Hi, First of all. stop shouting please. Everyone here was accused of being a scammer at some point. (Yours truly is included). So don't take it personally. This is a very good idea, However I don't know if there are enough people with tens of thousands of BTC that are willing to part with them to buy an exotic car. And you want such people who also happens to be living in the US as well as being relatively close to CA or willing to go there for the purchase. Eh, maybe you would score Pirate40 as a customer and he would get a couple. Maybe next year if BTC exchange rate doubled or so, I might consider one myself and even ship it back home to the middle east . Try BitMit, it would be interesting for alot of people to see such cars offered there. or maybe opening a website for them? A friendly suggestion. Adding details goes a long way in scattering the shroud of scammer accusations. As well as assuring potential customers and speculative observers. -Lophie +1 to everything yuo said. One minor bit of correction. My 'friend' is not a seller of the cars that he lists he brokers them, which means that the cars that he brokers for are not necessarily located in California itself. You need a car, you contact me, give me all the details about what you need etc, I send that message to my friend, he CONFIRMS that he can find you the deal you need, I respond back to you with HIS contact info. He then talks to & introduces you to the real seller most of the times its either the previous owner or the showroom itself. As far as buying/exchanging huge volumes of BTC is concerned one can use the services of coinharvest.com (saw it as an addvert. from this FORUM'S add listings). Thanks for all the suggestions

1 BTC sold. 1 more to go!

How much in BTC for a 997 Porsche GT2 RS?
I do not have the price specifications with me, if you are interested I could forward you to my friend -ONLY if you are really interested. But you would have to get the exchange done through sites like coinharvest.com yourself. This thread is just to gauge the interest of the users here, once I get 20+ interested people here I will proceed with the BTC support and everything else that might be needed to get this rolling, and the transaction a lesser hassle.

Sounds dodgy as f*ck. An international car broker with no website/photos? Making deals through Facebook? You should change your username to scamster
From what I know he's been dealing with cars for the past 10 years or so. I m not sure about the exact number of years however. What I am sure of is that when he started dealing in cars facebook didnt even exist. Who said that he has no website ? or the fact that he deals through Facebook ? I MET him on facebook ! He posts what he has for sale on his profile. You should change your name to "Dick head & I cant read" If you are here just to yell 'scammer' at my face do your sorry ass a favor & kill yourself, you are too stupid to live I am sorry for all the insults I m handing out but if you call me names & tag me as a 'scamster' I wont sit quite & take it in This friend of mine is legit, so am I. Plus no one has asked anyone to pay anything, you come, you visit, you check the papers you pay. I am only here to collect 'contacts' and forward them to my friend, who is himself is a CAR BROKER not SELLER !!!You are not paying ME or my Friend anything, we get paid a commission off your purchase. Regardless of whether your intentions are genuine or not you shouldn't lash out at people who disagree with you. Someone I look up to once told me, "If you argue with a fool, no one will know who the fool is". That seems to be the situation I find myself in. Also I'd suggest removing your signature which attacks some user of this forum. I don't see why you need to mention the fact that he is American, you seem to be using it in a derogatory manner when the majority of people who use this forum are probably American. I believe the quote is "Wise men never argue with fools, because people from a distance can't tell who is who". Not trying to correct you to be "that guy" but thought you'd like to know the original quote. It makes the quote even that much better. Agree with everything you said also. Not sure someone is going to doing 500K USD+ transactions with someone who acts unprofessionally like this. So calling someone names & tagging him as a scammer is professional ? I didnt knew that. I said it before and I m saying it again. Its not me who you are dealing with. You are paying me NOTHING. So if you want a car & you dont like me (for whatever reasons) you dont even have to talk to me, just send me a message and I'll reply back to you (or whoever contacts me in this regard) with the contact info of my friend who is the broker from Cali.

Personally I checked out bitocean (didnt buy anything) seemed legit enough and the site well laid out. They need to add more technical details about the stuff they are selling cuz i didnt find any in the eruptor blade usb stick.
rbitco.in STILL smells fishy to me because of the TONS of negative reviews about money just disappearing from the hosted wallet etc.

I would like to thank everyone for taking part in this contest. A special thanks to buysellbitcoin who kickstarted this event as well.
I read each of the answers comprehensively and looked for traits of ease of explanation, complete info provided, presentation & simplification of concepts.
Based on these stats, I would single out rezurect and Legendster as the best entries as per my judgement. I did feel that all the entries justified a prize, however all we have is 1.
I would pick rezurect's answer as the winning answer for this contest. The winning prize is 0.3 BTC and 0.05 will be added for a translation to Hindi.
I am keeping this thread open for feedback and confirmations for the winning entry and for the Hindi translation as well.
One question that everyone got wrong was the presence of online stores in India. We do have bitocean.in and rbitco.in stores that accept Bitcoin for physical goods. These are the most important building blocks of the Indian ecosystem. Not having an exchange is a small short-term problem. Adding services and stores to work around BTC is a quick solution to several problems including the lack of an exchange.
Winning payout will be made in few hours once the discussions slow down.
Makes me Happy ^_^

Some thing like ripple will be better as mining coins is waste of resources and non technical people may not be able to mine
as only small portion of Indian people use computer
80% of College goers use computers. But in India 80% of the population dont go to college.

