4921  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Does speculation affect bitcoin trading on: May 07, 2017, 08:14:47 PM
Speculating future market movements doesn't directly affect market trading per se but it just gives us an insight to what could possibly happen due to the historic trends that we see on the charts. In my opinion, TA and speculation isn't always correct but helps traders into placing their next move and position in the market in order to profit or somehow lessen their losses if ever their predictions are off.

Yes there are speculations that can considered as good factosr when we want to make some analysis on our future trading moves. There are good speculations made by the others that have strong figure and close to reality that's why people are following those advices.

But it doesn't mean they are really correct and their claims are accurate. They're just giving out some insights about the answer in "what if" questions by the others. Final decision will still made by us and those good speculations will just be our recipe to make a good menu.
4922  Economy / Speculation / Re: everyone is so helpful today! on: May 07, 2017, 07:01:04 PM
looking at the topic and other comments around the forum in different places i see everyone is suddenly so helpful to others giving them "valuable financial advice" and telling them to sell your coins while chanting keywords such as
- crash
- bubble
- back to $100
- (haven't yet seen but expect it to start) 2013 bubble and gox

i just wanted to say my gratitude and tell you that i am going to sell my coins just the way i sold them back when price was $200 and you were saying it will dies.
or when i sold them when price was $600 and you were giving me "valuable financial advice" and predicted crash to $200. and the same way that i sold when price went above $1000 and you gave me another "valuable financial advice" and told me price is going to crash to $400 again.

That's why it called advice because that is only an advice and you have the freedom not to follow it because like I say, it's an advice. What a loopy statement I have.

However, those FUD and negative advices is helpful in our strategy. Why I say it so? To make a good analyzation, we must also look to those negative events and speculations that will also include the troll ones. After we did our own analyzation, we can say that those negative events that is expected are not properly being backed up therefore we can rid of them now and finalize the final decision we will do to our special coins.
4923  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2016/17 NBA Season on: May 07, 2017, 06:37:34 PM
Their standing and performance for each game will tell why they are the most favorite team of the crowd. I find it KD's addition to the team made them boost up although even without KD they are strong enough. They surely want to make their name shine always for having a lot of consecutive wins.

KD's addition makes them more reliable inside and outside attack since durant really got a big impact for the team klay and curry still the best shooter they just showing respects for each others and allow everyone to touch the ball and make its own part.

It's better if Durant are not on the court. Golden State Warriors are much as a team when Durant is missing the game.

I hope many here will disagree to me as I see many Warriors fan here, but my speculation would be, Durant will not get his first ring. I will both qoute your post and please qoute mine too so if ever Im wrong, Warriors can throw trashtalk to me but it's ok. If ever Im right, you will see what I mean once Warriors entered the Finals. They are just doing great today that's why most of here can't see what "Im trying to tell".

Stay tuned lol.
4924  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which side do people prefer to see chatbox on gambling sites? on: May 07, 2017, 05:46:19 PM
I've been thinking of starting my own BTC casino and would like to know which side do users prefer to have the chatbox, I like it on the left side like PD but looks good on right too, do people care about it at all?

It's up to you and it will be fine as long as it's not ruining the main interface of the gambling game and that will include the chatbox size and layout. And yes people care for it.

Just give an option where players can minimize it so that they will not be bothered once they are doing a serious session of gaming. As for me, I don't want to see those moving words once Im taking up my serious session depends on the gambling game.
4925  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: BTC getting too expensive to gamble with on: May 07, 2017, 05:16:04 PM
don't use your bitcoin to bet with. you will regret it when once you lose it.

use a shitcoin instead. then you won't give a complete fuck if you lose it all. Tongue

Bitcoin is still 1:1 so whatever it's price, high or low, it's doesn't matter to gamble it unless you will purchased bitcoin by your fiat and will use it to play gambling.

What is the sense of using shitcoin in gambling? It's just a complete waste of time. 99% of shitcoins doesn't have chance to bring back to it's peak price. That's why it called shit in the first place.
4926  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: WARNING!! Fake Bitmixer.io site! on: May 07, 2017, 04:54:12 PM
Oh another fake bitmixer site. There are already lots of discussions here about that meaning those people involved really want to push their agenda to make an easy money. And the saga continues as of now.

It's kinda obvious even for a newbie that if they will seach bitmixer in google, they will confused because of two or three identical search results and will not just visit the first one that provided by result. So I think, about only 2% will fall to this shit attempt. We just have to continously report those sites (as I see, other fake bitmixer sites are being removed) at Google.

