:13 PM
The Dogecoin is long dead. Solely the hype (because people pump it) keep it alive.

Here is a graph of their Github, it speaks for itself:

More graphs are here: https://coinanalysis.io/dogecoin/
All i see is dogecoin going to dump and dump. no pump on price. i dint know why it has still value. Why does people keep geeting that coin. Im really confused

There will always be a fanbase that will continue to support dogecoin even though this coin is not being developed any further. It has some nice features: very fast transactions and low fees.
4937  Economy / Speculation / Re: correct predictions peter boockvar on: May 27, 2018, 06:02:57 PM
There are thousands of so called analysts and every so often one of them will have some correct predictions.
Don't put so much faith in that as the bitcoin market is not really predictable  Grin.
4938  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: From 69K Satoshis to 5 BTCs with day trading - Online Trade History on: May 27, 2018, 05:53:52 PM
Day trading is a technique where you can quickly win or loose a big amount of money.
It would be nice if you keep this thread updated with your progress and maybe which trades you will make or have made. I would recommend to also take some profit if you reach a certain amount. Good luck!
4939  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [Exchange] New South Korean Cryptocurrency exchange Zeniex on: May 26, 2018, 05:27:24 PM
I like the promo you are giving but this is quite high.
2. Bitcoin deposit member (777 users on the first-come-first-served basis)
 - KRW 50,000 (~50$) value of DDD coins will be airdropped to the first 777 users who’ll deposit 0.5+ BTC to their Zeniex BTC address

0.5BTC for the first deposit with a new exchange is quite high for me, maybe not for others.

Light Coin (LTC),
It is Litecoin mate.

I would not trust these new exchanges and would certainly not deposit any money or BTC to it. Nowadays, everyday a new exchange pops up.
I stick to the bigger and more reliable exchanges such as kraken or binance.
4940  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to gain income from crypto 1k$/month on: May 26, 2018, 05:14:31 PM
Earning 100$/month with crypto is feasible if you have some special skills like designing or coding. Such a high amount can maybe also be earned by doing bounties or signature campaigns, but then you need to be very active.
