I am a stubborn mule when it come to spending time and effort at an art project whom I know already crossed diminishing return in both skill learned and monetary reward.

He used satoshin@gmx.com (from original Bitcoin whitepaper) and satoshi@vistomail.com (from email logs). gmx.com is a free email service that may or may not have had location based restrictions on registration at the time. vistomail.com is an email service from anonymousspeech, the domain registrar proxy he used to register bitcoin.org.

so his vistomail.com Email address still works.  Wink

Folks, when you burn an identity, it doesn't matter whether an account remains activated.  This speculation is a waste of your time.
Its even better for anonymity when one of these gets hacked because then there are multiple trails from multiple people touching it.
If someone tried to link the real "satoshi" to any of these accounts, it might not even be our dear friend, it could end up being just the first person to have hacked it after he left it empty and open.

Yes, Satoshi is dead, long live Satoshi.

Move along, nothing to see here.

he is a human, or not? tag him with his pure nature like 84 percent of all of us here on this stinky place.
4946  Economy / Speculation / Re: The Fundamental Value of Bitcoin - Satoshi on: October 21, 2014, 08:30:28 PM
the value will grow if it is more used for transmission. if autonomous agents are part of our daily live the time is mature for Bitcoin if it then still exists.

http://jade.tilab.com

think issue -> solution. divide issues in small ones and get solutions. Bitcoin is just a bridge, nothing more.

we need more interfaces to the real world. time is not ready for it.

cheexk this post to know who satoshi might be - http://fuk.io/who-is-satoshi-nakamoto-the-truth/

for me it looks like "Satoshi Nakamoto" is more an computer scientists than a mathematician (or both). he is familiar with core concepts of computer siences and coding. his communication style has a bit of a patriarch or a leader something in the 30s/40s (he had an answer to everything Wink source: bookofsatoshi.com). his communication is direct and straight forward so it reminds me more to a German or Japanese than an US American or Brit.

GMX is a one of the first and oldest Email provider in Germany. If I saw his Email address for the first time I was really surprised he used this as an official Email address.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GMX_Mail

so he could be a German CS professor but for this he is not greedy enough. Huh or did he destroy the private keys of the minted blocks to prevent himself to get in temptation?

the communication with Gavin Andresen immediately stopped as Gavin asked how to handle a request of the iqt.org. maybe this was the time he realized that it will becomes a huge thing.

if the thesis tends to the truth the main timeframe of his Emails should be an European or Asia timezone not a US timezone.

This link probably has the answers to those questions. Looks like every line is backed up by a published paper or archived email. That other link you had quoted was while the research was still going on(Szabo had studied and wrote on every aspect of that guy) that's what had threw us off. A software developer found a key that finally unlocked the puzzle.

Hes already pulling a lot of density. Unless he can somehow duct out all of the hot air, im pretty sure hes capped to capacity due to not having a hot/cold isle containment.
Well, building any datacenter-like facility without hot/cold aisle containment is both inefficient aswell as outdated.

It might be cheaper in the short term, but the increased footprint aswell as less efficient cooling and miners not profiting from optimal temperatures is more expensive after 6 months.

Perhaps.

Proof of claims should only be filed against Hashfast Technologies LLC (case 14-30725) and not the other HashFast company?
Yes, but the deadline passed. The two cases were "substantively consolidated". If you don't disagree with them with your credit there wasn't any need to file anything.

ok, thanks!

are the two cases really consolidated? because if I fill in the case 14-30866 (HashFast LLC) I'm not listed as a creditor and when I fill in the case 14-30725 (HashFast Technologies LLC) I'm listed as a creditor:

https://ecf.canb.uscourts.gov/cgi-bin/autoFilingClaims.pl

EDIT: got also this "substantively consolidated" note via US mail.