Bump for this.

4928  Economy / Speculation / Re: Reason of increasing bitcoin price on: May 07, 2017, 03:31:15 PM
Who are know the actual reason of bitcoin price? How can i predict about bitcoin pricing high or low?

Actual reason of the price incresae is the demand, but what triggers the demand are vary and we can't pinpoint the accurate one. On the other hand, we can asssume what is the reason behind the increase or decrease of bitcoin price by taking a look at any possible news or events that currently revolving with bitcoin.

How you can predict it? No you can't. Your future decision will only be based on your own analyzation and guts to face the associated risks of buying and selling.
4929  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Coins.ph Official Thread on: May 05, 2017, 02:57:11 PM
I have no problem sa pagload kasi talaga namang nagloload ako gamit ang coins.ph. Kumbaga bonus na lang sa akin tong promo nila if ever man totoo kaya kahit kalokohan yan e di naman ako maapektuhan talaga. Who knows baka kahit iyong 2 days ibigay nila sa real user hehe.

Ang dami kong tawa sa "FOREST BLADE" lol. And now look at their facebook page, inulan ng duda hehe which is normal kasi verified ang mga user. Pang online game ang pangalan e. Dapat kasi nagcoconduct sila ng facebook live o kaya itag na lang nila iyong facebook user na nanalo. Saglit lang naman magtag para talagang nakikita ng mga tao.
4930  Other / Off-topic / Re: Is it possible for us to hack some gambling sites? on: May 05, 2017, 01:53:51 PM
I don't understand why there are people that are thinking this way. Why not they just work out for themselves so that they won't be robbing casino's just for their own happiness or in the first place why they need to gamble. And with those exploits, I really don't believe with those people that are selling in the deep web, most of them are scam.

It's called a natural behaviour of a certain person that resides in their bad side of the brain.

Shortcut to earn big that's why they will do everything to make that happen. As you can see, even a professional and technical person uses their knowledge to hacked something instead of applying it on something useful or find a work related to their expertise. That's why for a gambling site, even it's not avoidable, their security must not be easily breached by something.
4931  Economy / Gambling / Re: BitKong - Fun & Addictive, provably fair bitcoin game. on: May 04, 2017, 05:23:54 PM
Good to see yet another site, but when i tried to register in your site i could not see that option, when ever i change the user name it does not provide any further option to set my password or register an account,do we have to link our social media account to have a proper registration. Just want to know what i am missing here.

My question too few post from this. Hopefully they will come up with a registration without needs of social media account as usual in the world of gambling.

This should be good, and i think its safe rather than losing your account and deposit, so this means that your social media or facebook will be your entry or username/email on the game.

Linking social media account will destroy the usual privacy of a bitcoin gambler as other wants an anonymous character. If will create a dummy fb account it will sounds hassle to me. Just an email registration is already enough if only meant for lose account or password recovery. Try to ask majority of the bitcoin gamblers if they want to expose their personal information.

I do not think that people really want to see this kind of bonuses. May be like wagering bonus or may be the highest hit with the highest bet. So people can compete around here, most of us need bigger prize. And with some low giveaway, this will only attract farmer account to get more of this giveaway

You just think of it because it's on your mind and thinking. But how about the others? We don't have the same thinking in terms of bonuses and giveaways. Smiley
4932  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: earn money with lending btc?! on: May 02, 2017, 05:52:54 PM
what you guys think about lending btc through poloniex or other sites? the rates are 0.5-2% atm per day so pretty decent. are there any other ways of making income with ur btc?

Rather than just hearing thoughts here by others, why not try the actual service and you might get your own answer from your own question? Since I don't see any harmful effects from doing loan at Poloniex, you can give it a shot and see how it will goes.

And after having some experience there, then try the actual lending activity here in the community. In that way, you can see if those activities will give you decent returns for a long period of time.
4933  Economy / Gambling / Re: New Bitcoin dice strategy - winning 50$ in 2 Minutes! ON Pocketdice. on: May 02, 2017, 05:31:59 PM
Guys you are all so serious. We all know that there is no guaranteed strategy in playing dice and yet you make yourself stressed out with OP's claims. Basically all of the bet was luck based and they able to hit those wins.

