I think altcoins will likely increase if bitcoin will reach at that level, but maybe not as profitable like in the past, possibly a recovery only for altcoins but if Bitcoin will rise further then maybe we will see altcoins to rise more since it's hard to stop the FOMO and when the market is in FOMO, no TA can help a trader since movement are mostly uptrend. TA may not be as reliable when FOMO ,when market starts to arise mostly the chance of finding a good currency to trade is harder though we can use another strategy of at least short term holding in case the growth is continuing . also there are only few traders that active in trading when the market is bullying instead most of them are staying in their holds and wait for tioming to sell. Those advantages can only be felt by people who aren't really struggling with the 'what will they eat tomorrow' problem.
there are some good help and assistance that government are providing (but maybe different from other country ) and also this is depend on how we manage to keep our funds in this time of pandemic. Are we passed the peak already? Damnn, some of the important people in my country are talking about the inevitable economic collapse in the near future.
or maybe they really want this to happen because this will favor rich and powerful people? Although the situation doesn't feel too gripping anymore and everyone has begun to adapt, it cannot hide the truth that we don't even know when this pandemic will end especially in my country.
actually in this part we are both in same side,the pandemic has no ending so far and may take long before totally vanished. I still have some fiat savings and hold some BTC. I hope that holding Bitcoin will save me later if my country fiat currency is weakening later.

I guess people are treating it as an epitome of cryptocurrency exchange, whereas it is not. It too got hacked and it does have flaw such as centralisation and highest fees for launching a project. I guess there is a lot of hype that still exists about Binance.
you know why they have highest fee for launching?because they usually pumped the newly listed coins/tokens in their platform ,that is why it seems that there are manipulation that happening inside. It's same as Bitmax, kucoin, Okex too, many are blaming these top exchanges for making new projects lose value as if it's their faults, maybe investors already forgot that crypto is so volatile, ups and downs is definitely something we can't escape
Thats the stupidity of people to blame exchange as if they knew what would happen in the future,Yeah exchange must be choosy in letting project to be listed but it is not their duties to check each projects progress because they have done their part and it is from the team to make the project move up. Binance cannot guaranty the longevity of any project a project can pass the criteria set by Binance but when it comes to running and development of the project, it's on the developers of the project, and Binance are delisting projects that did not live up to the expectation of investors, and no progress in the market.

Sometimes as an investor, we are looking the same thing but we are seeing it differently, and just like a trader, we may have different interpretation on the current price movement, that's why its called a guessing game as no clear sign but we keep guessing. Excitement is not over, in crypto-currencies you have big rises and drops every month, but this halving made many people to excited, in my opinion it's just FOMO. Most of us here that true excitement will be next year. That's just a small FOMO if there is really a FOMO, we've surpass that $10,000 already last year, so it's not a big thing that we rise at that level and therefore bitcoin is not likely going to dump, it might be stable this year but hopefully there's some big improvement we will see this year from last year. Lets be clear about how much we have gained last year and that is $14,000 and not just 10,000 so this amount is only peanut if the market really needs to pump this year again specially with us having the Halving effect. South China Sea is international waters, its China who is making proactive moves in that situation. Might be a good analogy for the wider picture, whether USA realises or not they benefit from the status quo and so are unlikely to change it. However factors like this virus are natural and reoccuring inevitable events that upset the order. Its probable China does something sooner or later and hence thats the excitement of another type on a macro time frame. This year I dont see as that exciting vs the ones after. I am still waiting for its price to drop to buy. I think it will go down by about $ 180 or $ 170 again, it's called a correction after about a month of continuous growth. Well OKB has a reputation but i much believed in Binance than this one,though we have different out look for each investments we’ve done. Remember that all exchanges were once new before reaching the height they are now. It takes a professional and experienced team to develop projects especially exchanges to its peak. Hence to know that a new exchange token is worth holding, the investor cannot do without researching into the team behind it. Also look out for the type of services they will provide that will make that exchange unique from the rest.

