4921  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: October 26, 2014, 09:05:49 PM
BS, they shipped nothing except some Batch 1 devices. your words about this so called company sounds like they were professionals but in real live they were hobbyist with attitude to ripoff the Bitcoin community!

Your mistake is assuming that HF intention all along was to rip people off, just because the company failed.  That petulant attitude is not mature, honest, or helpful.

Were you really stupid enough to think that nothing unintentional could go wrong when pre-ordering an ambitiously spec'd ASIC from a tiny start-up?

Are you actually stupid enough to believe that malfeasance is the best or only explanation for what went wrong?

What do you expect them to do beyond their best effort?  Go to jail?  Commit seppuku?   Grin

Lol you sound really sensitive and touchy. All I did was translate what you said....buddy.
Haha Smiley

You didn't translate or paraphrase anything I said.  You tried to put words in my mouth and I called you out for it.

I also called you out for being too illiterate to be familiar with the heuristic "The best-laid plans of mice and men often go awry."

I see you have no response to that, so we may assume you are indeed an idiot of stunning naivete who believes that a decent business plan guarantees success No Matter What.   Wink

again a professional way is to communicate issues early enough to customers so customers have a chance to review the actual situation again and not to force people to buy again when the disaster is obviously. the disaster was clear latest in the middle of Nov 2013. Batch 1 and 2 I agree but not Batch 3 and 4. second if I have a contract with customers I have to fullfill this contract and not to sell the chips to third parties like Bitcrane or something else.

they fail to deliver in several cases. period. hobbyist!

Again avoiding relevant questions. I see that the bankruptcy was filled on 9 May. Wasn't the MPP supposed to ship in the first 4 months? So that would mean that the case filling was AFTER HF had to deliver the MPP. Please correct me.

MPP was due 90 days after delivery of the miner. HF started delivering miners in late Dec, which would mean the MPP should have been started in April. In March, HF announced delays to the MPP deliveries, "expecting" to start in June. Obviously March and April are before May, so HF was already in violation of the MPP by the time the bankruptcy filing occurred.

I am waiting on iCEBREAKER's stand on this, hoping he will not ignore it.

I bet he has a answer but it will take longer to find a logic behind the answer so give him enough space.  Wink
MPP was delayed because HF could only test chips and build boards so fast due to logistical/financial constraints, and shipping Batch 2,3,4 was the priority.

BS, they shipped nothing except some Batch 1 devices and after the key date which means full BTC refund. your words about this so called company sounds like they were professionals but in real live they were hobbyist with attitude to ripoff the Bitcoin community!

Man, I'm just sad all that History is gone!, I would have loved to check out all those e-mails. It was history in the making.

Did they erase the account permanently? Is there any correspondence that people got from Satoshi that could piece together Bitcoins History?

maybe www.bookofsatoshi.com ?

This story only makes sense when I suppose that SN is dead.
Why should he give anyone a reason to think otherwise, if he wants to remain anonymous?

Yes, I think you are right: Satoshi is dead.

I believe that "Satoshi" was a British expat in Japan who thought it'd be a good idea to use the most common Japanese name as a pseudonym for publishing Bitcoin, back in autumn 2008.

For a nicely two years he cared for the project and saw it grow, until, in late 2010, he decided that his task was fulfilled and he didn't want any more attention.
His intention was to sit back and see how bitcoin would evolve.

Unfortunately, in March 11 2011, the Pacific Ocean decided to glide further under Japan's shore, causing an earthquake and tsunami resulting in nearly 16k deaths — one of them being Satoshi Nakamoto.
That made the early end of the world's greatest inventor's life.

Rest in piece, Satoshi, we will miss you. Cry

BS, his real name is Otomakan Ihsotas, he is a Sioux and conducted a late revenge on the United States of America because of the Native American issue.

How can anyone try and say HashFail was not incompetent...you can not blame a sub contractor since they hired him. HashFast were bumbling idiots with every aspect except the chip...and that was probably a just a lucky fluke.

the chip was Barber. but all around him were hobbyist with actor skills and GetRichQuick mentality.
4931  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: We have discovered a bitcoin flaw on: October 24, 2014, 09:19:16 PM
their "History (partial)" is quite interesting. must have a lot of coins to fake this payouts.

SCAM ALERT! BE AWARE NOBODY GIVES YOU MONEY FOR FREE. THIS BUSINESS CONCEPT IS NO ONE AND WILL NOT WORK. IT IS JUST PURE SCAM!
4932  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: October 24, 2014, 09:15:33 PM
The incompetent subcontractor for the first board screwed up royally, and the next ones could only do 400+ GH/s until the Yoli and Habanero designs.

And who decided to go with this subcontractor in the first place, without having a backup plan in place? This coming from a company who claimed "in Bitcoin mining, time is everything"

I'm sure he has an answer for it.  Wink

ist schon wieder alles aus??
Neee, hier brennt noch Licht.

woher weißt du das? Wink
Angry

welche formulare sind auszufüllen?

Diese: "Bankruptcy claims under a bankruptcy procedure will be fixed through filing of claims and the investigation procedure. The method for filing claims will be published on this site as soon as we are in a situation to announce it."

Zwischen heute und dem 29. Mai 2015 sollte das Formular zum Nachweisen Deiner Ansprüche online kommen.

Care to explain because those lines means nothing in TA terms...the only thing I can tell you is that the very long term chart, the 3 years one(1W candles) is looking very bearish, it indeed looks like a bubble that is bursting..

Most of you wont admit it, but another bubble highly unlikely wont happen, and if the downtrend continue based on the stage of a bubble by Jean-Paul Rodrigue double digits are a very good possible event that we can't really ignore.