What Im trying to say here, if OP strategy work for him, then just allow them to continue it. If they lose, then lose. If win then win. Althoughh we already know the result once we played at whatever strategy we have on a long term basis.
4934  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think are the biggest disadvantages of Bitcoin? on: May 02, 2017, 04:47:38 PM
There is one disadvantage with Bitcoin and that is people trying to hold onto it. Some people know how to hold onto their Bitcoins and some people don't. From what I've been reading in this forum, the people that lose money while putting their money in many Altcoin ICO's  would've been better just by holding onto their Bitcoins instead of recklessly spending them.

That isn't a disadvantage to consider.

Although I don't get the point of your last statement, it's clearly that the concern you had there is a general behaviour and not as a direct thing related to the whole context of using bitcoin.

Also, you said that some people don't know how to hold coins and others know. Mate people have different views why some of them preferred holding and others don't. If their strategy works for them then we have nothing to do with it and just stick with our own way to deal with the current bitcoin price movement.
4935  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Looking For Software for price alerts on: May 02, 2017, 04:03:01 PM
Hello friends, i was wondering if there any app or software to set alerts from exchange sites (windows 10), it would be better for my trading strategy if i can check and set alerts for coins i choose from exchange sites, i assume many of you know the android app Tabtrader, and i was wondering i theres an app like that but for windows.

Thanks for replys.
Sorry my bad english.  Grin

This is not a PC application but you can consider this as this what I used on  my desktop. Bitcoinwisdom is your friend although their alarms are not that noticeable since it's only lasted for a duration of second (I don't know if there's a way how to make it longer). They have some bitcoin price insights from most of the bitcoin exchanges that's why I preferred them over others. You can also saw their real time price monitoring straight in their browser tabs.

P.S: Only works for bitcoin price monitoring. Didn't have an idea in terms of altcoin.
4936  Economy / Speculation / Re: HODLING IS GOOD on: May 02, 2017, 03:34:05 PM
I know lot of people must be selling seeing such high price but i believe this is just the beginning.Bitcoin will still go up as always once many other countries like japan officially legalize it.I am motivated and will hold bitcoin for long time.

I already tripled my bitcoin [usd equivalent] that i bought a year ago by just HOLDING. Smiley

What do you guys doing now HODLING or SELLING? and if HODLING then what's your objective how long will you HODL?

Im not a fan of hodling too much. I see that it's more profitable if we will able to buy and dump when there is an ongoing price increase or decrease within a large margin and it happened many times now. And not just that, I value time so the reward I got during the passed years is decent compare if I just only hold coins and watch those dramas associated with it. Im not satisfied with triple the value earnings but tooks 2-3 years of holding.

We really have different views on how we will takes actions of our coins. If we found our own views or strategy is effective then stick with it and don't mind other's strategy but look at them as reference.
4937  Other / Meta / Re: New Wave of Phishing Emails on: May 02, 2017, 02:52:35 PM
Anyone have an idea how it is possible to acquired information to us? Kinda want some technical knowledge about this kind of phishing attempt*.

As I mentioned in related thread to this, I used my unused extra old laptop (the stock one) to find out what will happened out of my curiousity. Connect it to internet, download, remove internet and open it. My security there are not triggered. Im wondering how it can access those inside stuffs?
4938  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Online Shop that accepts BTC on: May 02, 2017, 02:41:03 PM
Just wondering, with bitcoins confirmation taking so long, will it cause unnecessary delays in the payment process?

If my understanding is correct and I assume what you think, delay is not the appropriate term but "being late".

E.g. When Person A purchases goods from the merchants, then he/she we will placed order by bitcoin. Since there is still no confirmation from the bitcoin network, it will take time to be placed. The process will just start the moment it was being confirmed by 1 if the merchants have some policies that they will accept payment even it only got a single confirmation.
4939  Other / Archival / Re: Warning! BTC-e Voucher Email phishing alert! on: May 02, 2017, 02:08:26 PM
Just got the same email too:

Sender: Benjamin IIliana <natalio@antakya.com.ar>

This email is kinda obvious and I will assume that most of the traders at BTC-e will know that kind of email is not related to the site itself. I tried to open it on my extra laptop out of curiousity but the word is empty. That laptop have no files and really not always in used so I test it out there.

Hi Bitkong.

I quiet hook with the idea of the game and want to test some few bits there. I see there is an alias section. Is that the username? I don't want to login with my facebook account. Apology for this kiddy question.
