The bear market is not over Smiley . The recent rise is just a small uptrend but as I always say, there will be a time that  cryptocurrency will retest its previous lows before going up again. There are videos in youtube predicting this pattern and I believe that it will happen because they are professional analysts.

course yes the bear market wont ever be over because anytime the price can drop after seeing a decent gains but i wont agree with you when say that the rise is only small . 2k to 3k increase is not small imho  . this dont happen oftenly , this why i consider it as a bull  . and what is that retest thing your saying? . you mean the cryptos can fall again to the lowest value , lower than 3k usd that we experience last time  ?  oh thats scary but i hope that will not occur because that will be  a disaster   and everyone will panic  .
4922  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does Martingale Work? on: April 11, 2019, 08:21:40 AM

In my experience, martingale had worked for me to gain some entertainment.

that's strange . i also used martingale for a long time but its feel the same . i dont feel any happines with or without martingale and any other methods  . maybe because im only foccusing too much on the prize  because im a kind of gambler that only plays for the profit  .  i have other ways to do if i want to have fun  .

Quote
Before I was dicing without any strategy and purely believing into my luck but after getting aware of martingale I started to gamble with some calculated way

but luck is still matter the most even if you are already using a method/martingale  . that is the effect of using a strategy ,  your brain thinks that the game has some kind of a pattern involved but actually its purely random  .
4923  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Sell bounty token at a loss? on: April 10, 2019, 11:36:11 PM
As for me it is not preferable to sell bounty token at loss even if we don't spend money of buying fot it because in the first place we spend much time of complying all bounty rules and I believe that time is money if we wisely use it, so selling at loss is not worth it.

given that you dont buy the tokens which simply means you wont loose anything even if you sold all the tokens that you got from a bounty  but you still have a point  .  money is time an we spend so much time in doing the bounty works  . although if you really need the cash , let say for important use because your loved one is in the hospital or you will be celebrating your birthday but you dont have enough cash for spendings  .  this was a reasonable moment to sell your coins   .
4924  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Bitcoin Beat Banks? on: April 10, 2019, 11:03:56 PM
First of all , bitcoin is not here for the competition . bitcoin is built for a good cause and not for destroying someone else business .

secondly  .  banks are already superior and will be superior no matter what new technology or payment methods will be invented out there  .

thirdly  .we must not compare banks with bitcoin because bitcoin is online and bitcoin is only a currency while banks are insitutions and they exist in real world  ( offline )  .
4925  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Strategy to overcome losses .. on: April 10, 2019, 10:29:55 PM
Don't expect to take home a certain amount when you gamble.

Why not ?  What if the main reason why i play gambling is for profit .  i will always expect a certain amount and that amount is usually the double of my capital  but im not expecting that i could always earn . the chance of loosing is still there and its high  .

And as being said by most, you need to gamble only with certain amount that you afford to lose.

Thats true and that is the number rule or the golden rule not only in gambling but on almost anything that has a money involved . if you can bet what you can afford to loose , you dont have a regret after loosing  .

Anyway , my own way of overcoming loss is staying away for a while on gambling and doing happy activities like playing a video game  . that clears the stress that builds up on my head  . after that ,  im ready to play gambling agian .
4926  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Tether (USDT) supported gambling platform? on: April 10, 2019, 09:58:22 PM
I never see tether has been used in the gambling website and maybe it still on the development, but I guess that in someday, there will be a gambling website that will support this. Tether is one of cryptocurrency, so there is a chance for the tether to be used in the gambling games. But I still don't want to use tether for the bets because tether means real money for me Grin

There are lots of gambling site that you can use the tether to gamble. Just do a little google search you can find a casino that accepts it. Betchain.com accept USDT/tether.

Ive been on the gambling scene for a long year but i have never seen a site that accepts usdt or other stable coins .  stable coins are a bit popular and im sure that gambling owners do also recognize it but they maybe insisit to not support stable coins for some valid reason  . nowadays , crypto coins are now becoming stable  .so  theres no need to use stable coins   . but if a gambler wants stability especially when gambling then why cant he just play offline gambling where he will only use fiats  .
4927  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: With which coin would you like to wager in a casino? on: April 10, 2019, 09:24:03 PM
as BTC Price is quiet high and especially the fee I would like to ask

With which coin a player would like to gamble in a casino?

please let me know (serious) if you want me to add another coin

after the Bitcoin I will go with ethereum because it had the probably good value and also good stability while we are using it so I prefer to invest an ethereum every time after the Bitcoin especially when come to Kasi no investment you will need to put some better amount to gain huge profit.
If i were you i would use another altcoin instead of Bitcoin, i would rather keep it for future investment.
There are lots of available and good altcoins to use when gambling in a casino.
You don't have to risk the coins that have a potential for long term investment.