You could mine a whole bunch of insanely low difficulty coins using just a CPU, like so many people did for so many months with BBQcoin, then sell the coins for bitcoins when an exchange opens, like is supposedly about to happn for BBQcoin.
Heck the BBQcoins you could have mined with just a CPU would sell for a lot right now even before any exchanges have opened.
There are still coins that can be mined as easily as BBQcoins used to be mined, so it is not too late to stock up on them before they follow in BBQcoin's footsteps. The CPU miners mining them right now are hoping that won't happen for a while of course, because first they want to get the best price for their BBQcoins before distracting the market to the next "sleeper" coin and also because they want to continue raking in coins with a CPU as long as possible before attracting GPU miners by opening exchanges for the coins.

+1 And to the trading, you can start small. If your net income is $200/month then that 3k$ is 15 months net income. Thats a big money for everyone regardless of the actual sum. Agreed. I have been mining TRC for a while. I personally dont think that all these alternate coins will be as successful as BTC or TRC or NMC, but I will give this Barbeque a Shot .. but collecting coins for future use is a long term plan and I m doing that .. well as much as I possibly can. But I want in on the action now because i m already late in the crypto revolution considering my entry in this forum is barely a month old.

Blockchain.info is messy. Wallets get corrupted very easily.
I have had to change 5 - 6 wallets so far for my customers using blockchain as the back end for their projects.
I have stopped using them.
Then what is the suggested and reliable wallet preferably online.? in my opinion Coinbase.

I was watching this show, and India is was the center for faking Ferraris, anything you could imagine when it came car wise lol
Its in our psyche to copy anything famous in the western world and 'Indianize' it. Doesnt necessarily means we faked it, just shows that we can re create something expensive & make it cheaper & for for the common Indian. Who might not be able to afford a $1.5 mil Ferrarri but a INR3 Lakh ferrari look-alike. But which part of "I am not selling the cars and INDIA has nothing to do with the sales" you didnt get ??

Good point from both of you. Point to Note : I have already applied for a 25 BTC loan : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=172696.0If get either of these loans it'd work for me. If you follow that link you'd see my idea of how I plan to use this loan amount has shifted from Buying an ASIC + Trading to simply Trading and THEN buy an Asic AFTER I've repaid the lender. As to the fact WHY someone should loan any money to anyone well that is a debatable topic. I applied for a loan because I know I can contribute to this community by bringing BTC to my country & increasing the liquidity here I just lack the monetary strength to do it. I understand the good old supply/demand curve in any kind of trading, I just applied for such a loan because few months ago NMC was considered useless. One such users who had a huge stockpile was literally ready to give away all his NMC to me & that person was a complete stranger, the only reason he didnt do it cuz we were talking in an open chat channel and another guy prompted him that NMC can be exchanged & he said what one of you guys said : "If I can exchange this, why should I give it away for free ?" The bottom line is, I need help becoming an ACTIVE bitcoin-er, and I cant do it without the community's help. hate me, call me a beggar, call me a scammer, it will piss me off it will disgust me, but it wont deter me or change the way I am or the point of view that I have. Your request seems really weird. With 3000 NMC you get 300000 registered names. What kind of project would need that right away?
I just wish to trade these for Bitcoins or Litecoins at btc-e .. I applied for a NMC loan because its very low risk for the lender, and that is because this currency is almost considered worthless. Then trade with them & pay back the buyer. Who knows if anyone who has a stockpile of 3k NMC & loans me that amount & with me exchanging that on BTC-e I might bring in more circulation to this currency & maybe perhaps rise it's value. I don't see how this is any lesser risk than lending you the required amount of BTC/LTC directly. You are asking for a 27 BTC worth of loan in here regardless of the actual currency the trade is agreed on. Would you personally lend that 3000$ for a stranger on the internet? People lent thousands of dollars if not millions to BFL didnt they ? and I am just ONE guy asking for a genuine help to actually expand the horizon of Bitcoins in my country AND make a living out of it. I am an Indian $200 a month and my family's sorted for a month. Well.. If not exactly a 'living' out of it but at least some profit out of it. I cant JUSTIFY the reason as to why anyone should lend me anything, but here I am asking for help & sure as hell would be glad if & when I get that help.

+1 Since you insulted my country and ethnicity, I'm no longer going to purchase TWO Bugattis. Anyway, I have a feeling I would have received the cars and Bugatti would have been spelled "Boogatti". *cough* counterfeit *cough* Very Funny ^_^