Now there is no choice of the government because, in order to control virus spreading, the government should take strict actions about the lockdown. Of course, it will affect economic growth, but there is no choice, We might see a huge recession in the coming days because many people will surely lose their jobs. This makes the economic growth of the countries will be worst.
Strict rules thats really needed so we should abide and listen to what they have to say because its for our own welfare. We cant go back to our normal lives if the virus didnt vanish and if there's no vaccine available to cure the infected. Everything that is happening is just temporary I just hope it wont last longer than expected because many of us are struggling to survive everyday especially those who dont have savings to buy goods and necessities. Sadly this is opposite to what had happen today here in our country since today is the first day of returning people to work (but only limited company and half volume of regular employee) What happened is people in the road almost back to normal as if there are no risk of virus infection and i hate seeing them that way. I think it will be going back to normal. But for certain period of time.
Of course everything will back to normal but the question is how long will it take and how many needs to suffer before this becomes reality? Look at the economy and you will feel what we are facing this whole year and the next. |

I think the majority will out of trading due to the house rules. most people lose because of their rules, the leverage fee is quite high and sometimes your order has hit the Target profit but it is not triggered, even there will be very high spreads and make the range Your loss will increase by 10-15%. I really hate this and that's why I am out of day trading. Now I only focus on analyzing the price of bitcoin to buy at low prices and hold for a long time.
Depend in which exchange you are using but in other points i believe you are right because the rules are not traders friendly and more on the leverages . I am also a person who is running away from trading, I tried trading before and I lost my 0.01 BTC so I didn't try it again because upon trading I realized that it is like gambling because we are taking a risk of our money, without knowing that we could win the prize or the reward. I don't have enough knowledge about trading so I stopped it, I didn't tried to gain some knowledge or skills about it because of being disappointed in what I have lost because that money is really important for me because I I really need it before then it has gone because of trading, I tried it because of thinking that I can earn more money but I was wrong because it's not just easy as what I think.
that's a small amount to be frustrated mate imagine you only lose 0.01 when others losses more than a bitcoin but yet trying their best to make profit. Everyone has a different risk tolerance and risk understanding, some traders love to take risk for doubling their budget less than week in short term swings. Some traders look for 10% annual profit per year. The first category traders usually fail and give up about trading especially if the market is more volatile.

actually it is best if you started in march when the value is really tempting to buy comparing to the value this month but of course we can wait until what this halving gives us this year or on the next. After halving Bitcoin and a small drop in the market I invested, now the market has grown a little bit and I expect it to grow further and I am not going to invest anymore.
after halving the market did not fall but yeah it grows a little bit and lucky if you bought that day and now you are at least 5-10% profit.anyway lets help the market grow by buying what we can afford to lose from this day onward. |

There are some old coins that are still sitting in my wallet; Litecoin, DASH, and monero.
Though this currencies are old yet they are worth holding mate as these 3 has a bright future ahead. I have already traded most of my old coins into the new coins that is still booming right now just like tezos, chainlink and some other coins with real product.
Sometimes we must to decide just to make sure we will not lose much when the currency fells down thats why we need to sell and regret when the price grows more than expected. There are so many old coins that were dead right now and i have taken the decision to decrease the risk by converting a lot of my old coins. I think others will have almost the same choices.
actually i am still holding some coins that already dead now for a chance that one day when the adoption happens these coins will woke up and start making good progress. |

It might not be exactly Jan 2021 but i know next year bull run is imminent. i am talking from histrical data. The last halving was in 2016 and there was a bull run in 2017. So from this data i know bull run is imminent in 2021
looking at halving in 2016, bitcoin began to show its might a year later. actually in 2016 there are small changes that continues to Grow until 2017 when the final act happen and the highest price ever predicted for Bitcoin. I agree with the colleague above that if January 2021 the possibility is rather small but for the 3rd quarter of 2021 it could have happened. this is if you look at what happened last halving incident. hopefully that can be realized because many are waiting for it.

A token burn is still useless if there is no demand for the token. Most projects do a token burn hoping that the price will rise due to less token circulation but this doesn't work if there is no demand.
yeah and in 2018-2019 this burning becomes popular as many companies are doing the same but still nothing comes good to their tokens price because some are useless generic and others are too much volume that the burning seems to no effect at all. It's the most useless process i have ever seen around in economical aspects.
I think this is useful to those who has Big volume but also has a good performance,this enhanced their capacity in distribution and also in the eyes of investors so meaning it depend on the status and future plans of each project. |

At a time like this, exchanges are becoming more and more popular while some simultaneously experience such high traffic that it becomes temporarily suspended and unable to be used by its users like Binance did yesterday due to its high volume trades.
I had experienced this situation some time ago and i believe that this is caused by big volume of trades happening that the site cannot even hold to manage thats why this suspensions happens but only in limited time. +1 on this one mate as this site gives you more best choices on how and where to make good exchanging . now traders are barely participating in honest exchanges such as Binance, stex, hotbit for the reason that this is the greatest room to trade