All coins that are accepted on most casinos are all have a potential but why would you only keep bitcoin ?  Why not keep them all for long term investment ?  the reason why some people do gamble is because of profit  . they want to earn big  . you can only do that in a more faster way if you will only use bitcoin because its obvious that bitcoin got a large value compare to other coins out there  .
4928  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Gambling with BitcoinSV on: April 10, 2019, 08:40:49 PM

First of all   . this was my first time to hear about bitcoinSV and i see that it was a forked coin and i also see that few gambling sites are now starting accept it . this clears me out a bit . anyway  , its okay to gamble with bitcoinSV because its value is not that much which means its less risky and less regretful to gamble especially if your aim is to have fun and not for the profit .
4929  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Digital options - Gambling or trading? on: April 10, 2019, 08:09:35 PM
The two option or choices how to earn in digital crypto currency are both profitable but it's depends on the people what is fit for their capabilities, but most of them investing in gambling or working in trading by using time management.
Gambling is not a way of making money even if it is available at more convenient in these days,it just the growth of entertainment on our hands so use it in the appropriate way.

Trading can be quite same as gambling but not luck based gambling it needs lot of skills and can quit as well when we don't want to lose much of our capital if the market is down.

Gambling is not just for entertainment but you can also earn a profit on them because you are using your money or your cryptos as bets . you can win or loose depending on your luck and skill .  yes skills do involved in gambling . didnt you see that there are methods and strategies out there ?  Same as trading . skills and luck are both also needed   . in terms of difficulty . id say both are not easy  . its hard to profit on both acts but both are verry rewarding and satisfying once you manage to earn .
4930  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why Big Successful ICO Coins Price are sinking? on: April 10, 2019, 08:38:18 AM
just because they are succesful they dont have the chance to go down anymore ? no that is not being succesfull all about .  in order to become succesful you also need to face alot of  struggles and challenges   but  literally speaking  . here in cryptos all coins here are mostly high volatile or unstable , which means they can fluctuate too much plus there are also lots of factors that can affect the status of the coins  ( e.g manipulation  , fuds , fomo , news ,speculation  , etc  ...  )   its not new or shocking to see a coin drop or rise   .
4931  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling securely and sensibly online on: April 10, 2019, 08:06:41 AM
Sometimes even if we set rules like these we don't follow it at all due to excitement or being greedy and such,

that is what you call an iresponsible gambler  . thats bad and that is the number cause of addiction  . you know its bad but you still continue   . i experienced that before and i believe others also experienced that but i somehow recovered from that habit . if i can do you can also  do . its not too late to change for the better  .

Gambling online is fun, unlike the real one where we have to go to a casino or a group of poker playing mobs,

yeah . gambling online is fun but i think playing gambling outside ( offline ) is even more fun because you can meet and great actual people . you can have a bonding with your friends while walking or travelling to the casino of your destination  .

one day I won at a poker game and when I was going home I felt like I was being followed by someone that had lost the game, so that gave me creeps and never played again.

too bad for you  . next time try to bring some one , for extra safety  . or better play online if you are alone   .
4932  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Crypto is getting ready for nice rally. Are you ready? on: April 10, 2019, 07:14:53 AM

this kind of question should not be ask anymore . common sense is needed to answer it  .  of course we are  . all people loves the increase of the price and im 1oo% sure of that   .  we all came here for one reason and that is to profit big   . crypto is ready for a rally  . not  only ready but it already got started last few weeks ago though the rally was postponed for awhile  because the value drop a bit after a quick jump  . now the price is recovering again  . i hope the rally will now continue up to the end of the year   .
4933  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Royal ramble in the casino on: April 09, 2019, 01:07:34 PM
He probably wasn't an addict. I think addicts won't be shocked at that point in time because they gamble for fun. I also believe most addicts would gamble with experience as they already know the right way to gamble.
He most likely was a new gambler who was naiive, reckless and greedy.

addicted gamblers are hyper and newbie gamblers are calm  but the emotions of people can  change without prior notice depending on thier mood . this why i dont like to go outside and gamble on offline casinos because you will never know on what others are thinking  . aside from the rumble , other bad events can also happen to you like robbing/theft  .
4934  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin Cash jumps up!! on: April 09, 2019, 11:06:33 AM
Not a Bitcoin cash fans there , Sorry to say but i am kinda skeptical towards the future of Bitcoin cash

why whats your reason of being skeptical? its steer clear that bch is doing a good job  . i have no complaints for bch as of now  . all is well .

The current Bitcoin cash is not the original bcc and it was a hforked abc, sv coin

huh ? bitcoin cash is not the original because it was forked by a bitcoin  . while i dont know about hforked abc, sv coin . they say it was the new name of bch but i still see bch ( bitcoin cash on my crypto wallet )

Never a fan of BCH, i mean Bitcoin is already good but perhaps the scaling need to improve tho

thats why bch was invented as it solves some problem that btc has   . tho yeah  , bitcoin is already good enough    imho  .
4935  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Where we are now with Gambling on: April 09, 2019, 08:02:27 AM
When I was still gambling, I gamble on cockfights, billiards and poker. These types of gambling have not changed yet. It will always have a physical place and you will still enjoy all the fun it gives.

But I think casinos will have to move online. I think it is easier to maintain an online casino than an establishment. I think, it is where it is going to be.
It’s not so easy maintaining an online casino, but it will definitely be more profitable for gambling industry.

I think any gambling industry that is willing to make more money, will have no choice than to go online because the number of internet users has really increased and so many young people now prefer to gamble online at the comfort of their homes. And for those who like to hide their identity, they would rather choose to gamble online. I don’t know so much about billiards and cockfights gambling you mentioned but I believe with time they would also have a strong online presence.

maintaining an online casino is easy because it does not require a maximal supervision  . everything works automatically  . that is the advantage of internet  not unlike to traditional casinos  where they need to be watch at all times  . you need to clean the area and do other necesary stuffs  . btw im surprised that you didnt know anything about billiards and cockfighting   . fyi both are popular kind of gambling and they are basically played offline  but idk if they can also evolve online  . cant imagine playing them virtually  .

4936  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you still hodl? Then we go to you! on: April 09, 2019, 05:48:07 AM
Do you still hold coins and wait for them to grow?
I trade every day and make a profit. I can make a few in one day. For a month, it turns out about 100%
Why sit and hodl coin?
Well good for you but a day trade is too risky .
It is easy to say than to be done ,
It wouldn't always be like that in trading you wouldn't always win .
We hold because we invested for a long term not for a quick profit.

Not only on trading but also on investing  . both are risky because we dont know on what will be the outcome of the coins  but when it comes to difficulty , trading is i think more harder than investing because in trading you need to timed your moves . you need to watch the market closely more often . not all that who hold are a long term investors . some hold but they are using their crypto as a currency use  . some holds  but they not long term investors   .
4937  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to choose a good casino among the many others? on: April 09, 2019, 03:34:11 AM
I'll keep it short:

Fairness
Transparency
Anonymity (no KYC bullshit to be able to withdraw)
House Edge
Community
Support

Thats not short dude , thats a long list  . short means one to two words . fairness and house edge  are i think both the same  . if a gambling site has a lower  house edge , we can also expect that it is much fair compare to other higher house edge gambling sites out there   . community is not also necesarily needed  .  while i agree on the kyc and support  .
4938  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: New Bounty Platform for Crypto Lovers on: April 09, 2019, 01:56:33 AM
Right now I have seen a lot of the latest bounty platforms. And everything is indeed good and helpful for those who want to participate in the bounty. But for me personally, I search forums more often than on platforms. Because in my opinion it's easier to participate in the bounty found in the forum.
it because most people here just active in this forum and they don't try to open some sites related to new project. Also, just a few persons who active in this section so as they don't know any platform for at least to make them know about new project. Moreover about a lot of scam projects  pupping up in bounty programs it will make them to believe new platform is difficult.

Whats the connection of users that are active from picking a legit bounty ?  Active users are nothing , they only join the campaign but they dont also know if the project that they have join is a scam or not .  opening a site that is related to the project is not bad  . we need to open them so that we know if the camapign that we join is legit or not but it is hard to tell .  atleast checking the project details can give us an edge if what is their goals all about .
4939  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambler = Future's Failure on: April 09, 2019, 12:37:01 AM
It depends on how you play gambling, strategy, and the purpose in it. If you play gambling without the right strategy and cannot control yourself, then it may lead to failure.

they say that " failure is the best teacher " because we can learn from our mistakes   . its not bad to become a failure sometimes because that is only normal and that can be used as your advantage . analyze your mistakes if what did you do on why you failed  and use those improvement the next time you play again  .  if you still kept on loosing and getting failure's  , maybe gambling is not for you  . its better if you can quit and try your luck on other profitable activities .   but if you are only playing a gambling for fun then go ahead play all you want . dont  mind your losses  .
4940  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does gambling sites needs to be a mobile friendly or not? on: April 08, 2019, 11:13:45 PM
It very easy to play gambling games on mobile then on PC because you can move around with your mobile device but very difficult to move with PC, so gambling sites that support mobile device is an advantage to both the players and the gambling website because it generate more player's to the site other then those that support only PC.

I love to sit in the toilet with a mobile phone. And it is very good when I can not be distracted from what I was doing on the computer and continued my game))
This is extremely rare, do not get me wrong.
However, when such an opportunity exists, it makes the project a good one.

I feel you guys . you both werent alone because i myself do also love to use my mobile phone over my laptop or pc due to the mobility .  i can move around anywhere on the house and sometime i can go outside to sniff fresh air while i sit on the chair and i continue playing gambling  . the problem is that other gambling sites are not really mobile friendly . they freezes and lags a bit but they are fully compatible on a pc and laptop  . we need more support for mobile because mobile phones are the future  .
